Even though you have a good teeth the doctor will scare you saying you have all the issues in the world to make huge money out of your pocket.They treat you like a trashThis is my first review in my life. July 10, I had an appointment for normal dental clean. After an hour long wait, They went ahead and scanned the teeth and went ahead with deep cleaning with out any intimation and gave the Anastasia and left for an hour treating other patient in parallel.I asked her its too long, they make you wait more. The treatment after that is much painful.The is so much horror story to tell, Please don’t waste time and money.Just look for other dentals my Friend.

Shine dental always takes good care of me for the past 12 years

I was in extreme pain due to cavity filling sitting on top of my nerve. The staff was very helpful in reducing the pain and booking a root canal appointment at their earliest time.

The receptionists were very courteous and Dr. Swapna was very thorough.

Dr Swapna, Arianna, and the rest of the staff were great. They were very patient in explaining things and had a high level of care. Probably the best dentist Ive had. Thanks guys.

Dr. Raveendranath is absolutely amazing! My family and I have been going to her for over 3 years now and its always been a great experience. Dr. Raveendranath is always so nice and gentle and explains to me about the procedures she is going to perform in terms that I can completely understand which definitely helps me to relax. I took my son to Shine dental. He is very scared of dentists usually,but this time he was relaxed. Office staff were pleasant,he had toys to play with and the atmosphere was not scary and busy like a typical Dental office.They give enough time for each appointment and it was not rushing around like the other office I had been before.will definitely recommend my friends with kids

Ive been going to Dr.swapna since 2013 and havent looked back! They always provide the utmost care and kindness whenever I visit. The ladies at the front desk are always ready to help and are patient with me when I need to scroll through my calendar to schedule my next appointment.They dont try to sell you on things you dont need. If youre looking for a new dentist I definitely recommend checking this office out!

I am very loyal to my dentist back home in California (since I was 4th grade), so trust is everything. I felt that comfort with dr. Wong and dr. Eng. I highly recommend this office!!!

I have been searching for a good Dentist for quite a while now. I finally found one in Dr. Swapna. The last 3 Dentists I had cost me a lot of money. Every 6 months they would find a cavity. The last one before Dr. Swapna told me I needed 3 crowns. Well that is when I found Shine Dental. Dr. Swapna took some X-rays and told me everything was fine. I couldn’t believe it. This was almost 2 years ago. I just had an appointment with her and I still have no cavities. Her staff is the best also. They are real friendly and helpful.

Avoid this place, if their customer service/appointment manage is any indication of their dental work, they will most likely pull out all your teeth if you go for a simple cleaning. I had an appointment on February 2nd (I made it in December), the day of the appointment I called to confirm my own appointment and they informed me the dentist would be out of town for two weeks, so the appointment was pushed back to February 24th(which is 3 weeks). I received a call the day prior to the Feb. 24 appointment and was told that there was a scheduling error and the appointment had to be pushed back to March 2nd. I then receive a confirmation call with the incorrect appointment time, but at this point I just need/want to be seen so I accept it. On the day of the appointment March 2, I receive a call encouraging me to call my insurance provider and encourage them to pay Shine Dental for another customers dispute, so I can be seen. I dont ever write reviews but finding a good dentist is very difficult, and the front end of your business is super important, I find it hard to believe the dental work could make up for this, even if i wanted to find out the quality of the work I cant according to whoever I talked to. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache that is Shine Dental.

I have been to probably 6-7 dentists in the last ten years (I move a lot), and this is by far my favorite. What a awesome and beautiful place (Nice ambience with Netflix), The best part is timing and Modern technology. How frequent do you come to the doctors office and get to be seen just as scheduled in 1 or 2 minute? Dr swapna and her staff is totally awesome in this . How often does it happen in dental office? First time I thought I just got lucky with timing, but then it happened again and again. In addition, Dr swapna is incredibly nice and works efficiently. The dentist will actually clean your teeth, rather than dental assistant, Dentist is doing lot of charity work lately, so she wont pitch you for anything extra that best about her. I went to couple of dentist, they just want to take money from your pocket.

Dr. Swapna and her staff were a breath of fresh air after searching for a good dentist for over two years since my move from Fremont area. Dr. Swapna is very thorough and explains things in a manner that you can understand and make sound decisions from. I have been dealing with Dr. Swapna for over few months now, and have had her do both my routine check-ups, replace fillings, and some extensive invisalign work that I had to have a few months back. She is certified invisalign provider, which make more confident about her. Dr swapna has been meticulous about going over what I need to have done, why its necessary, and the different options available to me.
