I am pleased to leave a 5 star review for Sunrise Senior Living. Our mother moved in recently and we are confident we made the right choice for her. Staff members have been cordial and welcoming. They are interested in learning how they can best care for our mother. We are very appreciative. Thank you so much for all you do!!

I am very happy with the care Mom is receiving. The staff goes out oftheir way to meet her needs, in a loving and caring way. I truly believe Sunrise of Fresno is a perfect fit for Mom.

Was looking for a place for my grandma & comparing my choices on which one would be best. Was amazed how immaculate the place was!!! The people seem so alive and awaken from most of the places i visited. I cant remember the young man name but i do recall he was the concierge and what i admired was his undivided attention he gave to the seniors. He was very helpful but couldnt escape the spiritual & persistently cheerful and optimistic aura he gave to me and my wife. We would have chosen sunrise if it wasnt for my grandmother who lost her battle to cancer. Staff was amazing

Good staff -- the workers there are wonderful in spite of being overworked and underpaid. The food is terrible, and the company charges for anything extra from washing the residents hair to handing out meds (which residents are not allowed to keep in their own rooms). The company nickels and dimes the residents to death, and there are constant cuts to what is served to the residents. Recently even the salad bar was taken away, as every penny chiseled seems to matter more than the comfort and care of the residents. Also, extremely expensive (around $5,500.00 per month).

Horrible horrible horrible they treat there staff horrible and they fire people with out an explanation and they don’t care about there residence and they keep memory care in one room with a very small hallway and that’s it
