If there was a -1 button i would definitely give it to Dr. Fagoora. He is very unprofessional. Yelling at his staff in front of patients and correcting staff in front of patients. I always feel the tension between him and his staff. Dr. Fagoora misdiagnosed me not 1-2-4, but 4 times! When asked if there could be any possible treatment for a macular scar in my right eye. He said absolutely none. I then asked him to refer me for a second opinion. And he got upset with me as if i was undermining his intelligence. He told me why would i need a second opinion if hes telling ne what is wrong. I didnt feel right. He said my left eye was perfectly ok. And he would continue to see me every 6 months. Went to my PCP and told him what happened. My PCP referred me to Fogg & Maxwell. Within 1 week, and my first appointment, the new Opthamalogist was able to start monthly injections to help reduce the swelling of the macular scar in my right eye. Also, he discovered i had a detached retina in my left eye and immediately set up emergency surgery. I know this sounds wierd, but i felt a overflow of relief come over me. It took 4 visits for Fagoora to tell me all the wrong diagnoses. And it took my first visit with Fogg and maxwell to see what i was going through and what Fagoora shouldve seen all along. Hes very negligent and doesnt seem to care for his patients! Do not go here if you want to save your vision!!!!

The staff is extremely rude. I went in to try out contacts only for the optometrist to go off saying how I hate everyone w/ glasses including him and how I hate myself. All I wanted was contacts and the forced me to order new glasses even though the ones I had were. They ordered the wrong kind and blamed me for the wrong order so I refused to take the wrong order. They still charged my insurance regardless of their mistake. Throughout the whole check up the optometrist keeps telling my that I hate him as well as everyone else with glasses. Also told me that I hate myself because I want contacts. I come back to hear them talk about me in Punjabi calling me rude and unruly for simply refusing to take the glasses they ordered wrong. Worst service ever.

Absolutely uselessDr scheduled me for the end of the day and rushed me outTook 8 months for them to determine my insurance wont pay and send me the billThey dont accept cards anymore so now to pay my balance I have to go through all these extra hurdles because they live in the stone ageThe office is unsanitaryAny place is better than this hereWhere is the option for a zero star rating?

Staff are so rude and doesnt have enough knowledge that how to talk with patient and family ... Bad experience and never recommend to anyone ... If you want then see Dr. Inderjeet Dhaliwal ... She is so awesome....

I had an appointment at 11:45 and I got there 20 minutes early. I waited an hour and thirty minutes to be seen for a follow up which took 2 minutes. The office is super unsanitary. The optometrist told me to come back in three months and I just walked out because the receptionist wasnt even listening. This place is by far the worst office and unsanitary doctors office Ive ever been to.
