I don’t understand how this place has any good reviews. This office was the worst dental experience of my life. The dental assistants never know what they are doing and the dentist is constantly yelling and belittling them in front of patients. After my first visit she gave me a long list of work she said I needed done even though my previous dentist never mentioned any of it and new dentist said I didn’t need. I believe she does unnecessary work depending on your insurance. Wait time is also very long.

Unprofessional front desk, very unorganized and rude. There are other places that will treat you better.

So far so good... first visit for the usual check up. At first I thought they had overbooked people and got a little concerned. I tend to be prompt and will not wait long. Was taken to the xray room after 18 minutes - that is reasonable. Office is a tad bit noisy, but it is a happy interaction, which is good. Second visit went downhill quickly. In a flash I am told that I need deep cleaning, which insurance does not cover and can easily approach $400. They are nuts... and the hygienists must on some bonus plan. With my previous dentist I would go for cleanings 3x per year, and never was told I needed deep cleaning. Same with the new dentist I go to... so something fishy is going on. I sent 3 other friends there, all got the same prognosis in their 1st visit! Yes... maybe one person needed deep cleaning, but his new periodontist has not mentioned it as of yet. Hold on to your wallet at this place! I mean really.... if you want to gouge people, be smart about it and worm your way slowly. Gain their confidence, do two or three cleanings, then tell them they need a deep cleaning of their bank account. :-D

We love Geny and all her staff they are awesome great customer service and always welling to help you this is why we love going with her even my kids and husband go with her thanks Geny and staff for the great service.

They were so much nicer than the first place I went. There was no wait time. They are so friendly and helpful. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I HATE the dentist but they somehow made it a good experience.

This is the only Dentist that seems really concerned. The office staff is friendly and tries to accommodate you. I am very happy with Dr. Chan.

Dr Chan and all of her staff are so kind and welcoming. I took my mama to her for new dentures and now I’m going to use Dr Chan for my first time dentures. I think that speaks for itself.Dora

Dr. Chan is great, the problem is her staff has NEVER been good. Making an appointment is hell. They always run over an hour behind on you appointment dates. When you finally go in for you appointment you wait over an hour in the waiting room and when you finally go into the private room you end up waiting another 30 minutes or so. I wish the staff was more responsible and made a better effort at being on time with appointments.

As a new patient, I was told I had multiple cavities that needed to be filled, costing thousands of dollars. I had not been told this from my other dentist or orthodontist I had been seeing prior to switching insurance companies. I was unsatisfied with their evaluation and will not be returning as I believe they were trying to perform services that were not necessary. The experience itself was not bad, If it hadnt been for their pestering me about getting unnecessary fillings I would have returned.

Highly recommend this dentist. Genny Chan is great and her staff is very friendly and professional.
