Dont take time off work to go here, apparently its ok for them to cancel your appt on you an hour before your scheduled time

The staff in the back is not even doing there job they are just talking while working on your teeth, very un proffesional laughing and talking they do not even tell you what they are going to do to you & to top it off they make you wait for hours even if you have an appt. I waited an hours in the lobby and an hour inside and was literally there for 4hrs

I do not recommend Hispano at all, I scheduled an appt for my mom and they said they can squeeze her in at 8am and that they will call the next day to confirm her appt. Never called, so I called them and they had switched her appt time to 2pm without letting me know so I kept that appt. she showed up, doors were locked no sign what so ever of them saying they had went to lunch. I called to let them know she was there in time, the women who answered claims there was a sign that said they were out for lunch from 1-2. My mom stood even after 2 and no doors were open yet. Never coming back and don’t recommend to any new patients.

This is a great office with great staff you can tell they care about their patients. They have great customer service. Front dest, dental assistants, and doctors. Very much recommend.

Over a month ago I went to accompany my mom a spanish speaker. Can’t believe the man dentists who comes out on tv told my mom “I’m sorry I don’t think you’ll afford the procedure.” How unprofessional of him to judge her. Keep looking around you’ll find a much better and professional dentist clinic.

Five stars for this place Im in and out in less then 2 hours Im never in the waiting room for more then 5 minutes when they make my appointment its actually the time my appointment is which is rare for a dentist office.

Very bad experience with this office...Myra made my husband lose half a day of work . If she doesnt know the right answer to a specific question she shouldnt answer at all. Hopefully all potential patients arent treated like this.😠

Dont go theyre a rip off, trying to charge me double then what other place charge me

Says walk-ins welcome but they dont do walk -ins! Try to set an appointment but none available! Just all around bad service.

Very bad service. My appointments have been postponing them month after month. They make you sign an agreement that if you miss and do not cancel an appointment you have to pay a certain amount for your irresponsibility but how about they cancel one every so often. That is grossly disrespectful. They should be the ones paying us that charge for their unconsciousness. I do not recommend them at all.

They never spoke to me to do a deep cleaning and more than a year has passed, I marked them and they told me that they still did not authorize anything he medical, last week I went to another dentist and after three days they marked me to tell me that everything was already approved what I need and today I came to my cleaning.

Very bad service !!! My wife got a filling that THEY put on her and did not want to accept their responsibility. When he went to fix his bad work they did not take it of high importance and gave him an appointment of 3 weeks: / DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE !!!!

I do not recommend it at all. They wanted to charge me almost $ 3,000 for work that I didnt need. I went to another doctor who did the corresponding exams and told me that I didnt need any work. They also tricked me with a supposed insurance company to give me discounts and in the brochure it says that you can ask for a refund, which I did because I did not plan to return and they did not want to return it. They are profiteers, they deceive people and they want to charge them too much.
