I’ve been a patient here for several years now…. I love Jessica the NP, and Kristie is fantastic and have never had anything but positive things to say.I recently called to schedule an appointment and was treated very poorly by the scheduler(I won’t name names). She said I had to have my new insurance in order to schedule even though I had a secondary on file. After asking if I could get on the books and then call back once I was done feeding my baby I got 💯 resistance. I could hear the eye roll 🙄 in her tone.I don’t understand why women are not more supportive of each other. Any person who is a mother or has a mother knows that there are times when we just need a little help.Turns out they could look up my primary PPO insurance but they still wanted me to get an authorization to bill my secondary? When I pointed out how silly that was I heard a lot of backtracking. 🤦‍♀️This is honestly a very kind review considering all of the runaround they just gave me simply for asking for a favor.I’m so disappointed…. and honestly a little triggered 😤 good news is this has never happened before and hopefully won’t again for a long time.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had in a doctors office. While your waiting you get to watch awesome animal planet type shows, which isn’t very long because they are on it! Everyone was so nice and understanding. Vivian, FNP showed sympathy and the knowledge how to help my situation. She gave me the hope I’ve been needing to hear for over 6 years. I highly recommend!

I saw Dr Boswell this morning. I was so pleased with the doctor and his staff. I was scheduled to see the nurse practitioner but she was out of the office due to illness. Dr Boswell stepped up and saw his own patients plus the nurse practitioners clients so nobody had to reschedule. I was absolutely impressed by him. He gave explanations of what I would expect to need done. Super guy he explained in detail what I had. I will absolutely recommend him to others

Best dermatology I have ever been to! Nurses and everyone was very kind and caring! I went for my first time today with my mom and I saw family nurse practitioner Lea Pisching she was so awesome! And looked at my hands for eczema and she explained everything perfect! She was very examining and didn’t care to take a look at the video I showed her! And she gave me a sample of some things! Love her thank you Lea! Your awesome! If I could give you ten stars I would!!

Dr Boswell breaks down things into basic terminology, and helps you understand what is going on and is very thorough about doing his job. He definitely reads your expressions, even through your mask.

The best dermatologist I’ve ever been to, I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with past dermatologists and this is the one place where I feel comfortable especially since the staff is bilingual. They have me in and out of there probably within 15 minutes, and at my old dermatologist’s office I would have to wait a minimum of 2 hours to be attended just to approve me for a new prescription of accutane every month and they would try to make me get unnecessary procedures done or to buy expensive products I did not need. If I could I would give them 10 stars! I’ve recommended this dermatology office to everyone I know, the staff is very welcoming and so kind I am very impressed by their service!

Great place and great staff. The Nurse Practitioner that I saw was the greatest and she was so thorough on examing my skin. I have been dealing with eczema for so long that I started to doubt that there was help out there for me, but she helped me see the light. Im on the road to clear skin all thanks to her and her expertise.

I saw Dr. Boswell today for the first time. I was seen in a timely manner and treated very well. As a health care provider myself I can honestly say that Dr. Boswell is a skilled, knowledgeable and caring physician. I would highly recommend seeing him if you are in need of a Dermatologist.

I read the reviews and was hoping this place can help because I’m struggling very bad w my acne and my mom called for me and the lady on the phone asked if I had medical and my mom said yes and she said I can’t be seen and my mom said that I don’t mind paying to be seen and she said I can’t be seen at all 🤨😐

I had been going through a tough time my whole life trying to figure out what was wrong with my skin. I would get abscess so often that it definitely made me feel so uncomfortable in my own skin. After meeting with Dr. Boswell, my skin is 90% better. He was so kind. He didn’t make me feel ugly as I’ve felt for a long time. His treatment was simple and he explained what other Dr.’s could never diagnose for about 18 years. I definitely recommend him and his office to anyone who is serious about their skin care needs. I went into Boswell and saw Jessica. She diagnosed me properly and then administered Liquid N. The spot was still there after treatment so I went back in. They did a biopsy. Later, I researched that my type of spot could take mulitple treatments so I question the need for the biopsy since it left a huge crater on my face. I have had multiple skin biopsies (even on my lip) and this is the first one that left a scar. With that said, she personally told me that she would call me in about 10 days to give me the results. No call. I had to call 2 weeks later & the girl who returned my call wasnt her. She told me my biopsy was negative & to come back in if the spot returns. I told her that the spot was still there. She seemed perplexed & told me it is still probably red from the biopsy, to give it a month. I then read the exam report online from their portal. It lies that I was told to call for the results. It also lies that they did a full body exam. It even said I had a flu shot (not)! I went elsewhere.

My initial visit to this office as a new patient , earlier this year , as I had transferred from Dr Behr, which no longer accepts insurance , was a great experience . Dr Boswell nurse assistant who saw me and did the full body exam was professional and kind . Ty for burning off my leg mole I had forever ! I feel confident in continuing as a patient with. Dr Boswell group !

Amazing results! Went in to get a small bump on my nose removed. Looks great! Great job Dr. Boswell. I can finally look at my nose and not see a growth there.

They are awesome, they will get you in, get you out, and get you a head.. seriously they are super good here.. theyre always quick to get you an appointment when you call...the staff is pretty and nice. The doctors are great at answering all your questions and taking care of your needs.

As a first time patient at Dr. Boswells office Im very pleased. I was there for a full body check for skin cancer, nothing more. Every other dermatology office that Ive been to in the past 6 years have been solely concerned with selling me products or convincing me that I needed injections and other cosmetic procedures. That was not the case at all here. First Jordan a nurse practitioner looked me over carefully. Then Dr. Boswell came in and did the same with further explanations of what he saw and what I needed. Two minimal blasters with liquid nitrogen was the extent of it. There was never a mention or insinuation of more needed. I was there a total of 35 minutes then on my way. Ill be back in one year unless issues arise. Im so relieved!

Dr. Boswell and his staff are by far the most patient centric office I have ever experienced! You are greeted by pleasant and professional staff who guide you through your visit with Dr. Boswell. Dr. Boswell is a highly trained specialist who spends time explaining your situation so that you know full well your treatment plan and options. A very pleasant man with an incredible beside manner. Easily one of the best Medical offices that I have visited!

I was so impressed with Dr. Boswell and the facility. When other dermatologist couldnt get us in for 5 months they got my daughter in in a few weeks. Upon arrival the staff was so friendly. My daughter is 2 years old and Dr. Boswell was so sweet with her. He explained everything to us thoroughly and didnt leave anything out. He wanted to make sure as parents we understood exactly what was going on. He was kind, professional, caring, and very personable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Boswell and will be referring my friends and family to him as well!

Doctor Boswell is absolutely fabulous! I had my appointment with him today and he is very easy going definitely listen to your concerns and has very knowledgeable answers. He doesnt rush you out of his office.

I love this office. I called early in the week to schedule an appointment and they were able to fit me in the same week. I could tell it was a super busy day for them (lots of people waiting) so I just settled in thinking I was going to have to camp out for awhile. To my surprise everyone wating including myself were called back to be seen within 15 minutes. Super friendly staff and Dr. Boswell was awesome. I would definitely recommend this office.

Ive been seeing Dr. Boswell and staff FNPs for about five years. Im happy to give his entire organization a two thumbs up for excellent care and diagnoses. Prior to seeing him, I think Id seen about every dermatologist in Fresno, ranging from bad to worse. Dr. Boswell is outstanding as well as his staff. Ive had Mohs surgery twice and while waiting during lunch time, treated to pizza and drinks and other snacks available. Have referred numerous friends to him and all have been very pleased.

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Boswell and his staff. They are kind, informative, and absolutely brilliant at the derm work. This is by far one of the best derm experiences I have ever had. Went in with my 16 year old daughter today for the first time & was beyond impressed with Dr. Boswell. He was super upbeat, friendly, and we loved his sense of humor. My daughter was being seen for a skin issue on her face that she’s been dealing with for months & it’s something that comes & goes. Even though it wasn’t really flared up right now, he didn’t mind looking at pictures we’d taken of it, just in case that happened, and he knew right off the bat what is was. After our primary provider (whom we also love) had been unsure of what it was for the past few months & none of the meds she’d been prescribed thus far had helped much, finally figuring it out & getting the right meds for it was a big relief. Dr. Boswell did an excellent job explaining it to us so we left with a good understanding of how to manage it moving forward. I wish every medical appointment could be this kind of positive experience!!!! Was totally worth the hour drive for us! Would highly recommend him to anyone!

CAN I ASK THEBPHARMACY TO RESEND MY SONS PRESCRIPTION BACK AND WILL YOU BE ABLE TO DO THE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION SO THAT IT CAN BE FILLED AT PHARMACY OF MY CHOICE, (WALGREENS) THE PRESCRIPTION IS STILL ACTIVE.I AM A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL TOO.I TOLD MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN ABOUT THIS INCIDENT TOO AND HE WAS SURPRISED........WE ALREADY CHANGED OUR DERMATOLOGIST......Stay away from this clinic.They want to send the prescription to there preferred mailorder pharmacy.When i said no to there mail order pharmacy the denied to do prior authorization and even declined to change the medication.Will report to medical board too.Dont let them pressure any of you to use there mail order pharmacy.

I am not the patient at this place, only the driver for a friend. Dr. Boswell himself examined my friend and they chit chatted while Doctor worked on freezing the precancers spots with nitrous oxide. We were seen in the original building, not the new one in the back of the complex.

The staff and medical professionals are always welcoming and respectful. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.My only complaints are that I wish the MAs would confirm my iPledge eligibility (so I’m able to answer the questions) before I leave my appointment so that I wouldn’t have to call and remind them. Also, the prescriptions take a while to be sent out. I call my pharmacy and they tell me that haven’t received anything from the office and I’m forced to call the office again.

This was my first experience ever going to a Dermatologist. I was honestly disappointed because I felt rushed out like at a fast food drive thru. It all happened so fast and I didn’t feel like the provider actually cared to hear my concerns. I asked about scarring/pigmentation issues and the only thing mentioned was a laser that they send people out but nothing else. I’m sorry but I expected a lot more information besides a laser they don’t carry.I am on the fence about coming back because I don’t want to feel like I am being pushed out of the visit.

For the most part, the staff is nice, but their new patient forms are extremely intrusive with irrelevant and highly personal questions. Another thing is that they do not have the laser equipment at their office, so their services are contracted out. I dont like that at all. Some of the existing problems never got resolved, and there was one misdiagnosis after another. Instead of doing a scraping, they should have just done a biopsy. Makes a HUGE difference. Lots of unnecessary time wasted, useless meds, and additional time and stress because of the time taken off of work to make these doctor appointments. Finally, now seeing a new dermo who was much more efficient and accurate in treatment.

They are friendly and get attend fast but for my psoriasis issue was given pills that later on didnt make me feel good, and never told what to avoid or what triggers it flares.

Very bad office policy they charge 35$ from me appointment cancellation i called to office regarding statement she disconnected my call 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬patient be aware thnx

Dr. Boswell seems to know his stuff! I have a chronic skin problem and suffer with itching constantly and he recognized the problem right away and I hope he will be able to cure it. I will let you know. I return in May for further instructions.
