The star rating doesnt work here. The vineyards is in a different galaxy. I have a luxurious, one bedroom apartment. Unbelievable, but I have washer, dryer, disposal,dishwasher, and great fridge, with water, and ice. Rent is $300 less than where I left, near Woodward Park, with none of the above. Even better, management and staff are helpful, and responsive. Activities, and outings, make leisure time fun. Residents all speak lovingly about their happy lives here.I hear about one drawback here (not from residents).It is a few extra minutes away, getting here. The excellent transportation department makes up for that. I found many folks here, like me, who are very happy refugees from my past abode.
