Worst vets ever... All about Money. My wifes Esa just Died in our Arms after the So called Compassionate vet Refused to Treat her or even See what was ailing her... Less than 12 hrs ago my wifes Esa was full of life and energy. Now shes gone and they didnt even try... Here is what they did do... They emailed an estimate of the diagnostic, didnt even run anything, then they Lectured my wife and I on how we r irresponsible because like every1 else due to Covid 19 we are running low in the cash department... then, after charging us 70$ for them doing absolutely nothing they Lectured us to take her Esa to a vet Asap to get a checkup and sent us home... ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY... IF YOU LOVE YOUR FURBABIES I URGE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE

The staff and doctors are AMAZING. I am so thankful to have found this place. I knew my dog was in good care, they helped me find a GREAT place to perform my dogs surgery. They kept in contact with me and updated me overnight about my dog. My family and I really appreciate their service and all their help.Heres a picture of my dog after we picked him up from Pet ER. His fur was so shiny and he was happy. He was on his way to surgery:)

Took my indoor/outdoor cat in after I removed a foxtail from her eye. We arrived a little after 11 pm and came home about 1 hour later. The doctor and staff were so nice and help find me the humor/bright side to a stressful situation. My cat liked everyone apparently and I paid far less than I expected so those were pleasant surprises. I am very happy with how my visit went. Hopefully I will never have to go back, but its nice to know that my cat has a great place to go if there is another emergency.

Our dog, Doobie was in obvious distress this week. . we finally got him to Fresno Pet ER, we were so happy with the way the staff treated us AND our precious boy. Tough decisions were made and again the staff treated us so gently and with care we put him to sleep with dignity. Thank you so much for being awesome in a really rough time. Compared to other Vet ER places Ive visited, this place by far made me feel the most comfortable and safe to give them my dog.Due to covid we werent allowed in the building, but the nurses and reception on staff greeted my dog and me with warm welcomes and happy tones. They took my pet from my car, which was unfortunate I couldnt be in there to comfort him during the wait but I understand. They emailed me a copy of the estimated cost, and called me right away to go over the estimate. The procedure went well, the doctor called me before and after surgery to update me on my dog. He was very professional and courteous. He didnt talk down to me for not knowing certain medical jargon, he explained the procedure and aftercare very thoroughly. Once I was able to pick up my dog, a nurse brought him out to me. They again proceeded to thoroughly explain to me what they did and how to properly use the medications given. They sent me home with a little care package with a few goodies and a pamphlet with info regarding things dogs should avoid in the household. My only issue was the wait time, which isnt exactly in their control, but it is quite hindering when there isnt a waiting lobby and someone has driven a far distance to get to them. Its a huge price difference from the one in visalia (Pet ER was significantly cheaper) and I was definitely treated better. I will definitely go here in the future if needed, even with an hour and a half drive.

We knew our beloved cat whiskers had kidney failure and it was only a matter of time before her quality of life became too much and we would have to put her down. Sadly that time came a few weeks ago and we rushed her to this facility; our daughter had mentioned to be put down. :( She lived a wonderful 22 years with us after rescuing her from the s.p.c.a. We spent her finale moments with her as they put her to sleep. They were very kind and understanding; as well all know what it is like to say goodbye to a family member. A few days passed after we had her put down and got a beautiful card in the mail from them. It was signed by all their workers and even a hand written portion with her little paw prints inside. It was a beautiful surprise that made us all tear up again as we read the card and got to see her little paw prints. We now have it on display near one of our hallways to remember our sweet beloved whiskers who could never have enough scratches and would lay on your lap for hours while making dough and purring.Rest in peace whiskers.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts the Perez Family.

When I called to ask them if they can see my dog because she’s having complications delivering they said to bring her in that it’s in cost $75 to be seen and if she would have to go through C-section it was going to be $3000-$5000. I said I don’t have that kind of money and they said well that’s what it cost when you want to breed your dog and you should’ve had money put aside. I can’t believe how rude And the nerve to tell me that that’s why we have spay and neuter. I can’t believe how Rude I was treated once I said I Couldn’t pay that all at once she said well they wouldn’t be able to do surgery until the payment was in full. I told her that I don’t have that money she said to apply for the card and if I didn’t get approved and I’m basically Couldn’t do anything for me because I should’ve known that breeding my dog might have complications. So disappointed

I will be doing research to see if anything can be done. In the mean time, all I can do is warn you.

Last night we had to make that impossible decision for our boy and even with frustrating covid regulations and some confusion with the receptionist, we felt that the staff went out of their way to take the time to explain all diagnostic and treatment options, enabled us to make the hard choice of euthanizing, and then validated our decision over and over. The veterinarian was patient and informative but Chris was exceptionally kind. He communicated the process clearly and we never felt rushed when saying goodbye.

Do not be fooled by their low-cost exam fee. INSIST on getting pricing on lab testing and procedures from them and any pet ER that you call to bring your animal in if you can afford the time. This felt like a hostage situation more than an emergency facility. Definitely not concerned with human emotional well-being, and by extension animal well-being. Wanted thousands of dollars in diagnostics alone, and were inappropriately descriptive of our cats potential final outcome if we did not poney up the cash. They were absolutely adamant that we apply for several types of financing to cover the cost for diagnostics. Even after we still would be short on covering this cost. The doctor finally worked with us and agreed to do X-ray only, and we discovered the problem. They drew up another estimate for treatment that would now be $3000-4,000, and we took a few hours to discuss it. When the morning came, we painfully made the decision to Euthanize our beloved animal, but an absolute angel of a vet-tech that we had not spoken to during the previous shift informed the doctor what we were planning to do, and morning shift doctor offered that we could take her home with 2 types of antibiotics that should treat the underlying issue. In summary, this is a business only. They will emotionally devastate you to pay thousands of dollars in diagnostics costs. Final resolution: told them we couldnt afford it, said we had to Euthanize her, felt like we called their bluff, and they sent us home with $200 in antibiotics. Also, do not tell them how much money you have to spend on your animal when they ask, because they will ask several times.I do not doubt that they can perform excellent care for animals if you have the money, but the fact that they were unwilling to work with us in any way (until we made the decision to Euthanize her), makes me think that this place is not above extortion and emotional manipulation to make a quick buck on people who love their animals.

Please disregard this post it was meant for the pet facility on Fallbrook. Not for the ER my apologies.Im only giving one star because I have to give minimum 1 star. If you notice theyve already got a poor rating of 3.5 stars. Ive been taking my dog there for 5 years and have never been treated very well. The staff seems incompetent and the doctors dont really spend much time with you they just play with the dog. Oh yeah and they try to upsell you on everything. When I was a kid wed never took my dogs to the vet and they lived to be 15 plus years. Today was a duz zy. We had an appointment scheduled for Thursday to see the doctor about seizures and get some shots we werent able to make it so we rescheduled and they scheduled us for today When we got there they said to day was not to see the doctor why didnt they tell us us in the 1st place? We had to drive 45 minutes 1 way to get Get there I asked him to have the doctor come out and see me she wouldnt even come out and take 30 seconds of her time for a long time customer whos spent well over $10000 dollars. I said if theyre not going to come out here and talk with me then Im going to go to another vet. they gave me my paperwork with all the vaccines and I grabbed it out of their hands and gave them a piece of my mind and laughed. Please please do not go to this veterinarian the doctors dont know what theyre doing they try to upsell you on everything The staff is incompetent and primadonnas they think because theyre in northeast Fresno that they can act and treat people with an attitude . If my dog was dying and they were the only vet in town I wouldnt go back. Sadly, I called this office stressed out (as anyone would be with a sick puppy). Shortly after I started to explain what was going on over the phone to the receptionist, she cut me off mid sentence and told me that it should be obvious if my pet is in need of being seen ASAP. Being I am a first time pet owner, I was unsure what the guidelines were in order to be able to be seen at an ER vet. I was hoping for some guidance and pretty much got rushed off the phone as quick as possible. I was also told (before I was rushed off the call), that this office was at capacity and couldnt see me anyways.

I had to take my kitten to them on 12/26/2020. The staff were very friendly. I was not allowed in the building due to Covid-19. The vet tech called me with the cost of the diagnostic tests and it was going to be $775! I explained that I didnt have that kind of money - it was the day after Christmas after all. She asked me 3 times during the conversation, Well, just how much can you afford to spend? All this without giving me any breakdown of the cost of the tests. Thankfully, Im an informed consumer, was able to get that breakdown, and requested basic tests which reduced the cost to $425. She then, before hanging up and none of the tests had been started, asked, How much can you spend for treatment? I was floored! I said, How about we get a diagnosis before we start talking about the cost of treatment since we dont have any knowledge of what that may entail! I felt like I was being spammed to see exactly how much they could get me to commit to paying without them having to justify the costs. They ended up giving him 2 shots and sent me home with anti-nausea pills for a total of $545.00. I came away with no clear diagnosis and I will NEVER take any of my pets there again.

We took our 13 year old cat here because of an unknown mass that her normal vet did not feel comfortable treating. The first doctor recommended full sedation immediately to check it out. They quoted us $2100-$3000 for the initial 24 hours. At 3pm on a Friday we really had no other options. We agreed and they admitted her. We felt pressured to have her admitted and the procedure performed. The pm doctor, Dr. Harry, then called around 7 pm and he was was very down to Earth, compassionate and knowledgeable. He explained every possible scenario and how the risks outweighed the benefits at this point. We had to make a very hard decision to euthanize our fur baby but he was there for us through the whole process. I just wish we wouldve talked with him first before spending $1500 on less than 12 hours of care ...especially when we didnt even get to bring our kitty home. I would give Dr. Harry 5 stars.

In addition to a deep laceration from his chest to his belly button, he had some behavior issues that had me worried about letting a stranger take him, unmuzzled, around so many other prey-like pets, out of my sight. When the vet and staff met my dog it was like being reunited with beloved family, so much gentle care and warmth. My fears vanished when I saw how my dog responded to them. Bentley, grey tabby, was euthanized here under my permission. The health professionals here.. well their nice and human just as we are. We are all flawed. Thanks to google, I self diagnosed Bentley with an Urinary Tract Infection and some cats may even develop kidney issues because they two share similar symptoms. If I didnt know better Id say UTI may cause kidney problems or trigger or is an indicator of greater problems. The doctor notified me 30 mins after seeing my cat, that he has a UTI. They immediately urged me to have surgery. Time of the essence, his bladder could erupt at any moment, he cant release any fluids. It was 12 am and I was pressured to make a decision that would cost me up to $3000. The health professionals here lack a sense of expertise and compassion. LOVE THE NEIGHBOR, the bible says. I hope they are not solely programmed to make quick sales. A lot of times I feel like hospital staff, become robots because they have to deal with clients, doctors, medical procedures, and paperwork.. they forget how if feels to be in our shoes. In an EMERGENCY. Though my experience here was terrible, I cant do their jobs, so Im thankful for First responders. But do hope they see the impact they are leaving on our lives and strive to improve their service.. because my heart still breaks thinking about BENTLEY. The doctor said Bentley symptoms arent normal because he was vomiting, so lab tests are required. I CAVED, I WAS SCARED, IM UNEMPLOYED, but I applied for CareCredit in which the staff suggested. Instead of agreeing to pay for EVERYTHING the experts wanted, I should have only paid for LAB RESULTS and not SURGERY. IF I HAD THE LAB RESULTS TO DETERMINE HE HAD KIDNEY FAILURE I WOULD HAVE NOT PAID FOR SURGERY. Maybe Bentley would still be alive.. I euthanized him because I felt like I put him through so much pain with the surgery. To take him home and let him pass out for hours in his litter, vomiting and choking for air felt inhuman and I couldnt afford to do more. maybe the experts scared me. maybe I should have listened to my parents. maybe I shouldnt have paid for his surgery. maybe should have taken him home after that examination like my mom said. maybe shouldnt have let the pros advice me. maybe i shouldnt have euthanized him, instead maybe i should have taken him home and bought more time to say goodbye. but i didnt and just like that within 48 hours my cat is dead and I have i have left of him are pictures, memories, bills.. and a broken heart. Ppl say to me You did they best you could.. maybe I did.. but did they?MORAL OF THE STORY: I SPENT $2000 FOR MY CAT TO DIE. DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU, MAKE SURE YOU ARE FULLY CONSCIOUS, DONT LET THEM DICTATE YOUR STRESS, EMOTIONS, AND MONEY. READ CONTRACT THROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING. GET SECOND OPINIONS.

When we got there, we called from the parking lot, only to be told they had no record of promising us the vaccinations. Dr. Hall is by far one of the most compassionate veterinarian Dr.s I have ever met. I brought in my two puppies on a Sunday that I had just taken possession of on Saturday. Both dogs were diagnosed with parvo and their outlook was bleak. Dr. Hall informed us of all options available. We chose to treat both dogs. Even with all the extensive treatment, one of the puppies did not survive. The other puppy was in the ER for a full week receiving plasma, iv fluids, along with multiple other medications and 24 hour care. Not only did Dr. Hall take care of our dogs, she reached out on her days off, checked in on our dogs when she was off the clock and kept in constant communication with us. Because of her and the other great Dr.s who cared for our little one, he is now home and doing great. Dr. Hall just called me today to check in and said she will continue to follow up to see how our Marley is doing. What professionalism. When we saw the vet , I said the other paw looked like it was swelling too. They cleaned the paw with the obvious abscess. It popped open on its own and drained. I asked if she would write a prescription for the meds instead of filling them there. It was much less expensive to fill them at the local people pharmacy. The vet got visibly angry. The visit cost a small fortune. Nearly $400.

We took our cat in because he had a loose tooth that was bleeding. They were going to charge us $800 for testing, xrays, and to rule out jaw disease. We paid for some pain meds ($150) and left. Took him to his regular vet the next day and they pulled the tooth for $100. This place was not very helpful and even if we had paid the $800 they still would have referred us out to specialists and could not have helped us that night. I would not recommend taking your animal here for emergencies because they had difficulty handling a loose tooth and were not able to help us.

-DO NOT TAKE ANY ANIMAL to this place-Not only will they try and over charge in your animals time of need, but when you tell them you can’t afford their over priced sheet they’ll step out and send someone else in to say a different price-When the Dr. did come in and showed on an X-ray she “didn’t see anything” & we tell her that we still can’t afford their medicate and “wait and see how much surgery will cost”, she literally told me I “couldn’t take my animal home”. When I questioned her that she is not letting me take my animal home but yet I am telling her I can’t afford it she word for word stated “well what can you afford?”. When I stated I was taking my animal to my regular vet (now opening in 2 hours), I was told they speak with my vet “daily” and he will just “send us back to them”.Well that’s interesting because my vet actually opened an hour early for us to come in & the $1800-$3000 bill Fresno Pet ER claimed was nothing more than a greedy scam.I have many animals and love them all- Vets like that need to be shut down because they aren’t in business to help and save animals, they’re in business for themselves. Trying to take advantage of someone when their pet truly needs something is deeply disturbing.I didn’t catch her name, but the only friendly person in there was the lady at the front counter with blonde and hot pink hair.

Everyone I encountered was friendly, thorough in explaining what they were going to do/doing, understanding and respectful. The Vet even came out and talked to me one on one to go over things while she was in the back. The price was a lot lower than I expected which was amazing too. This was absolutely the best service I could have asked for. My cat issues are even starting to go away and it hasn’t even been 24 hrs... I couldn’t be more thankful to the staff to helped my fur baby and me. Thank you staff of Fresno Pet Er.- Linsey & Aria

I could not have asked for a better person to walk me through the difficult process. My 70lbs.(fat) pitbull ran full speed into a garden hose faucet hidden by tall weeds, tearing thru fat and skin from chest to bellybutton. We called ahead (it was late at night) and got in immediately. I never saw the vet, but the tech who came out to greet and assess my dog was a godsend! My dog has socialization issues (my fault) and I suggested muzzling him for safety, but my scared, hurting baby greeted the tech like an old friend. After a buncha stitches and an overnight stay, my fur baby was good as new. The price was very reasonable. The vet tech was named Amanda. (this was approx. 5 years ago)

Brought my cat in for a blocked bladder. They immediately took him back as I agreed to $500 worth of care up front to stabilize him (he was in extreme pain). The Vet, with her new boobs, came in saying it would be between $1,500 to $2,000 to treat him, that he would have to stay for a few days, and would need a slew of tests. I flat out said no because of the cost, and they let me think about what I wanted to do. After a few minutes they came back with a number lower than originally quoted, but still too high. I said put him down. I cant pay that much to shoot in the dark because it wasnt guaranteed. Eventually, they came down to $650 to unblock him, flush him with fluids and keep him for 12 hrs. No x-rays, no blood work, no massive lists of tests. Sent me home with a weeks worth of antibiotic and my cat is doing fine. I changed his diet and hes very happy. It made me angry because they knew what was wrong with him. Im sure this wasnt their first blocked bladder on a cat. I was displeased with my service, but unfortunately, being a pet ER, I didnt have much of a choice on where to take my cat at the time.Be cautious when taking your animal, odds are they dont need to perform most the tests on the list they give. I know this may not be the case for every animal, some may need most of the tests, but Im happy I didnt cave in and pay the original price.

Let me start by saying I was shocked reading these reviews. Both of these doctors are SO good, night or day, and Ive been there several times in the wee hours, that we have abandoned our regular Vet and choose to take our two Boxers to Pet ER. One just had surgery last week. Yes, the prices may seem a bit high, but you always get an estimate before services. Dr. Dobbins and Dr. Weaver are caring, well-educated people, top of their field. anyone should feel 100% confident with their advice.

The Vet, Carlie, was super sweet & caring! She gave me her medical advice throughly with out making us feel pressured & then gave us an estimate. The vet tech went through all of the fees one by one & answered any question my mom or I had. She was also very patient while my mom & I talked about the prices and what we wanted to do. They were both super sweet to my Copper & handled him with care! The staff here seemed to really care about coppers well being & didn’t seem like they were just trying to get money out of us. Don’t listen to the Negative Reviews. Pet ER was a great experience for Copper & I!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! The rudest, most unprofessional and sleazy places I have ever encountered! I took my cat here today because he was acting odd, very sluggish, drooling and loosing weight. The first red flag was the front door locked and having to ring a doorbell in order to enter. The second was the slew of financing advertisements all over the walls of the treatment room. The vet came in, took my cats temperature, heart rate, weighed him & checked inside his mouth. She immediately noticed he had a lesion on his tongue, and suspected that was the reason he has not been eating and lost weight. She said she would get me an estimate for treatment and left the room. Her assistant came in and gave me a list of the treatment they recommended, which included blood work, xrays, IV fluid, overnight hospitalization, radiology with expert review (sent to a specialist), injections, antibiotics & “miscellaneous” items totaling $1289-$1889. I asked the assistant why this was all needed when we know his tongue has a lesion and xrays seemed unnecessary. He was very rude and said he would talk to the doctor again and left the room. After about 10 mins, the doctor comes back into the room and says “so what do you want to do here?” She explained that the normal visit is $2000 minimum and most people are surprised by the bill but this is what it costs & my cat needed treatment- the way she spoke to me and my boyfriend was VERY rude and dismissive. I told her that I just wanted some guidance on where to start and that I’d like to start which treating the obvious symptoms which is his tongue lesion- get him out of pain, on medication which would help him eat and drink again. She said “that’s just putting a bandaid on it but fine”- she left the room and had her assistant come back in with another estimate prescribing 4 different medications, & subcutaneous IV fluids. The cost was not even a definitive total- it was a range between $270-$399!! I asked when we would find out the total cost and why he wouldn’t know that right now, he said “It’s because I won’t know until I ring you up in my computer at the end, when we are all done”. I looked at my boyfriend and we both laughed because it was the most unprofessional experience we’ve ever had. How do they not know the total cost of their services until they ring us up after they have completed? We told them no thanks, we will go somewhere else. We went to the front desk to pay, they sent some new person to the front to ring us up and she asked me to sign several “release” papers before we would be allowed to leave. I told her No, I am not signing anything except the receipt for the $69 office visit.... my cat was NEVER treated by them and I do not need to sign any forms except the receipt. This place is the worst. I left in tears and honestly felt so disgusted that these people are running a business the way they do. Read the reviews before you go here, I wish I had!

This place just takes your money! The doctor who seen my bunny determined she was just going to die without examining her or anything. Sent me home with $400 dollars worth of medication that was useless. Took my bunny to a second opinion who ran test and gave me a diagnosis that the first doctor missed. If the first doctor, Chris Dobbins, did his job right and examined my bunny properly, she wouldve been okay. But it was caught too late because the first doctor missed it. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. If i could give no stars, I would.

So we get there and they examine her and told me that the cost would be between 400-600 dollars because she needed surgery. So i declined and decided that i would take her to my regular Vet today. I told the tech guy my situation and he was kind of rude. I told him how much money i had, (About 200 dollars) and he said well there isnt much we can do for you, maybe your vet can do it cheaper. It was his tone like trying to make me feel bad. They didnt even attempt to clean her wound. I thought at least they could do that or advise me on how to do it myself.

If youre pet has a life threatening condition, this is where you want to go. Ive been here for something as simple as a bee sting and something as serious as heart failure and the staff is amazing every single time. Its a great location and a very clean facility. We were sure we were going to lose our 13 year old with heart failure but the vets at Fresno Pet ER put her in an oxygen chamber and injected her with diuretics and other medications that pretty much brought her back to life. They gave me instructions and medication that kept her living comfortably for two more years. My previous vet told me that he wouldnt have been able to do what they did.And when our new puppy got a bee sting right on the center line of his nose (he was swelling and had mucous coming out of his nose at record breaking speed), they immediately found the stinger and removed it. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.Id give it 5 stars if it werent so expensive.

First off - Im amazed by all the negative reviews this place has. Plenty of my coworkers recommend this place and theyve had nothing but good experiences here. Im a nurse and I work nights, I have a prescribed naproxen medication for back pain, I always carry it on me and I mistakenly left it at home. My dog got a hold of it and I took him in here, he had vomited several times and was severely dehydrated. My dog was getting around the clock care, vitals every few hours, and syringe feedings. He got lab work done every 8-12 hours because unfortunately that medication is very toxic for dogs and can cause kidney failure. I felt awful, I was in tears and a mess. Never once did anyone criticize me or make me feel bad for this mistake. Everyone had great bedside manner and they assured me my dog was in great hands. My dog spent 3 nights in that ER, he got a blood transfusion, colloid infusion, and antacids. Hes been home for a few days now and all his lab values are normal. I dont know what I wouldve done if it wasnt for this team of vet techs and Vetenarians. Thank you so much for saving my dogs life!

My dog came down with kennel cough. They gave me antibiotics. 2 weeks later and my sweet Bassett is worse. Took her back. Gave me more of the same antibiotics. Started acting strange, like confused all the time and began crying and having trouble breathing. Took her back. Thru x-rays, said it was slight arthritis. Gave me pain pills. Last night, took her back because she could hardly breath and was loudly whimpering/crying. They gave her a pain shot. Soon after, while we were still there, she could not use her back legs. Two options they gave me... Transport her to up north to a neurologist or take her home. We cant afford that so we took her home. Dr. was very rude and stated that we were uncaring. I am not exaggerating. They had no explanation as to why, after the pain shot, she could not use or feel her back legs. We used a towel and carried her to the car. I cant stress enough how uncaring they were. After a horrible night of not being able to breath and moaning, took her to our vet. He checked her thoroughly and told us that she had a severe spinal issue and would just get worse. We did the right thing and decided to take away all her pain. Im not blaming anyone. But the callous actions/words of the Vet while we were in a crisis, will stick in my head forever.

Thank goodness for Pet ER!!! I have had sick/injured animals and have taken them to Pet ER knowing that my dogs and cats will be treated by the best. The Veterinarians and staff are top notch. The level of care and compassion is excellent, and they have the best diagnostic equipment available too. Even though my dogs are sick enough to be there, they are relaxed and comfortable--definitely a sign that they trust them and know these folks are there to help. And that, gives me so much peace of mind. Yes, there sometimes is a wait, but remember people...just like a human ER there is a matter of triage to work on the most critical patients first. On one of my trips in they were working to save the life of a dog that had a rattlesnake bite and while I was worried about MY dog, Im sure the owner of the bitten dog was glad that I was put on wait mode and it took a while to actually see the Doctor and Im OK with that--had the tables been turned I certainly would want my dog to be taken care of before less critical animals. As it should be more critical cases FIRST! However, I know that my dog was still being tended to as well. While you may be locked out (safety for everyone) as some other posters have stated...the animals are all being cared for and stabilized if needed. And quite frankly, sometimes the animals actually respond better to staff if the owner isnt around. It is hard to wait, especially when there is a critical issue but knowing that the animal comes before me is all I need. I have found the communication between all the Doctors and staff to be excellent, and hopefully I am able to fully communicate what I see as the problem to better help them in their diagnosis. Emergency care is expensive but each time I was given an estimate. Perhaps Im different than some of you balking at the cost--my dogs are my kids and worth every penny of having them be cared for compassionately and expertly. I am very grateful for the awesome care from Pet ER. And, I will give a plug for pet health insurance too--dont have it on my older dogs but Ive learned and have it on my younger one so that gives me a better financial cushion if needed. Bottom line--I ALWAYS recommend Pet ER to all my friends! THANK YOU Pet ER!!
