I have been going to Elm Dental Center at Clinica Sierra Vista for several years and have received nothing than the best care and service. I would like to specifically recognize Dr. Cave as my outstanding dentist . Dr. Cave walks me through each step of every procedure and does his best work every visit and is also very polite, pleasant, and upbeat. I also want to recognize the rest of the staff here who work very hard and treat me with the utmost care and respect every visit in a friendly manner. I highly recommend this dental office and staff and I want to thank all of the amazing staff for all that you all do for me, for other patients, and for our smile :)

Prices are very affordable. For those who complain about prices here. Try going to a private doctor or try getting private insurance

I went in with extreme pain due to needing a root canal. I went in as a walk-in at their 1pm walk-in hour. I filled out paperwork, turned it in and the lady told me I was the 5th person in line and she would call me back up for more info. She called everybody in the waiting room BUT me, so I gave her time. I had been waiting for quite some time, def over an hour so I asked her for an estimated wait time and she said 3 other people were in front of me and that she was BARELY inputting my information. I told her I would just come in the next morning as a walk-in bc they were only gonna do exams and give me a referral anyway and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted her to register me before I left when she could’ve been doing it the entire time or at least called me up to finish.All in all, I showed up just to wait for nothing.

Dr. Moon is one of the best dentist I have met (and I know a share of them). He is always courteous, professional and makes sure you get the best service. I have also seen him training new assistants and he is always good and patient with them which speaks tons about the kind of person he is.

Terrible there telephone person realllly rude and hang the telephone really bad service and did not wanted to give a appt after trying calling all morning and not able to talk to somebody and finally when able they are extremely rude and just hang the telephone other people had their stuff stolen there and they dont help you at all in anyway. They just worry about money People read all the comments from everybody.

Tall asian dr bad intern age about 30 ( dr moon ? ), rude , freezes all your teeth, to see if there good? at age 50 , freezing teeth makes them crack in half like ice, and get infected, his job was to glue back on temp cap , he charged medical medicare , but did not do the work after , thx many cracked teeth now........thx medical fruad...

Do they take medical for root canals? And braces? Im 22 and im in so much pain western dental wont do it for me so Ive been suffering for sum time now.... Please help

Rude doctors. They do not listen and it seems like they do not care about the issues you tell them about, just worried about putting you off on another doctor. If you or anyone in your family has multiple health problems find another place. There is a 3month+ waiting period to see anyone.

Pity service 😡😡 they just want to have you with appointments and when you go they do almost nothing and give you another appointment I know that in my case the doctor covers it but it is also a waste of time
