October of 2019 I became a patient for a front tooth dental implant. Throughout the entire process even until now March 2021 Dr Pritsky has kept in touch each time to see how I healed and always made sure I was comfortable. This office is very clean and the staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this place. They are good and super accommodating specially if an appointment needs to be pushed back or involves an issue with your actual dentist. Communication is great and hospitality is as well! Doctor and receptionists were amazing and polite since I stepped foot until I left. After receiving an implant in office, I was unsure of the recovery but was pleasantly surprised that by day 4 I no longer needed pain medication, and went on to a successful recovery without complications. They were prepared for me when I arrived so I never waited long for my appointment. I was pretty nervous when I went to my first implant appointment at Dr. Pritskys office a few years ago; but, immediately upon entering his office and being greeted, I really calmed down. Every staff member I have come into contact with, from the receptionist to the office manager and everyone in between, has always treated me kindly and respectfully. The whole implant process was explained to me in a way I could understand everything that was going to happen. Dr. Pritsky was, and is, very thorough in explaining each process and is very gentle. I have never experienced any pain during any procedure at his office. I have several implants; and Kimberly also very thoroughly and gently cleans my teeth every six months. The implant process takes quite a while to complete; but, it is so worth the wait. As I said earlier, I have had several implants from Dr. Pritsky and I definitely would not hesitate to have several more. He and his office staff deserve many more than 5 stars!

Dr. Pritsky is extremely experienced & meticulous about his work, his office, his staff. Hes so good I changed periodontists from someone I had been seeing for about 30+ years. My last procedure was a gum graft below the lower front teeth of my mouth. It came out beautifully. But follow his instructions! If he says dont bite with your front teeth for 3 weeks, dont do it! He knows what hes doing. All the pain meds worked beautifully, too, so the whole operation went smoothly. He has done my husbands implants & if theres a problem, he fixes it! HIs whole staff is very professional, helpful, and kind. Good work!

While no one can really say they enjoy having dental work done, the quality of service displayed by the staff at Pritskys makes it much more bearable. Despite my stress before procedures and I get nervous before procedures because of all my experiences at the dentist and all the time I have spent in the dentist chair. (Feels like ages) Pritsky and his staff was recommended to me from my dentist and let me say they are always kind and caring. No matter what happens. They do not want to force you to do anything you dont want to do, normally it is just recommended. They work with what is best for you and will wait until your insurance money comes in. Surgery is surgery, just follow the post-op and youll heal quickly. I had my wisdom teeth pulled from an oral surgeon. That hurt more than any of the procedures I had here. All in all if you need work you cant go wrong here.

Top quality dentist. Dr. Pritsky removed my wisdom teeth. I was unaware my bottom wisdom tooth was moving in to my jaw bone. He alerted me to to this issue which was causing infant pain. Had gum recession for years on the top right of my upper tooth and got referred to Dr Pritskys office and they were all so great as to helping me from applying for the care credit bc financially I couldnt pay it all at once, to accommodating my appointments bc of work and most importantly the procedure was very fast had two appointments before the actually procedure which was not even about an hour long and after had pain for only 3 days then everything was a smooth process after now it no longer looks like I have a bleeding tooth I highly recommend this office🤗

My implant experience was long due to the medicine I had taken years before that might affect the bone. Dr. Pritsky and staff were very caring and patient until I was able to have the complete job done. When a problem came up, I needed extra work on the implant site and it was done promptly and with all the care and skill of a specialized surgeon. The equipment is state of the art. The staff are right on top of things. I hope this is a once in a lifetime experience, but if I needed to have another, I would go back to Dr. Pritsky.

That’s the reason my family have to change another dentist.Overall you cant denial that Pritsky is one of the best dentists but also most expensive in Fresno. If you want best service and money is not the matter, go to Pritsky.
