I was really nervous about finally going to the dentist after pandemic and insurance delays and have had a really positive experience. Dr. Oji was very kind, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Isabel and Lisa were great, as has been every team member Ive interacted with.

Very thorough exam by Doctor Oji explaining as she reviewed the X-rays and checking each tooth. Printed out the results of the exam with a breakdown of costs. The office is practical with no expensive vases and elaborate decor. Staff is professional.

I was with my old dentist for over 20 years until I moved. I was asking around for a dentist and my mom referred me to Dr Oji. Im very happy that she did. As soon as I arrived I was greeted nicely by the ladies at the front office. Dr Oji and her assistant kept me very informed thru every step. And I swear that Dr has magic hands because I felt no pain during my cavity filling. I usually left my other dentist sore. After I was all done, the ladies at the front desk answered my billing questions very clearly. And a side note, I love the music they play. I asked the front desk for the station so I could add it to my Pandora which I already did lol.

English isnt my first language so having someone there that spoke Spanish really helped me during my visit and made it a lot easier to understand. The office was very nice, clean and smelled very good . The Dr. was very kind and gentle. I would recommend to my friends and family

The staff is SO KIND! I recently had the need for Dr. Oji to just take a look. I had been experiencing some tooth pain, but I also wasnt sure if it was anything significant. Admittedly I am, from time to time, hyper sensitive about health issues. I called, was granted an appointment within the week and whats more, not made to feel strange about my needs. I am grateful nothing was wrong with my teeth or the way I felt about being there. The doc and the staff totally get me and in this particular time, it is so comforting to have quality, compassionate care.

I have noticed a huge difference since my last visit. It seems they have hired new people and unfortunately their customer service and the overall feel of the place has gone downhill because of it. The office doesn’t know what they’re doing. I learned that they got rid of the front office manager and whoever filled that position now should learn how to put a smile on her face and be more joyful. Talk about lack of professionalism. Unfortunately the hygienists I enjoyed seeing are no longer there either.There must be a high turnover rate with their employees which tells me things have truly changed and not for the better. While I was waiting I was talking some people and they agreed that they have noticed a big change as well. It’s unfortunate. The office has gone downhill since the people we enjoyed seeing most at the office left.

I felt no pain while she deep cleaned my teeth. The dentist was kind ,patient and I was never in any pain. All the work I needed was done in 1 day. I am going to go to them on a regular basis. Amazing staff and Doctor !!!! I’ve always had anxiety going to the dentist do to past bad experiences but I was so comfortable and they made me feel at ease. The doctor is super nice and always put my well being first both mentally and physically, she talked to me on a human level and didn’t make me feel silly she even joked around with me !!!!! If I can give zero stars I would. I have never experienced more pain than being in the chair of dr. Baath. I should have switched over to another dentist a long time ago. She’s too rough, talks way too much and pushes treatment on you. I got a second opinion elsewhere that confirmed Dr. Baath was pushing treatment on me when I really didn’t need it. And this wasn’t the first or second time. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to go to for all of your dental needs.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Oji’s office today for an Invisalign consultation. They had accommodated my schedule because I’m coming from afar. I came in early for the appointment and my first impression was it was a nice cozy office. Sure, the furnitures are not up to date but I’m not one to go to a doctors office for their furniture. I usually go for work that needs to be done, the cleanliness, expertise, and customer service. But I do have to say that their chairs were pretty comfy.The front receptionist had greeted me, notified me that the doctor has not yet arrived, gave me an ETA, and offered me coffee which felt very nice and welcoming.Kayla brought me back and she did what any normal dentist office would do; take my xrays, picture taking, and explain what’s to be expected. Kayla and and Kelly had done my molding/impressions. It took them several attempts which was an uncomfortable process but they were very professional and very apologetic for so much attempts. They knew I was coming in from San Jose so they kept emphasizing that they wanted to make sure the impressions were perfect for Invisalign. This made me feel good knowing that they were striving for perfection, saving me a trip from repeating my moldings to be sure Invisalign doesn’t rejected it, and they took their time with me not rushing even tho patients were all trickling in. All this took close to 2hrs!I have a general dentist at my hometown who I’ve seen recently for my cleaning. Dr. Oji had pointed out some issues that she noticed on my teeth and on the xray that I had never been told by my dentist. She did not push any sells pitch/procedures on me which I admire because some dentists does tend to be pushy. I feel that she was fair, knowledgeable, and very gentle (especially with my tight mouth).Overall, the staff were all awesome and you can feel that they all have a good relationship with Each other. Everyone was understanding, patient, and friendly. I look forward to my next appointment.
