Second, they have managed to make it so she actually gets excited to go to her appointments. This place is awesome. The staff are really nice and helpful. They are always glad to see me. They have cool games, activities, and a movie room for patients. I can watch t.v. while they are tightening my brackets. I tell my friends about this place and how it is a great place. You can even have a cookie and hot chocolate when I am finished with my visit.

Pat DiCiccio Orthodontics is the friendliest and nicest place I have been to. Everyone always say hello to you when you come in and they also have a mini theater for the patients, a computer area, game area and a coffee area. I dont know why anyone would ever go to any orthodontist besides DiCiccios Orthodontics office!! I love how they tell me what is going on and I know what they are doing. The whole staff is always so nice and considerate.

I would have been given 5 stars until the last visit. Dr. D. and his staff are amazing, they are very professional. They did a great job! It was a problem came to the payment plan. We did not receive the bill but got the several calls that we are overdue for the payment and about to be reported to collection agency. The front desk accountant insisted to pay exact change when we paid out, said she had no changes at all, even 80 cents. She would have been given a discount for 80 cents, but insisted to get it so I ended up going back to car and got the coins for her, totally unbelievable service!

This orthodontics has amazing staff and is really helpful. My favorite part is that every time you leave you can get a cookie by asking the front desk for one.

Friendly staff, very clean office that includes an actual movie theatre playing childrens movies along with plenty of comfortable seating. There are 6 Ipads available to use along with a coloring station with printed out coloring pages for each child to have. Free WIFI is provided and the password is printed/framed where its easily visible for all patients to see. There are also delicious cookies that compliment the Keurig machine station with about 10 different options to choice from! So many perks that make the visit enjoyable and kids/parents alike look forward to the next visit.

My daughter just finished her first phase of braces at Dicciccio Orthodontics and we couldnt have been more pleased with our experience. From our very first visit to the office to her De-banding party, the entire staff was ALWAYS so pleasant. They made my daughter feel comfortable and excited to go to the orthodontist. Any time I had billing questions, or concerns regarding my daughters treatment they were helpful and thorough. We just completed Phase One with my 9 year old. What an amazing experience!!!! I highly recommend this office. The staff and Dr Diciccio are highly knowledgeable and very patient. Dr Diciccio was very upfront and honest with me during the consultation. He personally answered all my questions and I never felt rushed when he spoke with us. Every ortho visit over the past 16 months has been A++++. The office itself has so many perks, fresh cookies, fresh coffee, a movie theater! However the knowledge and the amazing customer service that you get from this office, makes all the difference in the world. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

I did a lot of research on good orthodontists to get my ortho treatmeant from after getting finically burned by Western Dental and Dr. DiCiccio’s office popped up on my search and I noticed they had awesome reviews. I decided to give them a call and I was immediately pleased with the awesome, humble, customer service they had given me just over the phone. When I came in for my consult they were so amazing and accommodating. I knew 5 minutes into my consult that this was the place for me. I am so happy I made the choice to come here. Mind you I’m from Delano, California. The awesome staff here makes it well worth the drive let me tell you. Nothing beats being treated kindly. I have already recommended Dr. DiCiccio and his staff to my friends who are interested in getting ortho treatment. The whole staff makes you feel extremely comfortable and they make you feel like you can ask them anything without feeling like your dumb. I have had my braces for about 6 to 7 months now and every time I go in for an adjustment they always call me by name and I love that. The girls in the office are also very sweet to my 3 year old son who is sometimes loud durning my visit. This is just an amazing family friend place and I 100% would recommend anybody who wants ortho treatments to come here.

Dr. DiCiccio and his staff are really GREAT! The office is very comfortable and fun. Braces are hard to get through - but everything they do from having TVs to distract during the adjustments, to monthly contests, to awarding points for being ontime has made the whole process fun! The BEST part is how great Dr. DiCiccio is... My son consulted with one other ortho who looked at him for literally 10 seconds and said Yep he needs braces, heres how much it will cost. But Dr. DiCiccio spent TIME - they took X-rays, measurements, and pictures, then Dr. came in and looked at everything, talked to my son and I and really looked at the whole package. After about 45 minutes of thorough examination, he said, lets wait and see... This process went on for two years and we were able to skip phase 1 because of it! Without that complete analysis, I would have spent unnecessary money! THANKS to Dr. D and his AMAZING staff! After phase 2, my son now has an awesome SMILE!!

First class all the way. This is not your typical orthodontists office. The staff (Big thank you to Susan, Kim and Dr. Diciccio) is incredible with my kids, who were extremely curious about everything in the office. It is clear from the first meeting that Dr. Diciccio is not interested in putting braces on kids for the sake of putting braces on kids. Our dentist was fairly certain that our oldest daughter would need braces very soon. When we visited Dr. Diciccio, his feeling was Not so fast!. My kids are really going to love the in office theatre room and iPad room.

This is my orthodontist and his is really nice and kind to his patients in my opinion. There staff has high-tech equipment so most procedures do not hurt.

My daughter had her first consult with Dr. Diciccio when she was 5 years old, and that could have been a very traumatic experience for her, but Dr. Diciccio and his staff made her feel very comfortable. She just finished her last phase of braces, and after 7 years of treatment, her smile is absolutely beautiful!! I live 45 mins. away, and whenever my daughter lost her rubber bands, (or just used them up) all I had to do was call, and they would drop more in the mail for me. They REALLY go out of their way to make sure that your experience is as comfortable as it can be.I had the unique experience of taking my nephew to his orthodontist, and after the way his Dr. treated him and myself, I was absolutely relieved to go back to Dr. Diciccio. I think that visit really opened my eyes to how phenomenal Dr. Diciccio and his staff truly are, and after having the comparison, I can honestly recommend him, for I have seen what else is out there!!!
