Such a great environment. Doing their best to follow all CDC guidelines during Covid-19. Felt safe and happy and welcome as always by the family friendly environment. The hygienist is very thorough and friendly and the whole team treated me so well. Definitely recommend going here.

I’m very happy with this office, from the front desk to the dentist. Going to the dentist makes me so nervous and they made me feel at ease and more importantly comfortable to be there. I highly recommend Dr. Erbe Palafox. He took his time and was very gentle.

Went in for my scheduled six month cleaning and x-rays today and as usual received stalwart and professional service. From the receptionist to the hygienist, to the man Dr. Palafox himself, my experiences have included the highest quality work that I have come to expect year after year, and I would just like to extend a personal thank you to the entire Palafox family for taking care of me and my family in these very trying and difficult times.

I am an RDA so I know what good dental care is. This was not. He missed decay, did nerve damage to my whole family with injections. His new hygienist didnt remove all the build up on our teeth. Our new dentist is fixing us now. I can read X-rays so I know this is true.

Everyone in this office has been kind and professional, always asking if I’m ok, if I need anything. Nicole, his Hygienist, was wonderful and had a good touch—got the job done without a lot of pain. Dr. Palafox himself was thorough in his exam, and explanations of options.

Great customer service. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and caring. They remember you as a patient which is cool. The front desk people are great and before you ask them to do something rhey probably already did it. The dentist explains everything clearly. Definately reccomend for anyone.
