I was a little hesitant about coming here, only because of my fear of needles. All the ladies that worked here were all so sweet, and I even got a few different compliments. Definitely a welcoming environment. My consultation was super informative, and Courtney answered all my questions that I had. So I went ahead and got my treatment and it was super quick and painless. I got lip filler (round 2) with Ashley (I believe thats her name). She had blonde hair and blue eyes...she was very sweet and professional. She made sure to inject the product evenly and minimize pain as much as possible. My first time, Osana did my lips and she was awesome as well! Really nice staff and speedy! The only thing I didnt like is they still require you to wear a mask in the lobby.

I had kybella done for my double chin and the results were very slight. Not worth it for 5 grand AT ALL. I should have done my research elsewhere beforehand but I trusted that the price and results would be fair. WAY TOO OVERPRICED when you choose areas where there is not much competition! Unfortunately I didnt realize this until after I was fully healed and saw a minor difference after 8 months. I will need about 2 more treatments done and I will now be taking a trip to LA for the remainder of treatments. Basically, I felt it was not ethically correct to set ridiculous prices for a non-invasive treatment with little to no results. When I complained about it in person, the nurses told me I might have gained weight! (I am very slim and either way, kybella burns fat that does not come back). I never heard back after I complained. The staff always seemed to be lost as far as what was going on, they hardly explain anything to you in depth and assume you already know how things will go.

Love Mystique! Courtney is the best, informative on products, very professional. Always fun, cool staff, great injector, just did micro needling, excited to see results.

This is my 2nd treatment there and the results are absolutely amazing! I was very nervous the first time but everyone there is so kind and polite, they really make your experience great. I got Juvaderm fillers and some botox done and again the results completely took my breath away. I have received so many compliments as well. The tech who did the work was very knowledgeable, gentle and was really what sold me on getting the fillers done in the first place. I would recommend this place to anyone! Over did the botox, came out worse than when I went in. Osanna should have known how much to use. They said no remedy, just have to wait for it to wear off.

The front office receptionists and amazing and accommodating. The nurse consulted me on my concerns and initially said she didn’t think I was a good candidate for the treatment although I had gotten several of the same treatments there before. We had a discussion and then the nurse stated she would proceed with lower setting treatments. I explained the redness in my skin makes my skin look darker than it is and I’m not actually very dark. I wish this review would let me post a picture. Within an hour before my treatment, the office manager called me to say the nurse was not comfortable with performing the treatment on me. The staff was nice, but unfortunately the way it handled my situation did not make me too happy. I even asked the nurse if she was sure about the treatment and that i didn’t want her to do something she wasn’t comfortable doing.

This place is awesome! Especially during a pandemic they provide nothing but great service. They sanitize everything after every use including pens, clipboards and even the chair you were sitting in which makes me feel safe. After having a bad Botox experience elsewhere, I came here months later and they actually analyze your face, muscle movement and injected the Botox with care. My brows were completely even with equal movement. I don’t remember the guys name but he was great.

I really like the services and products offered at Mystique. I have had dark spots on my face for 10 years now and have tried many products to remove them and nothing really worked. I heard about the chemical peels and products used at Mystique and was willing to try. After my first chemical peel and using the hydroquinon pads, I saw results. I love Mystique! I started coming to their office many years ago, but had some personal health issues that required me to stop treatment for a while. I recently returned and couldnt be happier! They got a new laser hair removal machine since I was last there, and I LOVE it! I had been wanted to get some things “touched up” for years but I was too afraid to go anywhere because I feared the judgement and “snickering”. I found Mystique Medical Spa and I can say I regret not going sooner. Everybody here is so welcoming and caring. Josh is AMAZING!!! So I went with a friend so she can get her lips done. She paid for one syringe of juvederm. Josh injected all but .2 of the syringe in her lips. He said he always leaves .2 in the syringe when the patient has never gotten injections before. So my friend said okay and proceeded with the process. We both saw him mark her syringe and put it away in a brown little storage container, he clearly said to come back in two weeks once the swelling has gone down to put the remainder of the syringe in. So its been two weeks, we went back in today she thought she was getting the remainder of the syringe in, but when she asked for it, it was no where to be found. He said that he put it all in last time and that this is what was marked on her file. So whatever we went to check out and I asked the receptionist what the file said and she said that it didnt say anything about putting the full syringe in or anything. Bottom line she paid for a full syringe and didnt get it, they probably injected it into someone else. What Im trying to wrap my head around is what the heck happened to her syringe. Never going back here and I do not recommend anyone else to either.

Had an adverse reaction to one of their treatments. Instead of calling on ambulance or having someone evaluate me they asked me to simply sit in a chair until the symptoms went away. Im still facing the pain associated with the injury. Be careful they are all sunshine when it comes to taking your money but they have no consideration or compassion when something happens. They will simply try to save their own butts. I wish I had called an ambulance at that time so there could have been a record of my injury linked to them. I have never ever in my life had these problems until I received treatment. I immediately told them something was wrong and they failed to have me assessed by a provider or help me in any way.I wish I was in a position in my life where I could make them answer for what happened to me. Unfortunately, that takes power and money.Please dont get into health care, even the spa aspect of it, if you do not have a heart. I have worked in the medical field for a long time and we always put the patient first before worrying about how the repercussions of the events might impact our office.

I got an amazing facial here a week before my trip to Greece. At first I was skeptical that the products would break me out however the products must’ve been gentle enough for my skin to react well with, because my facial went great.I was comfortable the whole time and taken well care of. Go elsewhere. I researched kybella for my big fat chin and and waited and saved and then went to pull the trigger and found mystique to be a provider. They said I needed a consultation first, no problem. During the consultation the consultant dissuaded me from the FDA-approved-to-remove-chin-fat Kybella and told me that their cool sculpting would give me the results I desired rather than Kybella. I believed her, gave them thousands towards their enormous and claistcool sculpting machine and now two years later my chin is even fatter than it was in the beginning and I will have to save again, to go to another provider, for my Kybella

I have had the laser hair removal and my husband has been to the Spa as well. We both love the service we receive from Mystique. To those negative reviewers... what you put out - you get back. So maybe you should start with a smile and your whole experience will be better! Not to mention your lives - oh and bonus, you glow when you smile!

Haven’t been there but an employee who work there, did a drawing of image skin care on Instagram who wants followers and rigged his drawing. Call him out and he went to change the date to Saturday instead of Friday. Seem like a rigged drawing just to get more followers and don’t really care. Very unprofessional the way he talk back. He even hide the comments so no one see it but himself. But who ever did that enter would of know he change the date to rigged the winners. He never even state out that he was busy and couldn’t draw it, plus no video of how he did it. Now that’s rigged. He use the excuse of him being new to Fresno. That has nothing too do with his drawing. Employee like that don’t care but money talk and followers.

Ive been to Mystique a couple of times. Each time that I went I always received excellent customer service from the staff. My skin has improved tremendously. Brandy is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to skin care. I have received 2 facials from Casey and she does a fabulous job.

I went in for a FREE consultation. I repeat, FREE. They take your tempurature, blood pressure, photos of your skin (for medical reference), and so on. They were professional and optimistic about my hopes for clearing my adult acne. Went to my first micrinfusion and have since been using the products they reccomended and I look forward to working with them to get the results I hope for!

I never thought I would get botox but a friend of mine coaxed me into it, so I did! Josh did my botox and if you meet him you will love him and he definitely knows what hes doing. Dont be fooled by his very young appearance, thats just the botox! My forehead looks a million times better and I can draw my eyebrows on with ease now. I love bnb it and dont know that I could ever not have it now. Its a must try if you are considering. I love Mystique, very beautiful and high end on the inside with great pricing!

This is by far my favorite spa in town! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, without coming across fake. They really go out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and they have the newest and most advanced equipment around. I have been to numerous places for laser hair removal, and you just cant beat the equipment at Mystique! I also love my microdermalinfusion facials with Casey! Oh. And the cool sculpting with Courtney is amazing, my arms have never looked so good! I heard from my friend that they do good work with injectables as well, but have yet to try any....

I am being treated by Sharlene and she is very warm and understanding. I like that she considers all that you say for your treatment. I have also used some of Image products. I got them at low price at one of there events but they are a little pricey otherwise. Nevertheless, I like Image products.

Do NOT go here for tattoo removal. They have no idea what they are doing. They have burned me with the tattoo removal laser and I have permanent scarring because they used settings that were too high for my skin type. Do yourself a favor and only go to a dermatologists office for this kind of treatment. They do NOT have a dermatologist that oversees operations there, only the MD from the urgent care next door, who had no idea about my scarring.

I bought the special they had in Nov for $3,997 I was happy with how my face looked for the first week. I had my follow up appointment and told the gal my concerns and she acted like everything looked great! Its been only 3 weeks and now Im seeing all the lines around my mouth and eyes again. I was told the filler lasts up to a year. With the price I paid Im very disappointed.

The staff is super friendly, they dont over book, and the wait was less than 5 minutes.I am having tattoo removal treatments done and the nurse that is doing the procedure has answered all my questions.Yes she is dressed down but I wasnt expecting her in a suit and heels.I will continue to recommend my friends and family

The laser hair removal is very professional. If there is one thing that I could comment on is the fact that the business does not accept checks. I usually carry enough cash with me, but on my last visit I had forgotten the rule, so I had to make a special trip to the bank. I do have sufficient funds in my account; otherwise, I wouldnt write a check.

I came here for their annual event, i really like how they had everything set up and organized .if you are looking to buy products or services this is the time to come and purchase any services they have amazing deals. Furthermore, i like the streak wrap with bacon and mini chicken burgers they where giving to their guest. I reccomend this place.
