This one star in my rating goes to Dr. Royle, my root canal went smoothly and he was all around a GREAT person. i would give him a billion stars however this feedback is towards the front and back office staff. There was only two ladies who were great out of the few interactions i have had with the many people in the office, one worked in the back office and one front desk. The horrible interactions i had were with two ladies at the front desk, the office manager and one of the dental assistants. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I was charged for services that they said i would not be charged for. Great DR, RUDE inconsiderate staff.

Impeccable service, very detailed and attentive. They make you fully aware of payment before confirmation of appointment and the Doctor shows legit empathy.

I needed to get a bunch of dental work done. So when they referred me here I came in thinking the root canal would be the worst part of it all. To my surprise however, it was the least painful part in the entire process.

Couldn’t be more Impressed with the facilities and the faculty at Fresno Endodontic. Without going into too much detail Dr. Royale’s actions today showed me he is an honest man with true professional integrity — On top of being a top notch specialist.I won’t be going anywhere else if I need root canal work done.Thanks again Doc

The front desk is absolutely amazing! And are willing to work with you! I love that! I had Dr. Jenson! And he was WONDERFUL! I felt nothing. At all! I walked out totally amazed that I had just had a root canal because it was so quick and painless!! A+ + + + !!!!

Best dental experience of my life!I’ve always hated having any type of Dental work done ever since I was a kid. Ive always felt the drilling, always felt the pain. After I had chipped a tooth, which reviled a huge black hole in it, I knew right away a root canal was needed. The Fresno Endodontics Group is the best Dental practice I‘ve ever delt with. They were very quick to have me in and explained exactly what was happening to my tooth and the options I had. They took care of the problem right then. It took just over a hour, and I felt nothing! I saw Dr. Brian Royal, he’s the best! Explained everything to me before he did it and kept asking to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain.I would definitely go to them again if I needed too. Very good bedside manner, and quick. Very affordable.

I want to start off by saying amazing job Dr. Royle! You took the challenge to basically reconstruct my molar and throughout the entire procedure I didn’t feel a thing. I had a great experience with you and forever be thankful that I chose to get a second opinion from your friend Amy. You guys truly showed that you cared . I am surprised that after the anesthesia went down I wasn’t sore from the work done. Thank god I didn’t give up and you took the time to work on my root canal! People this Dr. is amazing at what he does! AMAZING!

I brought my mom to see Dr. Royle for one of her front teeth issue. Dr. Royle is very generous in giving his time and patience with us explaining all the issue with thorough details and was able to relieve her of the discomfort. Definitely a very kind and skillful dentist you can trust your dental health with!

Dr. Royle saw me with very short notice due to incredible pain. He was professional, caring, and skilled. The rest of the staff was great too.

As a dentist in the area I cannot recommend Fresno Endo group enough. We often refer our patients to them because we know they are honest and will always do what is best for the patient. Doctors Jensen, Royle, and Henderson are all very personable, professional, and amazing at what they do. Patients always rave about how smooth and quick their root canal went.

Big shout out to Dr. Henderson for the quality service he provided. He did my root canal VERY quick and PAIN FREE. Even after the numbing wore off I wasnt in any pain at all and my tooth feels great. I was in so much pain before and I cant thank you enough. Also shout out to Elsa and the rest of the amazing staff!

Dr. Royle is amazing. He truly cares about his patients. He went above and beyond what any doctor has ever done for me. I recommend that any person with a bad tooth go see him. He and his staff put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Should be a 10 star rating.

I have been to see Dr. Jensen several times and Each time has been fantastic. This guy really knows his craft! The process is virtually pain free and, more importantly, the work is solid. He explains the process well and puts me at ease as I tend to get a bit anxious. If you have to get a root canal, Dr. Jensen and Fresno Endodontic Group are the way to go!

I was referred to Dr. Brian Royle for a root canal. I scheduled a consult appointment for the afternoon. Apparently one of the staff members saw in the notes that I was in pain so they called to see if I could come in earlier in the day so there would be time to do the procedure that day! (Very thoughtful.)From the time I walked in until I was done with my root canal, the staff (Sabrina, Wendy and others) were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Royle listened to me, explained everything to me, answered my questions, made sure I was comfortable and put me at ease. I never felt like they were rushing me through like it can feel with some professionals.I highly recommend Dr. Royle if you ever need a root canal!

Wonderful experience! I have had previous root canals at a different office, todays procedure at Fresno Endodontics by Dr Jensen was amazing, fast, thorough and virtually painless. I am extremely anxious at the dentist, but will not hesitate to recommend this office or come here again if needed. I had a root canal performed by Dr. Jensen and I was floored at how easy and pain free the process was. I was very nervous about the whole procedure so I put off getting it done. I spent my 54th birthday with a terrible toothache. It was a tooth with a 25 year old root canal. I was so afraid I would lose this tooth. My dentist recommended Dr Jensen. He sends all his patients to Dr Jensen and has even been treated there himself. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and kind and I felt comfortable immediately. Dr Jensen was professional and explained everything he would be doing. I felt no pain and knew I was in good hands. I am happy to say Dr Jensen saved my tooth and relieved me of my infection and pain. I recommend Dr Jensen to anyone who needs a root canal. He will take good care of you.

The front office staff was super sweet & personable! Made me feel super comfortable. Dr. Jensen was amazing. He explained my diagnosis...what he saw on my X-ray/CT scan, he made sure I was comfortable/calm. During the root canal he explained what he was doing & made sure I was numb before working. Even added more anesthetic when I felt a little something. Explained post procedure instructions & even went as far to offer stronger pain meds should OTC meds not work.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Royle who is a true professional and clearly an expert in his craft. The staff was warm, welcoming, and kind. Dr. Royle made my comfort a priority during the procedure and answered any question I had along the way. I was so comfortable during the process that I dozed off several times. I hope to never need another root canal. However, should the need arise I will absolutely return to the Fresno Endodontic Group.

This place is the best place there is in Fresno. Every person that worked with me was kind, helpful and thorough. Dr. Royle is the very best there. He goes over any issues that he sees and explains why and how he is going to resolve those problems. When he works on you, he ensures that you are comfortable before starting. Then he works efficiently and effectively. I have had Dr Royle fix a prior root canal that another dentist didn’t complete properly. He also has performed two other root canals on me and I have never had another problem with any tooth he has worked on! I highly recommend the Fresno Endodontic Group.

I have major anxiety about seeing a dentist or endodontist. If I could could put on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the worst) of how much I hate going to the dentist, I would probably be between a 4-5. Because of my major anxiety I have neglected my teeth in the past. When I found out that I needed a root canal, I immediately had instant fear.I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Aaron Jensen, and when I arrived at the office I was greeted with a friendly staff and calming Doctor. I never felt judged that I needed a root canal. He explained everything I was to expect, and someone who has had my fair share of cavities, I felt like my root canal was better than any of my cavities. I felt no pain, during or after my root canal.Anytime I need any more work in the future, I will for sure be going to his office. Highly recommend!

Wow!! They are so great here!! I felt no pain at all for a root canal! Dr.Royale was so nice and calming he and his dental assistant worked great together! And got the job done! I usually hate the dentist but they were so great I would definitely go with them again if I needed any more work done!

Horrible as far as billing goes. I made sure how much my insurance coverage was and paid my remaining balance of 490 a month later I get a bill for 260. I understand things happen but thats why I made sure what my coverage was. This was a mistake in there billing department and I had to pay for it. Not to mention what they did didnt even last a month.

Dr. Are really good the office staff is horrible and will rip you off. They over charged me months ago and still have refunded me and tried to blame me for their billing error

I have had three root canals, the first two rank among my most painful experiences of my life. Dr. Royle performed my third root canal today, and I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. He made sure I was comfortable and did a fantastic job. Often after dental work my bite feels off, but I can’t feel a difference in the way my teeth fit together. I walked in with tooth pain, felt no pain as he fixed the problem, and am currently pain free. If you have to get a root canal done, I would recommend going to see Dr. Royle. I give him a 10/10 for high quality 5 star, professional service.

I had a wonderful experience! El dentista habla español. I was treated with respect by the dentist and staff. They were all very friendly and helpful, and offered different payment plans. Doctor saved me a trip to the dentist by providing a service that i didnt even pay for. Overall, im very satisfied with my care and i would 100% recommend.

I suffer from severe G.A.D TODAY I HAD MY ROOT CANAL DONE DR ROYLE CAME IN & Introduced himself & and talk with on exactly he was going to be doing very thorough . Here comes the worst part as Im thinking maybe I should just leave while I can . Nope Dr walked right in ready to numb me 4 maybe 5 sticks .. did I feel it boy I DID NOT FEEL A SINGLE ONE . HE AND HIS ASST DID A AMAZING JOB MAKING SME SO COMFORTABLE I SLEPT THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCEDURE ... 💁🏽‍♀️ Sorry if I was snoring 😊 also I cant forget the ladies at the front desk were very nice and they too made you feel welcomed . I went to Dr. Royle for a root canal. He was absolutely great. I even fell asleep during the procedure. A couple months later I had a problem with the same tooth. I went in for an xray. The tooth was broken. He was so nice. apologized for my inconvenience, even though he told me this could possibly happen. a couple weeks went by and then to my surprise I received a check for almost all of the money I paid. I was shocked! Who does things like this?Dr. Royle does! He is in my book the BEST GUY IN THIS BUSINESS! PERIOD

Dr Royle is by far the best Endodontist in town, but his colleagues are a close 2nd. The whole staff is professional and welcoming. Dental work sucks in general, so it helps to at least have a cool place to go to.

Dr. Royale is more than just an Endodontists, he truly cares for his patient’s well-being. His relationship with his patients is personal and positive. He provided the most pleasing, top-notch service, was efficient and made me feel very comfortable. Look no further for your next root canal. Great doctor, Dr Aaron is a gem but I am just taking away 3 stars as front office is pathetic, I reached office on time but since front office was busy in their chores so it took them 20 mins to get me through and all this time, I was the only patient. Now once I am in, I was in great hands, Dr was knowledgable and to the point and he did my RC in an hour and I was through but wait was it actually over ?Nope, Now comes the point of payment, I was told that they are billing my insurance and incase insurance process the amount , they will revert the charge but thats what not happened , Insurance process the payment and they sill keeping the charge.Make sure you get in writing from them as they are very smart with their words, This is going to be first time when a person can say that Trust the dentist but dont trust the front desk

Had such a great experience with this Dr. My root canal was painless. I thought for sure Id wake up with pain the next day. I feel zero pain! Very happy!!!

I recently had work done by Dr. Royle and I can honestly say it was THE best dental experience I have ever had. I was little uneasy and nervous before going in, but Dr. Royle was so kind and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me beforehand, was patient with me and was very gentle. My dentist said Dr. Royle was the best in town and when I went back to get my crown put on he said Dr. Royle’s work was “impeccable.” Staff was friendly and I would definitely recommend Dr. Royle.

I really like the Dr I saw when I went in for a root canal. He was very nice and made me feel at ease (not an easy job to do). When the numbness went away I discovered a rough spot on the tooth that was rubbing a sore on the side of my tongue. It hurt to even swallow because me tongue would hit that rough spot. I called the office the next morning but was told they only do that at noon and the soonest they could see me would be the following Monday. I dealt with the pain all weekend and went to my appt. the following week. I work NOC shift so it was really hard to stay awake until noon for the appt. I showed up on time and was told when I walked in the door that they would let them know I was there. I sat down and waited. I was having trouble staying awake. At 1230 I got up and walked out. The lady at the desk was on a phone call (had been on calls for 10 minutes) so I didnt tell her I was leaving. I was there for a mistake to be fixed that was causing me pain. I stayed up after working all night and then had to wait 30 minutes after my appt time? I dont live in Fresno and had to drive home. It took them 30 minutes after I left to even know I left?! I had a call at 1pm. I would recommend the Dr, he was terrific, but the office staff left me feeling like I didnt matter.
