Very efficient professional service. Its a little bit of a drive for me to get there but its worth it. These people are really good at what they do.

Dr.Leslie Storey is a very experienced and talented woman who knows how to deal with people and their skin cancer problems. She is warm and funny and is very great at what she does. I love to see her and talk to her when I take my mother there to have her cancerous skin taken care of. I love to watch her remove the bad parts and her technique,so that Mom can heal and not have to worry about the cancerous growth any longer. We have known her for years and have really enjoyed the care we get when we have to go to the office. And her other staff and nurses are wonderful too. They really care for their patients. If you have any problems or family members who do,and can go to her office, Id really recommend it!

Everyone is so pleasant, helpful and professional from the doctors to the receptionists. My recent outpatient surgery was done with great care for my comfort and well-being and I was being monitored by those involved at regular intervals during the procedure and advised of the situation as it progressed. They took into consideration my home and location situations when tailoring the post-procedure requirements and follow-up appointment. I don’t know what more they could have done to accommodate me! I highly recommend Dr. Storey and her staff.

This place is fantastic! Very professional staff. The Dr. spent a lot of time with me and was extremely knowledgeable. Also, she addressed and treated some issues right there in the office. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Absolutely deserving of higher rating.

Due to a transplant, I take medication that suppresses my immune systems ability to fight off infections that prevent cancer. Transplant recipients are at an elevated risk for certain skin cancers. Dr. Storey and her team are vigilant when checking my head and body for any sign of cancer. I feel a sense of confidence knowing she is in charge of my well being.

Dr Storey and her entire staff are extremely competent, efficient, understanding and caring. She and her staff have excellent communication and client education skills; they all make sure you understand their treatment decisions and follow up care needed. I’m of fair complexion and have worked and played in the valley sun all my life. Thus, I have seen her for many skin procedures. I have had excellent outcomes and so appreciate the incredible care I have received.

They do excellent work thereBut they keep sending bills to me saying they dont accept Medi-Cal.. But my Medicare statement says, no out of pocket costs. I believe they are double billing. Will call Medicare today .

WOW! I am so impressed by this place, check in was easy, everyone was so friendly and the PA that I saw was SO thorough. I got multiple issues which have been bothering for a long time all addressed in one visit and she even noticed a mole that needed immediate removal. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this office!

I’m very happy with the care, treatment plan, and efficiency at Valley Skin Institute. My teenage daughter is seeing Dr. Ruegner for her skin. Dr. Ruegner is very personable, thorough, and relates well to teens, making them feel comfortable. We were able to get an appointment pretty quickly, and the wait time at the office was less than 30 min.

This was my first visit. Everyone made me feel welcome and that they were interested in my problem was. I would recommend them to anyone.

The office staff and providers are phenomenal!!!!! Dr. Storey and staff are by far THE BEST at what they do. I love the artwork on the walls! They have stood by my family during our mothers Stage 4 Melanoma diagnosis and made sure we all got checked. These people are amazing human beings. I would give 10 stars if I could! Dr Storey and her staff are amazing. Very caring and thorough. A recent visit detected a melanoma, which was removed today. Everyone made me feel very comfortable during the procedure and I experienced NO discomfort. Dr Storey is the dermatologist to see for any of your skin care needs!

Best Doctor staff in town! Professional. You are in and out as all doctor offices should be. The Doctors and NP are Fantastic also. Never waited more than 15 minutes in waiting room or 5 minutes in examine room. Doctors and NP are very thorough and address your concerns. Will not be going anywhere else.

Even though going to the dermatologist can sometimes be a little stressful)(oh gosh I hope they dont find anything thats REALLY bad) I always feel like I am in the hands of people who care about me and take time to insure that I am skin healthy.

Dr. Story is thorough, personal and amazing. And it is obvious that she expects the same of her staff. From reception to billing, everyone is very professional, confident, polite and kind.

I have made the decision to leave this office today and go with another provider. I have been trying to patiently resolve an issue with my medication this office administration had messed up on, but have not come to a reasonable solution. Now I am two weeks without my medication that was needed weekly in order to be effective. The office manager did offer me a sample but also explained that since it was a sample I would be charged an office visit and copay for someone to administer a medication I would have been able to do on my own without a visit, had they corrected this mistake 3 weeks ago when I called them about it. For those who seek to come here I would advise you if you want to take your medication on time this would not be the facility you can trust to make that happen.

My exam was very thorough, and I appreciated that they took time to answer all questions and solve any issues. I have recommended the office to several friends needing a dermatologist.

Was feeling pretty positive after the visit but one of the solutions given me by the PA didnt work. Called twice, talked to staff AND left msg for possible plan B...never got a call back..been over a month! Time to start looking!

The whole visit was awsome from the very clean waiting room to the first guy that helped me Ryan to the nurse practitioner that helped me i had some moles removed full head to toe check they put me at ease and had a wonderful bedside matter i will be returning yearly for check ups if your not sure i promise this IS the place!!!

Hubby went for a consult on a couple of minor skin cancer spots. The treatment was fine, biopsies done, no big deal. Upon follow up we learned they wanted to do MOHS surgery. His spots were on his forearm and shoulder- realizing later that both areas insurance wouldn’t cover. Having made the appointment for the surgery, we found out they wanted payment in advance. Um, lets back up the bus. That didn’t set well so we cancelled the appointment for a second opinion (which is when we found out MOHS wouldn’t be covered on those areas). In the meantime, our health savings account was charged for for the original appt. which was fine, and our insurance paid them promptly. However, almost 4 months later, they are threatening us with collections for non payment. I’ve called giving the date they were paid, and sent them EOB’s PROVING they were paid. Yet again, today we received ANOTHER bill demanding payment and threatening collections. Apparently the dermatologist is good, but billing leaves a lot to be desired. Watch your back.

Dr. Storey is extremely knowledgeable and quite the surgeon, but what I appreciate the most is her genuine care for me. I had a procedure done on a Friday and she called me the next day (Saturday) to make sure that I was feeling ok.

Staff excellent! Doctor even better!!!
