Update: Im really glad I found this place. Ive been coming here for a few months now and wanted to add a few things to my review. Here are just a few of the things I like about this practice:1) The staff is awesome.Each time Ive come in, everyone has been really friendly towards me. Dr. Cui and his assistants are very attentive and do their best to make sure Im comfortable. Everyone seems to enjoy their job here, and that makes me feel confident in the services Im receiving.2) All costs / services are thoroughly explained.Ive always had a bit of a hard time understanding issues with insurance and billing, but Dr. Cuis staff was very patient with me and took the time to help me understand the services Ive been receiving and all associated out of pocket costs. I know I can trust what they tell me.3) The results are A+.All the dental work Ive received from Dr. Cui has been top notch in terms of quality. The crown and fillings Ive received look great, and all the pain I previously had is gone. Dr. Cui was even able to fix an unsightly crack I had in a front tooth that my previous dentist refused to even touch.I highly recommend this office and wouldnt hesitate to send any of my friends or family here. Dr. Cui and his staff are awesome and will take good care of you.Dr. Xuewen and his were staff were very friendly and were careful to explain everything relating to my dental plan in detail. They made sure that I fully understood the services and costs that I was being provided and were very patient while answering all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Xuewen and appreciate the care and patience they have shown me.

Staff are so friendly and nice. I have gone to more dentist places and never felt so comfortable so I would always walk out. I never liked coming to the dentist, but they make me feel comfortable. Overall I can say this is the best dentist place I’ve been to .

Ive had several visits with Xuewen Shawn Cui. He excels at his job, is professional and genuinely cares about the comfort of his patients while in his chair. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Xuewen is my dentist, and I bring my kids here as well! The staff is very competent and they listen to any concerns I have. They work to make appointments as pain- free and low- stress as possible. The office is clean and they have Covid procedures in place.

First to start, if your looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go. they have a clean office, and they have a helpful staff from the ladies in the front down to the ladies in the back they are very nice and helpful and the dentist is so amazing and helpful. After all of my years of being afraid of the dentist 😱I am not scared anymore I felt no pain whatsoever at this dentist office and when I left I was smiling because of their affordable prices and cheerful/helpful staff and overall it was great so give it a try. 😁

I’m a new patient, here for the second time with dr.xuewen and he is very great with his work! He is super gentle and is very helpful and Is always willing to answer any questions. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! And is a very clean place along with COVID regulations up to date!!

I have been going to Dr. Xui, for quite some time now. I always had a good experience with the office personnel as well as my dentist. They are very caring, they take the time to talk to me about my oral health and explain to me the risks and benefits of each procedure. I feel very welcomed here. Dr. Xui has even gone above and beyond to fit me in on his schedule so that I can maximize my insurance benefits within the calendar year.

I absolutely 😍 my Dentist Xuewen Shawn Cui. He is very patient with me as I am very claustrophobic and anxious about dental work due to painful past experiences. He and his assistants are professional, kind, and genuinely caring. I needed a root canal and a tooth pulled out 😬 His assistant held my hand cuz she knew how nervous I was. Dr. Cui calmed me down and made sure I didnt feel any pain. 😄 Will never go anywhere else 😊

Love Dr.Cui, even though I work with him and know hes an awesome Dr..he did treatment on me. I was really nervous for my extraction but he took my tooth out in less than 5 mins. No pain what so ever. My goddaughter whose only 5 likes coming in as well. She loves Dr.Cui and all the girls.

They always take excellent care of me, Doctor goes above and beyond and takes the time to educate me on the issues I’m having with my teeth. I’m very happy with my dentist and I will never go anywhere else.

I currently have HMO insurance through Blue Shields of CA, and they pay this office for me to be on their roster as a patient. I attempted to make an appointment and they asked for all of my information and then waited all day to tell me that they couldnt receive me as a patient because they dont take my insurance. The problem with this is my insurance pays them for me to be on their roster. Essentially they are liars who cannot be trusted. They will say anything and even commit fraud to keep getting paid without seeing patients.Either this or they are incompetent, take your pick.
