It seemed like a good place the clinic where they check you in right away and, if not full, they see you right away, also. The waiting room is sort of small without that many seats and it could be better. The doctor is nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in that he is aware of the treatment plans and medicines, so as to decide on the best possible treatment plan and option for you. Over the phone, they are polite, helpful, and flexible with their appointment scheduling.

Professional friendly always welcomed you with a smile. Dr. Wong is a no nonsense type of doctor that gets to the problem and gets it fixed

What a friendly office! The girls and Dr. Wong are very nice. Dr. Wong is interested in my opinions on my condition. I appreciate that he listens.

Although I was told my skin issue was urgent and possibly cancerous, They would not schedule for an appointment right away. I had to literally beg for them to see me sooner that 3 months away. When I saw the doctor he prescribed me a bleaching cream and did not give me any warnings or tell me what the medicine was or what it would do to my skin. The bleach cream was not covered by my insurance and it burned my skin creating an even worse problem. My skin looks so bad and so much worse than before. They have no way for you to call the office and speak to a doctor or anyone other that the appointment person. Wish I never came here. Now my skin is worse than ever and I cry everyday looking my skin. I was much better before coming to this place

Dr. Won’t and the staff are beyond anything you can or have expected from a visit to the dermatologist. Staff is courteous fast efficient and friendly and Dr. Wong is in my opinion the best Dermatologist in the United States maybe beyond honestly . He remembers my issues and even the spots to freeze I honestly feel like he is saving my life keeping my sun exposed skin in check ! Fresno is beyond beyond lucky to have this Physician here I would honestly travel to the Bay Area to see him if he ever pulled his practice from the valley. I don’t ever do reviews in this case it’s the very least I can do to show my deep felt gratitude !! Direct Derm and the staff led by Dr. Wong I cannot thank you enough !! Viva Direct Derm ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very friendly...place is clean.. efficient.. it is all good at this place... I like that the gal at the desk (sorry I dont remember getting her name) engaged in conversation. I hate when people act either scared to speak to you because mgmt will get angry or they act as though the customer is a burden they dont have time for..This place is aces...
