Dr. Eskander d.d.s is a great dentist he was able to save my tooth after western dental said nothing was wrong with my teeth. I found out I had a cavity that went to the nerve and had to have a root canal done it was close to painless with a great price he doesnt see money signs when your his patient also he does porcelain fillings and doesnt believe metal fillings are good for anyone to have, he is caring and really likes to make you feel comfortable and welcomed in to his office. His staff is very comforting and welcoming from the very beginning and him and his staff answer all questions and concerns I will be recommending Dr.Eskander to anyone who needs a dentist. His office is very clean and smells good. I will never be going back to Western dental.

This is the best dentist in town, I have bein to more then a few places in search of a good dentist and Eskander d.d.s is not like the others, hes very caring makes you feel comfortable and you can actually trust him and not feel so nervous about bein at the dentist. He saved more then a few of my teeth after WESTERN DENTAL told me there was nothing wrong. I was goin yearly to western d & all they did was give me false info, it seemed all they care bout was money.they told me I had no cavities and needed a gingivitis treatment that would cost 2000. They also had other charges they were trying to add on & Eskander told me I didnt need the gingivitis treatment & for my other procedure he said it would be covered by my insurance & dont understand why western d told me any of this . Western told me my cavities were small stains & to keep brushing. If your looking for a Good dentist you can trust. Come and see Eskander.he will take good care of you ihave recommended him to all my family and friends and they are switching over to him now because of they great experience he gave me no more searching for a good dentist😁

Great place. I have medical and was looking for a new dentist. My friend told me about Angels family dental. I couldnt be happier great staff, great dentist. I had a bad inflection when I went in. I had no problem making a appointment. When I arrived I didnt have to wait long before seeing the dentist and when I did he put me at ease. Stopped the pain and stayed in touch over the weekend to make sure my infection was under control. Then when I went back. I was in and out with a root canal and no more pain over all great place. Would definitely go back.

We recently moved to Fresno and needed to find a dentist. Angel’s Dentistry was recommended to us because of the quality of care. I personally am very pleased with all aspect of this place. From the time we walked in the receptionist warmly greeted us, and I felt extremely safe because of their COVID-19 precautions. The wait time was relatively fast. Once I was in the chair his assistants were attentive to my needs.I had to get a chipped tooth fixed and a few fillings re-done. The quality of the work was fantastic! More than that, the quality of care was even better. Due to our insurance I thought we were going to lower quality of care, but I could not have been more wrong. I was extremely pleased by his work.I would without a doubt recommend Angels dentistry!

Ive been coming to Angels Family Dental for a couple months now & Dr. Eskander & his staff always make me feel comfortable & at ease everytime I go in for a visit. Ive had a couple cavities done & I honestly was expecting silver fillings since I do have medical but Dr. Eskander used white fillings & I was very pleased with the results. Ive had a root canal done & felt no pain, i also needed a crown & after a week or two I got my permanent crown today & I was very pleased with it, it looks so natural! Im a very happy patient & will keep going back I definitely recommend this dentist!

This is my second visit at this dental office. I was recommended to Angels dentist by close friends and I thought it was worth a shot. They have plexiglass at the counter and they have hand sanitizer on hand. The first visit was a pleasant one, my appointment was at 4 and after filling out paper work it took about 5 minutes until I was called back. I had X-rays done which are never a pleasant experience at any dentist office but the employee was nice and made me feel comfortable. I waited just a few minutes until I met the dentist. He examined my teeth and I know I had some chips and holes on some teeth along with old fillings that had seen better days. I had addressed all of these with my previous dentist but they said if it didn’t bug me they wouldn’t bother with it, so I knew I wanted to address that with this new dentist and see if the holes had gotten worse. When the cleaning started it was the dentist that cleaned my teeth along with an assistant. That was new to me because I’ve normally had dental hygienists clean and then me wait until the dentist was ready. But I much prefer this way. The cleaning was quick, the dentist used a machine that cleaned the teeth and that was my first time with that, I have always had manual cleaning which takes a lot longer. He listened to what my concerns were and we together addressed where the chips, holes and told me that there is a better way to seal up the holes and to switch out the old fillings, I was all for for it, I do like to take care of my teeth. Those would be for the next visit. I got finished up with polish on my teeth, made my next appointment and on my way. My first visit I enjoyed the staff and the dentist very much, having medi-cal I was wondering how the quality of care would be but I am happy to say that, the dentist listened to my concerns and respected them. I then proceeded to schedule the next visit 2 weeks later for my procedure. They could have gotten me in earlier but due to my schedule I wasn’t able to, so I thought that was nice, that it doesn’t take forever to make an appointment.Before the second visit of the work that needed to be done, my mouth is normally sensitive after they drill down my teeth so I always make sure to take some ibuprofen, so it’ll help ease the pain after the numbness wears off. Waiting in the waiting area, it was less than 5 mins before I was called in. I like how this dentist focuses on one part of my mouth instead of trying to rush and get all of them done at once (I needed them in all parts of my mouth but he did the upper right side this visit), in the past it’s normally a huge and literal ache afterwards so I don’t mind the trips back. I would say total it took 15-20 mins, only thing I felt was just the pinch of the numbing shot. It is now the afternoon after having fillings done and I have no pain whatsoever, thankful for the ibuprofen but it’s nice not having teeth nerves hurt, so it lets me know that the dentist did a great job with drilling my teeth and not going further than he should have. Safe to say for me that I had the same consistent quality of care from the first to the second visit and looking forward to my third which is next week!

This is a great office and very relaxing. The staff is kind, well organized and keeps the office clean! The dentist here has been with my family and I for 15 years. He uses high quality equipment and products. My teeth and smile is very important to me and this office has kept me confident with it for many years!

I have been going to Dr. Eskander office for several years. I highly recommend him along with the staff. Dr. Eskander is a great dentist and very professional. He answers all questions and concerns. The dental assistants are also helpful. I do sign a consent form that allows me to have dental treatment. Im satisfied with the dental care I have received. Im also happy to have a good dentist that cares about my smile.

My girls have been coming here for 2 years. We never had a bad experience. Today my 7 year old freaked out and they gave her a chance to calm down after that it went so well. They have patience for my kids. The staff were all so sweet and kind and it makes a difference when you feel comfortable with the staff. Especially for the kids.

Update, many of the 5 stars reviews are not real people, rather paid reviews from India. Look at the profiles of the people and how many reviews they have done. And the way their reviews are written. Your teeth are precious so dont make the mistake of going to himWorst dentist ever. As a couple of people have mentioned, this dentist literally started drilling his way in to my teeth with out even discussing it with me. He ruined 7 of my teeth by filling them when I did not need that. I will be filing a complaint as I do believe he is committing insurance fraud. My father went there once and he had the same experience where this “dentist” wanted to just do fillings. Horrible please stay away.

I recently had extensive work done having 7 crowns put in along with fillings and no complaints! It was actually a great experience, having friendly staff assist me throughout, receptionists following up, a clean office environment, and a professional doctor doing the work. Im extremely satisfied with his work that I have already referred him to my family and friends!

I thought this dentist was pretty good. Hes fast, down to business, tells you how much you need done, how much it will be, and lets you choose how much you can afford to get done at once. Hes not afraid to really try to fill a cavity that may be a little deep, rather than just send you straight to root canal. And he seems fairly reasonable, although I just paid for what my insurance wouldnt, and they cover about half. But its been a couple years and everything he did has stayed in and stayed put.

Honestly, I moved to a different place that was why the reason I went to this place. I saw the review based on the star but I didnt read all of them. So I made a terrible mistake.1st of all, I was their first time client, i just wanted to go for a clean up. They took my x-ray and said I had 10 cavities. Omg, excuse me!!! I went to my old dentist 8 months ago and she said all my teeth look good. The x-ray showed everything look the same.I was actually believe in him somehow and I let him drilled my teeth n he did a silver filling without asking me what kind of filling I needed.2nd of all, the dentist and the assistant didnt care to ask how I was doing while he numbed my cheeks and also didnt give me any tissue n told me to suck my saliva out myself with their suction.3rd of all, he charged me $180 out of my poket upfront. I called my insurance not about the money but the work that he did (Indian dentist or African American as some reviews mentioned) to proof that I did have cavities just like he said. After the drilling my teeth was extra sensitive to eat or drink water. My insurance said they shouldnt charge me money upfront like that but wait for the billing home. My billing was showing that my deductible was less than what they charged me upfront.Im waiting to collecting the photo and x-ray.Please dont go to this place if you dont want to ruin your nice teeth and your smile!I have been crying myself out so many times thinking about this.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Eskander for over 10 years now. My dad has had several very complex procedures due to other medical conditions he has. The doctor has always made sure that my dad always leaves in as great of a dental shape as possible. Dr. Eskander and his staff have always gone the extra mile for myself and family.Another dentist had butchered my teeth and almost caused me to have several root canals at the recommendations of several doctors, due to the amount of pain I was left in. Hearing that you have to do three or possibly four root canals at a young age was very devastating, not to mention the horrible pain I was in from just the wind blowing next to my mouth. Dr. Eskander was very sensitive and understood the physical and emotional pain that I was in. He very patiently explained what he saw and that a root canal might be a possibility but one he would like to avoid as well. He was honest in explaining all the options and possibilities. He did a medicated filling prior to a permanent filling and it worked on all of the teeth he did this too, saved me from having to do any root canals. Its been several years since that ordeal and no root canals have yet been needed. I couldnt be more grateful for his honesty and dedication to his dental degree and moral one as well. He truly takes his time to look at all possibilities and all treatments and explains thoroughly what he recommends and seeks out what is best for you and what you are comfortable with before proceeding.I also like that the office personal always go over everything with me from what the consent forms I was signing entailed to what my insurance covered and what my portion is before doing any procedures. My recent visit showed that I needed two crowns, the doctor went over what was going on with my teeth (its also nice that he always has the scan of my teeth right there and that I can see it too). The nurse made sure to work everything out with my insurance and had all the details; she went over whats covered by my insurance and what my portion of the balance was. His prices were very gracious compared to how much my colleagues have told me that they have paid for crowns. I have done both crowns and, as always, am more than pleased with his work! I recommend Dr. Eskander greatly, rarely do you still find doctors who truly care about their patients well-being on a moral level before a monetary level.

If I can describe this place in one word, it would be, horrendous. Dont go here at any cost. My first visit, they took X-rays of my teeth, and without my consulting with me at how many cavities I have, started drilling my teeth and putting silver fills in. Didnt ask me if I wanted white fillings, and ended up doing all the back of 16 teeth. I was so pissed. This doctor clearly doesnt care about people on medical, and probably does this to get more money. I wished I never came to this dental place. Ruined my teeth...

Is it the same African American Dentist works there? I have a very bad experience with that dentist. They are crook. Around 6 /7 years ago I went there for 1st time. They checked my teeth and said I have about 12 tooth decayed. I doubt about it because I keep my teeth well and brushed my teeth everyday. They checked my dental insurance, and said I have to pay about $500 extra out of my pocket. So I paid that, I think they drilled the hole on my teeth intentionally and to fill up the holes. Afterward, my teeth are sensitivity to the cold drinks. It seems he damage the ex layer of my teeth. So before they finished the job, I didnt go back for the next appointment and went to another dentist later on. Its a different story, they said my teeth is doing well, theres no decay on my teeth. It means that dentist in Angels Family Dental cheated my insurance and money, also ruined my teeth. I wish I have enough evidence to sue them. So dont take your risk to go to that dentist again. Never

No African American doctors at this office... Only Dr. Eskander, who is finally the dentist me, my family, and friends love! Hes calming, he stays up to date on my health, xrays, quickly responds to dental needs, and he along with his technicians are very professional! Ive been dentist hoping due to horrible experiences from them not reading my allergies to medicine, or simply not stopping when my hands up if I feel pain! Customer Service is my petpeve andI was pleasantly surprised by his staff, and his clean office. Dr. Eskander removed my anxiety about dentists, where I comfortably confident in continuing to refer him out!

That place is the worst. All he wants to do is pull teeth or do root canals so he can bill your insurance. Dirty tools, long waits, and over crowded.
