I want to thank Dr. Kaur, her assistant Sarah and the front office staff for making our experience at Bullard Dental a positive one! My granddaughter Mckenzie had a filling done and Dr. Kaur and Sarah were so patient and kind with her. They told her what they were going to do and explained everything in detail! Mr. Thirsty was McKenzie’s friend and she loved biting down on the soft pink pillows! Thank you all so much! 👍🥰

The staff here are so nice and answer any questions you may have. Out of my 3 kids, 2 of them are difficult at times depending on what the visit is for. Staff and Dr. Kalinian make them feel comfortable, and dont rush into doing what needs to be done. Found this place in those Parent Magazines at a doctors office years back and it was THE BEST DECISION!

My family and I have been going here for years. We love all the Drs. Dr. Johnson is so good with children. The office is very busy, but Ramona ( the office manager)is so accurate and organized. Ramona had been such a help on many occasions and had helped me save money! I absolutely reccomend this place for the whole family

The BESt, When have you ever been 2 hours late to an appointment and still heave the receptionist greet you happily and already have you signed in? Dr raggy is one of the best around, the front desk will do everything to get u in and work with your insurance to get the most for the dollar... Karen was great as well. Now many people may complain about the parking and get frustrated, I see it, I understand but if u look there is not much anyone can do,they only have this problem cause they are well desired and all time slots are always booked. I refer this place to everyone and I tell them u wont regret it.. .check out there new addition its like a high end spa, very nice , u will be impressed

Ive had dental work done here and got braces soon after. Alex was awesome he worked out a payment plan with me and Dr. Johnson did an amazing job with my braces, the girls are all nice and professional I would recommend Bullard Dental to anyone.

Bullard Dental Plaza is Amazing! Ramona was so pleasant and professional and she got me in right away, mind you I went in as a new patient with severe pain, Bullard Dental Plaza took great care of me that same day in about an hour and a half. I put off getting a tooth extracted for several months.then,all of a sudden I got an infection with lots and lots of pain.i called bullard dental and got an appointment for 5 days away....thats lucky....I got a call back within 20 min asking if I could come in same day.....thats THE same day... everyone including pam with the quick callback ,Ramona at the checkin desk...Jessica who did my xrays and Dr. Carr were very understanding professional and compassioate.As a person who spent 10 yrs in medical in the U.S. Navy,I have seen and been a part of many medical encounters and patient care.i really appreciate bullard dentalAdrian gray

Ive been coming to Bullard Dental for about 6 years for regular cleaning and x-rays. Wait times vary depending on the time of day. I only had one issue with an afternoon appt which caused me to reschedule. For this reason, I like morning appts. Today I went in for cleaning and waited a few minutes outside to have my temp taken (due to CoViD) before I could enter the building. When inside it was only a few minutes before being called back. My hygienist, Harpreet, was great! She explained everything she did and gave recommendations on how to maintain top notch oral health. Ill keep coming back to Bullard Dental.

This is a very clean facility that caters to kids and teens. Roberta was excellent with my children 16&13. Having children herself, she was able to connect with my children, explain what she did, and needed them to do. The receptionist was great, very personable and funny. A shot out to Pam and Jessica as well!

Bullard Dental rocks harder to bedrock. I have a lot of special people that work there. But I have a problem remembering names. So she is receptionist, the others are Dentists and my main man Auggie. Plus they are Covid safe!

Really bad service make me wait 3 different time for X-ray, I ending leaving because the process was really slow, second time they didn’t have anyone to work on X-ray, after that they cancel my appointment 2 times when I finally attends my new appointment after 3 months was running late 8 min their is a wait line out side the clinic when they open is already to late the doctor is attending other customer, since when doctor do X-ray ? I cancel my appointment im not going to this clinic ever again.

Hygienist Roberta is always awesome, loves her job and good at what she does. Staff are on top of things. Rated 4 stars only because the waiting list for rescheduling takes months. Keep your appointments, it gets busy. Parking lot is small so come early to find a spot.

I got my cleaning done with Choua. She was AMAZING!! She also numbed my mouth for the procedure I was going to have done the same day and I was super nervous but she made me feel comfortable and I didn’t even feel no pain. Thanks Choua!

I had a fear of going to the dentist ever since I was little. I HAD to get some services done and came here since my sister recommended them. They gave me a great experience here and really took good care of me (and my teeth). I no longer dread going to the dentist. They are great here and will definitely take care of you!

When I first started coming to Bullard Dental,over 10 years ago, it was a premier dental and orthodontist provider. The staff was really friendly, the place was clean, I would be in and out during my visits. It was just immaculate! I referred so many people here! Over the years, it has gone downhill pretty quickly. I dont even know why they schedule appointments because we wait for hours. There is nowhere to sit while you wait. It is just completely ridiculous. I tried riding it out because I didnt want to seem snooty, but my family and I simply cannot take it anymore. When my wife and kids arrived at their appointment, today, the office was closed for lunch, and there were people already in line outside the door! Absolutely crazy and unacceptable! I have switched dentists, and I am in the process of switching my children as well. I am currently a patient at Jack Ohanesian, DDS. I absolutely love Jack Ohanesian! His place is clean, when I make an appointment, thats when Im actually seen. Hes friendly, the staff is friendly. It is a place I would highly recommend. But if you are okay with everything I just complained about, then this is the place for you. If you are not okay with it, and are looking for a new dentist, and are thinking about Bullard Dental, do yourself a favor, AND RUN AWAY! Do not look back!

This dental office runs like a well oiled machine. I took my 4 kids yesterday. Ramona was quick and friendly, Pam and Mandy were very helpful and very welcoming. I was referred by a dear friend who took her entire family to Bullard Dental. Since losing my job and better insurance I had to file for medical under medical cal. I must tell you the prejudice that surround the medi cal recipients is utter disgusting! This firm has yet to contact me regarding my care for my teeth. I have been in receipt of the medi cal acceptance letters for months now to see to my cleaning and work to be done and was told they would be in contact with me, to date months later I have heard nothing from them. During last visit the staff was distasteful and rude, the dr I saw was old an rude himself, the X-ray tech left me with X-ray film gagging while she held a personal conversation with her co-worker. One tooth I have is cracked, and when the dr. was asked did you see the crack in my upper right tooth, he sad no. I have seen the xrays that were taken with another dr. while under private pay, this dr. at Bullard lied. The tooth has come apart and now require extraction. I personally do not recommend this dental firm, not even if you are private pay or with a better health care plan. Any organization that denies or treats a patient differently based on the ability to pay is not in it for the care of its patients, it’s all about the money!

My partner, Johnny, went to Bullard Dental because of an ache in his upper gum line. The front office staff were absolutely incredibly helpful and responsive. Nobody ever likes going to the dentist, but I assure you, if you want a Dr you can trust, with staff that know what customer service is all about....then THIS is the place for you! The reason for my lengthy post is the fact that they are so thorough! Johnnys gumline ached because of 2 cavities that needed to be filled. But thats not all. They discovered signs that he had been clenching his teeth at night and recommended a bite guard, which we purchased and the snoring stopped, and his neck and jaw pain have gotten so much better. We really could not ask for anyone better and we will forever be patients here. Thanks so much Ramona, Mike, Maggy, and Dr. Wright - absolutely amazing!!

On May of 2017, I experience a traumatic accident of falling, and affecting my three front upper teeth. Dr. Fay explained that the teeth needed either implants, or root canals and/or crowns. Truly, the entire staff: Isis, Karla, Pam, Kandy, Daisy, and Dr. Fay throughout the many, many months of required treatment were always professional, efficient, caring, and friendly. The results are fabulous and my smile is pretty again. Thank you, Bullard Dental Group.

I visited Bullard Dental Plaza today for the whole family including my wife and 2 kids. Ramona at the front desk helped us with the appointment two weeks ago. She was super professional in helping us find the right appointment time that was mutually workable. She also figured all the paper work that needs to be done with insurance prior to our visit so that there is peace of mind on the day of the appointment. This morning, we were there at 8.30 am. Ramona helped us with all the paper work regarding patient history as we were new patients. Dr. Visha is the dentist who took care of our dental visit needs. She was nice and engaged the kids to the point where they were calm and co-operating. Dr. Visha also did not hesitate to consult with other specialists with our needs and provided detailed explanations on what we should do individually and as a family to improve oral health. Great Service!

I will never return to this office again!!! Office staff asked a mother and her child to wait outside. I assume the child had some sort of autism or disability and would scream for 3 seconds every 4 minutes or so. I listened to staff talk about the mother and child to each other as if she was not in hearing distance. The mother struggled and to gather up her belongings and the staff stood nearby apologizing to the other customers who never complained. I watched as the mother teared up and waited outside. The staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations like this with dignity and respect.

Karla in the front is awesome and Pam too Candy is always smiling and Dr.Johnson n Dr.Minn are so Great at what they do. Dr. Faye as well. . My whole family has been going here for over 5 years now. Have 6 kids 2 are adults now n they still come here. Wont go anywhere else. The only thing that needs to improve is the parking situation 😉

OMG Ive had bad experiences going to the dentist especially to W.D. Bullard Dental has been nothing but great totally the opposite of my old dentist. I have a lot of work that needed to be done and Romona made sure I got in and took care of me. We had some setbacks due to being cleared by my cardiologist and Romona made sure we got it done. I have been using Bullard Dental for a few years now and have never been disappointed with their service. When trying to find a good dentist prior, I had called a few offices here in town to talk with the receptionist. They say you can tell how well a business is run by how their employees act and I got nothing but a warm welcome when talking with them. I signed up immediately and havent regretted it.The quality of work that Dr. Ben provides is excellent and hes always looking for ways to go the extra step to improve your smile. For instance, I went in to get a cavity fixed and he removed a brown spot that I had on my front tooth since birth at no charge. He is honest and doesnt try to sell you on stuff that isnt necessary.I highly recommend Bullard Dental is you are searching for a new dentist. They truly do make you feel at home.

I have been fearful of dentists since my bad experience at one as a child. Not with Bullard Dental though- Dr. Fay is a skilled Amazing Dentist. I love that Im not afraid to go to the dentist anymore- I wouldnt even be comfortable for a simple cleaning - Im that patient.. Called for assistance from office regarding credit on account that I wanted returned to health care reimbursement account and advised only manager and accountant can do this. Also, needed to allow time for them to review to see if credit is warranted. Credit has been on account since April 2016. Great dentist. But office customer service lacking. Changing dentist.

WOW!! EVERYTHING IS SO GREAT ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! All the staff is super nice, especially Dr.Fay. He is an amazing dentist and their waiting room is very amusing. They have a TV and magazines. Nobody is like that evil dentist that all kids hate, they are basically as mean as a kitten. They take care of your teeth, and it doesnt hurt that much. For me, I didnt feel it at all! This place deserves a five star review, so thats why I gave it one.

The 3 times that I have been here the front desk assistant was always rude and you can tell she just doesn’t care. My appointment was cancelled because I didn’t answer and confirm my appointment (sorry I am a busy person who does not have my phone accessible at all times). Never once was I told that I had to answer and confirm my appointment or it would be cancelled. I was told that if I don’t show up to my appointment I would be charged a 40$ missed appointment fee. So I showed up and they said I was taken off their schedule, I asked if I could be squeezed in, I watched the front desk assistant walk back around the corner and returned and said the hygienist was busy and can’t get me in today. She did not even attempt to get me seen, and did not ask the hygienist, just asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no that won’t be necessary I will never be returning and will find a much better Dental Office. The dental hygienist was great, and very nice, I give her credit. Oh by the way, the parking is TERRIBLE!

Honestly i rememeber as a kid i hated going to the dentist but now as adult i like dont mind it to much its always a pleasure when im having any work done on my teeth while im there and one of the assistants that assisting the dentist Nicole actually is none like any other there. Even after having read the not so great reviews of this place I decided to give them a try. They were conveniently located close to my house and hrs where great. The terrible part was when I tried to make an appointment...it was ridiculous the hoops and wait I went through to make a simple appointment. The lady that answered the phone the first time was rude and placed me on hold for 10 min before she came back on the phone saying she needed to take my number and call me back in 10 min. I said ok and gave her my number. 2 hrs later ...still no call. I called again and a different lady answered. She was also rude and after I t9ld her someone was supposed to have called me back because I was wanting to make a first time appointment she put me on hold again!!! Such a joke. After 7 minutes on hold I just hung up. Ill take my precious insurance money elsewhere.

My tooth was hurting really bad after a filling done my Dr. Minh. The gum around it was very sensitive when I flossed (the filling caused a lot of food traps as well). When I went back, Dr. Johnson was really unsympathetic and made me feel ridiculous; he flossed my tooth and when I told him I was in pain he shrugged his shoulders and told me there was nothing he can do because my gum wasnt bleeding. I left in tears; Im very disappointed and I will never go back. I switched to a new dentist and he said my tooth looked fractured and the filling will need to be redone. IF YOU WANT QUALITY DENTAL WORK, DONT GO HERE.

Poor customer service. Always have issues locating my wifes chart even though weve been patients there for several years . Never any parking. I confirmed appointment via phone and text and they still canceled my appointment because they never got a hold of me. Wont be returning

Cant say much about the dentist, but the surrounding staff left something to be desired. Scheduled an appointment with them and, at that time, they had taken my insurance information and explained that if they needed anything else they would call me. I came in for my appointment and they said that they had to be added to my insurance. Then they offered a hollow courtesy to call my insurance and do that for me but followed with, But it would take at least 40 minutes for me to get through to them. Would you like to reschedule? After coming home and calling them back the phone rang forever and when it was finally answered I was asked to be put on hold. What followed was a disconnection. I called one more time and after expressing my frustration I was told, Thank you, have a nice day and then they hung up.Dr. Fay may be a good dentist, but there are 10+ as good or better rated dentists in the area and service is what separates them. Bullard Dental Group is behind in that.

This is one of the best Dental offices in Fresno. I was personally cared for in a very special way. Coming to Bullard Dental helped me smile again when I gave up the possibility of ever smiling the staff here worked with me and my insurance to make sure I could smile again!! I am a United States Veteran and during the time I and my family could not afford care or received less than sub par care, the staff at this office were a true Blessing. I believe this office deserve more recognition not just for myself but for the many I have sent to them who themselves were equally or even more satisfied with the care provided to include the time it took for treatment and there awesome professionalism. This office has one of the most incompetent so called office managers. He not only lacks the knowledge for this position, but has no common sense to make up for it. Also, beware of the front desk crew, they are quick to overcharge you if you are not careful of what you are signing!

My son had his teeth cleaned by a very rude hygenist. She was rough and water spilled out of his mouth she didnt even place the suction tube right in his mouth. This practice has been going down hill with all the changes is staff. We move our family to a much better dentist.

I came to this dentist 3 times. First two I had no issues, just cleanings. On my third time around the hygienist told me I had six cavities. I knew that was bullshit because Ive never had cavities before. Even the actual dentist told me I had cavities and told me to have them filled immediately before they start causing me pain. I felt like I was getting scammed so I scheduled an appointment with my old dentist I used to go to when I was a kid and surprise surprise I had no cavities. I will never go to or recommend anybody to come to these liars ever.

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Bullard Dental for the past two years and we love it. The staff is always very friendly and considerate of your time when getting you in and out for appointments. They helped me get my cavities filled on the same day. =Knowing it would be difficult to come back another day being that I travel so much for my job. Dr. Fay is very kind and listens well. Also, for a dentists office they are pretty tech savvy, and make the overall experience a more informed and pleasant one. I usually hate going to the dentist, but at Bullard Dental, they make the whole experience less nerve wracking and less painful.

Im assuming most of these 5 stars are from people who were asked to do so because this place is horrible! So I went because one of my tooth was hurting and sometimes it felt like I chewed on a rock when it hit a certain spot. But they had no care at all for that! They were more concerned with trying to get me to purchase a deep cleaning! And I quote the doctor who helped me, oh yeah and I do see that you need a filling too. It seemed like he wasnt even going to mention the whole filling thing at all to me until I asked. He spent the whole time trying to convince me I need a deep cleaning. After finding out it was $471; I said no thank you and just book me for the filling only. 6 weeks later I returned for my follow up only to find out I was scheduled for a deep cleaning and never for my filling! After of straight out telling her I didnt want the deep cleaning! They had no care in the world that my tooth was hurting. So they scheduled me for the next day to get my filling. And guess what... My tooth still hurts and I could still feel it sometimes!

Today we had to wait 2 hours for nothing! This was our 1st time here for my 2 year old daughters check up as a new patient. Her appointment was at 2pm and it wasnt until 4pm when Ive just decided to get up and leave! Waited so long my daughter fell asleep. They were calling multiple pple back that came in way after us. Never again will we be coming here or recommending.

Friendly service .the wait time is never long for appointments.i ve been a patient four about 6 months and have had various work done.from wisdom teeth extractions to cavities and cleanings .I am very satisfied with my serivce and results.

People people DO NOT go to bullard dental plaza i lost my tooth plus thousands of dollrs literally just because dr Fay screwed up my tooth and refused to fix what he had done to it by ignoring and not seeing me at his office i had to see a different dentist have them pull the tooth out and go through implant and everybody knows how expensive implants are! Also dr Fay damaged 4 of my mom ‘s teeth and now she is seeing another dentist just to fix what dr Fay did to her!!! They also took the money that my mom had paid as a pmt to her loan and that way dr Fay screwed up my mom’s credit history as well , they are thieves butchers , GOD DAMN YOU dr Fay

UPDATE 9-26-18Delta Dental has agreed with my grievance for one of the teeth that we had to have re-done after I disputed their initial denial. After Dr Guyer and Dr Starr submitted additional proof to back their diagnosis Delta agreed. Im currently working with Pam on getting my refund for my copay and refund to insurance. My son is having his last cleaning and xray for the year and will be over his max which means I will pay out of pocket what ever insurance doesnt cover.When I called Bullard Dental, Pam said they never received a notice for the determination and has requested Delta to send it to her. Im hopeful that Bullard Dental does the right thing and refunds what were owed.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Weve been patients here since 2012. Weve come every 6 mo. for cleaning, xray & check up. Kids were 5 and 7, theyre now 12 and 14.Weve recently learned that Dr. Johnson hasnt been diagnosing cavities in my sons mouth. Had I not sought orthodontic treatment for my 2 sons I would have never known! After seeing the ortho we were sent back to have a cavity taken care of and a tooth checked. The red flag was that we had just been in for their 6 month cleaning, xray and check up a few weeks before our visit to the ortho dr!Due to Googles limit on words I cant give all the details, but Its been a long road for my kid since that day. Hes had 6 fillings done at Bullard Dental, all at MY request, and 4 at Golden Hills Dental (2 of which were re-dos because there was still decay under 1 and the other was chipped and had decay. The filings were less than 6 months old!). Thats 10 times my kid has had to be drilled and filled since June, deep cavities.Instead of diagnosing a cavity, Dr Johnson puts teeth on watch. My sons cavities have ALL been deep, 2 of which were almost and may still end up in root canals.For a child of 14 whos adult teeth have only been cared for every 6 months by Bullard, no one would expect decay this severe in his mouth. Im so disappointed that this great man, the man who has broken my boy, allowed this to happen to him. This experience has completely changed my sons outlook on preventative dentestry for the worst! He now has a mistrust of all dentists because of how much he trusted and adored Dr Johnson. Dr Johnson is a great man, amazing with my kids and they always looked fwd to coming. My son just cant understand why Dr. J. Would let these cavities get SO bad and cause him to go through so much pain and treatment.See my reviews on Yelp for a more detailed account of ourexperience.

Horrible! THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT WARNING!!!!! I had a hard time getting out of class to get to my appointment only to show up and find out it had been canceled and without any warning because they said they called a few days before and I didn’t answer to confirm the appointment . I’m sorry I’m in class 8 hours a day and have a full schedule. Not to mention, I received a text message as a reminder at 8:05 am THIS MORNING from their office reminding me of my appointment at 9am! So, I get there and they say ITS BEEN CANCELLED and their gonna reschedule me which now isn’t until December! We are in the middle of October... it’s horrible everytime you have to make an appointment or reschedule they never have anything available for a few months... oh and they don’t work on Fridays??? Really??? It’s ridiculous, I drove out there, took time from my class for nothing. NO WARNING... but they don’t care. Especially considering I received the reminder this morning of my appointment. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. I will provide a picture of the text I got this morning with the reminder of the appointment as if everything was ok, not knowing I would show up for nothing.

Friendly but busy. Small parking lot. Be sure to ASK about your treatment and discuss it with your dentist - sometimes not the most forthcoming unless you ask. Sometimes the waiting gets a bit long. Seems to take most insurances

Ive been going for 2 years & last month i went to get a filling on a tooth that was never hurting & since than my tooth hurts so much i cant even eat anything hard..iam currently looking for a new dentist... I wouldnt recommed this dentist.. Also i had gone to my appointment & the receptionist told me my dentist wasnt in that day & they had known since the day before & said they had called his patients but i never recieved any call, i was pissed because they cant even do their job right!!

Im so sad Ive been going here for 2 years or a little longer and I can honestly say I loved it. But im so disappointed that some time ago I went to get xrays and teeth cleaning and they told me I had a filling. So I made a app because I kept getting little pains, and I went back today and they didnt take any xrays they just worked on my filling from old x rays they took. After the medicine wore of my tooth is throbbing I keep getting sharp pains. Im just so sad because I should not be going through this pain. Ive never had good luck with dentist so im sad that the one place I loved has let me down. Would not refer anyone to them for this matter now. :(

Shoutouts to Ramona and Maggie at the front desk! Customer service was on point! I found out that my front tooth can be fixed with a cap and root canal I dont have to pull the tooth thank God! Was originally going to go to Western Dental but a friend put me on to this place I will follow up once I get the procedure done.

DO NOT RECCOMEND! Been going here for seven years, was going when Dr. Meekay was here, she was the best! Then we got Dr. Kalinian. She pushed treatments that were not necessary. Told me my daughter needed a filling, that she had a cavity, but when I asked to see the x-rays nobody could show me the cavity including Dr. kalinian. They also charge $75 for anastesia, I now go to California kids, and they only charge $20. California kids say they want the parent to feel comfortable and not debate whether to do it or not, the childs interest is their concern not making more $$, I would not recommend Dr. Kalinian and her services, Im kicking myself for going as many years as we did. We didnt know any better, they are always pushing unnecessary treatments and their bill side by side with our new dentist is jaw dropping. Their fees are so inflated! They are only interested in the $, not the best interest of the kids.

I love Dr. Kalinian but it is extremely frustrating when the office never answers the phone? Their website says they are open but I can never get an answer.

I have been coming here since, forever! Since Dr. Fay is my dad, im so happy that people are posting such nice reveiws! For mine, i just want to say my dad is an amazing dentist and if you want a skilled and proffesional dentist, COME TO BULLARD DENTAL

Excellent facility, great staff, and knowledgeable dentists made this an easy recommendation.

I 100% agree with these reviews. The ladies up front are not at all helpful and seem to be annoyed if you have any sort of questions. Bullard really needs to retrain these ladies on how to treat the customer. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place!
