Love this place! Crazy that you could say that about a dentist office and I surely hope that I never have to go back inside the serene office with the cool Hawaii pic walls and even cooler old nautical stuff (like the giants metal old school scuba diver helmet) but the reason this place is awesome is that Dr. Isaacs and his staff are all PROS! The harmony in which they work is amazing.I felt like I was a Race car and they were the Pit crew. If you know about racing then you know that the Pit crews have to be all on the same page and the TIMING has to be impeccable.That is the crew at Dr. Isaacs. They specialize in Root Canals so obviously they do tons of them and you can tell by how smoothly they work together.Also, Dr. Isaac is super friendly and makes you feel at home/relaxed. It sucks getting a Root Canal but if you have to get one this place is the place to do it at!He even personally called me the next day to check on the how i was feeling! Awesome service all the way around!

I left this same review on Yelp. I live out of town, but work in Fremont. I developed an abscess and needed a root canal, and a local dentist recommended Dr. Isaacs. I just got back from the root canal, and he did an amazing job. I still have to wait for the numbing to wear off, so I expect to have pain, but for the actual procedure it was so much more comfortable than I had expected. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful, and I highly recommend them.

Im not one to regularly leave reviews, but my experience with Dr. Isaacs was extremely disappointing. I was referred to his office by my regular dentist due to a slight sensitivity on my gum from a previous Root Canal (Oct 2015). I had my procedure done by Dr. Isaacs on 8/3/17 to further clean out an infection I had on one of the roots. I experienced WAY more pain just recovering from the procedure than the initial sensitivity itself. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow up. I returned at the end of August, having to drive more than 45 minutes (since I had to work) and the visit was extremely brief. The Dr. barely took the time to check on me and all I was told was to come back for another follow up in 2 months to check the progress. I drove all that time to literally be in the office for less than 5 minutes.I returned yesterday(11/6) for my 2 month follow up. I was asked how I was feeling and I said unfortunately there was no improvement after the procedure. The sensitivity is still there. When Dr. Isaacs came in, he asked me the same question and I told him there was no improvement. He quickly told me since my insurance was maxed out for the year, I would need to come back in 2018 to get work done. I ONCE AGAIN drove 40 minutes from work to be seen for LESS THAN A MINUTE when this could have just been done over a phone call. I was literally asked if there was improvement, if not, just come back next year. He wasted my time and was extremely unprofessional, telling me it was not a waste of time and I shouldnt be mad at him. I will be searching for a new Endodontist and I DO NOT recommend this Doctor.

I had a tremendous tooth pain before I went to Dr. Isaacs office. Dr. Isaacs was incredibly skillful; he got rid of the pain I had quickly and placed an implant very well. The entire staff was very genuine, kind, and safe conscious which made me feel very safe. I had never imagined that I will be able to relax when I was going through an dental implant procedure, but I did! I am 100% satisfied with his dental practice. Thank you Dr. Issacs and staff!Young
