Went in for a consult - breast reduction.I disclosed I gained 30 pounds in the last year due to depression, but was down 10 pounds already. He was very matter of fact and came off rude. Told me he would not consider me as a candidate until I lose five more pounds and that he assumed I wanted my surgery in the summer since that was most convenient for my schedule. If only I lose five more pounds, THEN he would consider filing a claim with my insurance.I did not like his lack of empathy and his assumption that I was there to book an appointment with him. I was there for a consult. He came off very conceited and assumed a lot about me without even pretending to care.I do not recommend.

Where do I start?! Dr Sian was very professional and absolutely answered all of my questions every step of the way. His staff is very professional and knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr Sian took his time at each visit and explained everything though even at the hospital on the day of my surgery. His bedside manner is phenomenal. I’m very happy with my results and would recommended anyone to him. Thank you Dr Sian and staff :)

Terrible service:I asked for fillings in the nasolabial folds and he used Juvederm to perform the procedure, this was done at the end of January, not even 3 months have passed and I am exactly the same as before, being that the Doctor made sure that this type of fillers last 8 months to 1 year and a half.I do not recommend it at all.

Rude.I told him I wanted a lip lift.He said it would leave a scar.I was aware of that.I told him about the research I did and the pictures I’d seen.I try to show him some pictures of what I would be happy with and what I wouldn’t be happywith.He told me“I don’t want to see pictures. I don’t know what you want me to do for you.I told him I want to lip lift.That’s why I’m here.I asked him if he did them because I was told that he did.He said yes.I asked him if he had pictures.He said“no.”I asked him if he did these often.Like how many? 10? 100? He said “between 10 and 100.”He asked me again,“what is it that you want me to do for you.”So I pulled my lip up so he could see exactly what I was talking about.A lip lift! He told me I should wait for the lip fillers in my lips often.OK. I was all right with that.But still wait to decide if I still I wanted a lip lift.I asked him “is there anything else?”He said “you should lose some weight.” $100 for that. I went home and cried.

I feel like he was rude I went in didn’t wait too long staff was nice dr goes in he starts talking I know the size I want and he gave me the option of much smaller size than two other dr’s gave me I said I was going to think about it and he says “do what ever you want” and walks out

Dr. Kenty has gifted hands. I am super pleased with the results of my breast surgery. He got me in for surgery quickly and I have been recovering well ever since with no issues. I highly recommend Dr. Sian for your plastic surgery needs!!

Dr. Sian is very professional and kind. He removed my 30 year old, ruptured silicone breast implants, then performed the breast augmentation. His entire staff was very professional and helpful with answering any questions I had. I never had to wait more than a few minutes after arriving at his office, which was always very clean and organized. I was in a lot of pain when I first met Dr. Sian. Now, I feel great and my breasts are beautiful again. I highly recommend him.

CAUTION! I had to file a dispute against Dr. Kenty Sians office for charging me 3% for using Carecredit. According to Carecredit, there are NO FEES to use their card for services. I told the scheduler exactly what Carecredit told meand all she said was, well its our office policy and you signed for it. But Ill have to talk to Dr. Sian about it. I even suggested she contact Carecredit or their direct salesperson regarding the fees. Never heard back from scheduler but I DID hear back from Carecredit. They recalculated my cost and applied a refund. Thank you Carecredit.

This Dr stops you from asking questions, is unconcerned about your mental well being, rude and only cares about money. He wanted to perform multiple surgeries at different times to drag it out rather than all at once like other surgeons were going to do. Without any explanation. We went elsewhere after our consult.

Fresno Plastic Surgery, the office of Dr. Sian is a wonderful office. Very clean and efficient. Office staff is friendly and happy. Dr. Sian is extremely polite and has a great bedside manner. He continues his education and keeps up on the latest industry news. The health and welfare of patients is prority at this office. Very highly recommended. Best in the valley for sure.

Dr. Sian and all the staff at Fresno Plastic Surgery were professional, friendly and efficient. They were always on time and very informative. I knew what to expect every step of the way throughout my surgery process and on the day of surgery everyone was caring and comforting. I am so pleased with the outcoming of my Otoplasty surgery. Dr. Sian listened to exactly what I wanted.I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use him again if I need any other work done in the future.

Dr. Sian is amazing. His office is clean. Easy to get to. Friendly staff. Very little wait time. I have been in to see Dr. Sian two times for fillers and botox. He is very conservative. I will definitely go back to look my best with a little help from Dr. Sian!!
