She truly provides the best quality dental care. Dr. Mann is the most thorough and knowledgeable dentist I have ever had.Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional, welcoming and very well experienced.The office is very nice and high tech. The environment is calm and comfortable. They make and deliver the crown same day. My husband got his implants done with Dr. Mann and his smile looks great.

I wouldnt go anywhere else! Dr. Mann recently brought in a few associates and theyre just as good as she is! What Ive always appreciated about her is that (for those of us without dental insurance) she keeps her prices reasonable and she understands that dental work is not without its discomfort and she always asks how Im doing. Her associates are equally caring! I had 3 1/2 hours worth of work done and they were awesome! Patient and did a beautiful job! Oh, and the dental assistant, Nayellie (sp?), was a rock star!!! I highly recommend this office!!

Came here to get a tooth extracted and ended up getting it fixed instead. This place has addressed all my dental needs with great expertise and great kindness thus far. The doctors are awesome and the staff are so sweet .

What can I say about my cleaning service...? It was phenomenal! Charlotte was thorough and educational, going as far as to show me (suggest) the proper daily brushing technique (10 secs per tooth, while letting my electro toothbrush do the work for me) lol. Shes only there on Saturdays, but based on her customer care, she should be there Full Time for sure! Very sweet personality, and looking forward to her firmly-gentle hands to set the tone for my daughters first dental hygiene introduction. Dr. Mann always follows up to the work and procedures completed to ensure quality of service.

First off I want to thank Dr. Mann for the care and consideration she has taken with me as a patient. I had met Dr Mann when she worked for a larger regional dental facility. She did a great job there but was obviously limited by the tools available. Now that she has her own practice, shes even better! I have had several very deep cavities that all other dentists had written off as root canals.. Dr Mann has so far successfully saved the first one and is working on #2! The true caring that Dr Mann has for her patients really shows through, for example when she called me back over a weekend after I was concerned about my healing process, or when she called me the night after I had my first sedation procedure just to check up on me! Shes knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and took a lot of time to explain my treatment, why I needed it, the end results, what to expect etc, in a way that is easy to follow/understand. She has worked with my dental insurance to push my insurance dollars as far as they will go and I no longer worry about going to the dentist (a tip from a consumer, try the sedation dentistry, its the best!) I highly recommend you give Dr Mann your teeth or at least whats left of them (as I did) so she can fix them up for you, I guarantee shell go the extra mile to take care of you!

I have been going to Dr. Mann’s office Elite Dental for 3 years, she and her staff have been the absolute best providers of dental care I have ever met. The office is gorgeous, sleek and modern. Dr. Mann is exceedingly kind, concerned about her patients general health and well being, and very conscious of general dental angst--she always go out of her way to explain everything thoroughly and put me at ease. She is a perfectionist. There is never any pain during the procedures, and never any rough edges or any problems with them whatsoever. I am consistently impressed by their attention to detail, their focus during a procedure, and kindness throughout. I had invisalign and veneers done on my front teeth. The work I have had by Dr. Mann has made me feel so much more confident I am constantly smiling wherever I go.

As much as I HATE going to the dentist, the staff there is always very aware of my fears and they do a great job trying to make it as comfortable as possible for me while Im there. The place is clean. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. I had work done here. After my initial exam they sat me down and made sure I understood what they were going to do even showing me examples and prices.They did a great job. They made me feel comfortable kept checking on me throughout the work to make sure I was doing ok. They handed me a mirror and explained what they were doing so I could see. They also called me at home later that night to make sure I was still doing ok. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants good work done.

Ive put off going to the dentist for that very reason. About a year ago, I purchased a Groupon coupon for a teeth cleaning at a very reasonable price. And even with this, I was very hesitant about wanting to go. Then I met Dr. Mann and her staff. ALL my fears were washed away. From the minute I walked thru her door, I was greeted with total warmth and appreciation. The knowledge and professionalism I received from both her and her staff is second to none. I must admit, Im a wimp when it comes to pain but this has never been a concern while sitting in one of her dental chairs. I would, and have, strongly recommend Dr. Mann as your permanent Dentist. Dr. Mann does an excellent job with her dental procedures. My complaint is that we had agreed on a certain payment for my procedures and two months after, when I went in for my appointment, she said it was not so. Furthermore, my procedure was promised to be about an hour and a half and it took THREE HOURS and I had to drive all the way back to Tulare in the dark. I am a bit upset. I have to weigh my options, price & time versus a job well done.

Took my partner to Dr. Mann initially because he was not covered by my dental insurance.Pros:1. Dr. Mann does very good work and the quoted prices are reasonable.2. The office setup is very nice and professional.Cons:1. Published a Groupon listing a free exam and cleaning. The exam included x-rays and was thorough. The cleaning was nothing more than a simple tooth polishing. Seemed misleading to the point of deceptive. (See multiple complaints on Yelp)2. At that initial appt.. Dr. Mann provided my partner with an extensive treatment plan. By the time work was completed nearly 4 months later, she had billed for many procedures beyond those listed on the initial plan.3. Dr. Mann was NEVER on time. Average wait time was 30+ minutes across many visits.4. Dr. Mann did not show up at all for one appt.5. Dr. Mann scheduled a filling and cleaning for the same appointment. Cleaning was done and then my partner was asked to wait to see the doctor. After about 20 minutes the staff let him know Dr. Mann would not be able to complete the filling that day.In spite of the good work, the office patient scheduling is handled so poorly as to be very disrespectful of clients time. I know emergencies arise but there is no excuse for making patients wait at every appointment. There is also no excuse for billing patients above and beyond the initial quote without informing them of the change and the reasons for it well ahead of time.

I bought a Living Social Deal for my boyfriend who is self-employed and has no dental. The package I paid for included an exam, cleaning, and whitening kit. The doctor told my boyfriend he had 12 cavities, quoted him an estimate of $1800, and refused to give him the whitening kit, saying it was irresponsible given the number of cavities he had.He then went to my dentist, who found 4 cavities, filled them, RE-CLEANED his teeth because the cleaning he had received was poorly done. And set him up with whitener for the total cost of $540.
