This is a long due review. It cannot be a better time than now. I had been visiting the Pannu Dental office for almost 20 years. I have seen them elevate and make numerous constructive changes in technology, practices and customer services. They have let their employees grow and clients trust and bond.The doctors, clinical team, and imaging are all under one roof that provides an exceptional experience, convenience and piece of mind.It was my first experience of Dental Implant. It was a long process. First was the jawbone, that was a quick experience. I had to wait for at least 3 months before the implant. I happen to visit India so I decided to do it there and thought everything would be done in a weeks time, but I was wrong. Unfortunately the pandemic hit and I was out of the country for 8 months. I went to see doctor Pannu after a year. The customized crowns on the titanium posts were done by Dr. Pannu in the office. He did not rush, rather very knowledgeable, thorough with utmost patience, care, concern and dedication. It took almost two years to finally get the implant complete. Pannu dental office is very diligent and accommodating to our schedules, working from simple to complex issues at ease. I am impressed with these permanent anchors known as implants. I hope this will be good long lasting permanent teeth and healthy jawbones.I appreciate their friendly staff for the continued exceptional, professional yet personalized services even during the coronavirus pandemic following all necessary protocols. My review speaks for the recommendation and #1 dental service choice.

Poorest management I ever seen, I got an appointment for my son, after taking of multiple x rays they scheduled us for the next appointment with the specialist, saying that the specialist will extract the wisdom teeth.I was waiting for 3 weeks, a day prior to the appointment I called them to confirm as I havent heard anything from them, they told me that they dont have us in their schedule, they wasted our time. Dont go there, these kids dont believe on the good business practice at all.

My husband and I both had very bad experiences with the dentists we used to have years ago and it took us a long time before we mustered up the courage to find another dentist here in the Bay Area. We truly are fortunate to have found Pannu Dental in Fremont. We both had Dr. Rattan and Dr. Vinny (I hope I got their names right) help us with some of the dental procedures we had to get done and they were so patient and kind the entire time. They listened to our concerns and acted accordingly. They were so professional and you can tell are wonderful at their jobs. The assistants and dental hygienists were also amazing…so sweet and funny and put us at ease immediately. Reading some of the negative comments on here in regards to the management, I’m confused because the front desk girls were always so friendly towards us and have had no issues with them. For the first time in a long time we have no anxiety visiting the dentist and look forward to our future visits here. Thank you and keep up the wonderful work to all!

I visited Pannu Dental, Fremont office today. I had a great experience. The entire staff was very friendly. Yohanna Samayoa was super helpful. She explained what’s is covered and how my insurance plan works. She was very detailed oriented. Doctor Miriam is superb.They went ahead with my treatment even though they were really busy. It saved me a loot of time. Great experience overall. Totally satisfied. Thanks

Very few full time dentists on staff (most on call), and are not very good. Front office staff are incompetent and will mislead you with incorrect information. Be careful to speak only with an authorized office manager. This practice appears to be losing money due to pandemic cancellations, and is now attempting to recover by quoting you outrageous patient payments even if you carry a decent insurance. BE VERY CAUTIOUS DEALING WITH PANNU DENTAL.

Team Pannu Dental rocks. On all my visits, they extended me excellent customer service. Courteous and helpful staff at the reception, knowledgeable assistants and amazing Doctors. They even played my favorite music while providing me care. Just amazing! Looking forward to my next visit..

Great place to get your teeth drilled. I didnt feel a thing but I know coming out of Dr. Pannus office guarantees a smile to show off. His fees are very compatible. Staff and office are very clean and friendly. I was watching nature videos on the large screen during my dental work. Very relaxing. Dont waste your time and money elsewhere. Its worth every second and penny. Cant wait for my next visit.

Worst experience ever save yourself at Pannu Dental Joanna was Extremely unprofessional and very rude over telephone and in person they give you a tooo high cost on your treatment this place is about money only. This is not the type of experience that I wanted to have as a customer who was looking for a new dentist and was considering actually going too. Don’t waste your time.

I had very bad experience for my son tooth extraction appointment here. First and foremost they try to scare me by saying my son needs full sedation (which is not covered by most of the dental insurance) and given estimate of big amount to sign. After discussion, we concluded to go without full sedation and completed tooth extraction. I came to know tooth extracted is not as per orthodontist (not from this place) prescription and wrong tooth was extracted. When I contacted office, I had been told it was mistake and requested to come to office again for extraction. In our next visit , doctor agreed it was mistake and my son lost his trust about Pannu dental and refused to get the extraction. I ended up going with other doctor to complete this extraction. Going to this place in my opinion is waste of time and money. I would have rated big Zero and dont recommend this place

I would like to thank Dr. Agarwal at Fremont location. She well took care of me in my difficult time regrading my tooth incident. She accommodated me in her busy schedule and found a time to attend me in my emergency. She is thorough, patient and very pleasant to work with. I had the same experience with Ms. Afsoon RDA. I will highly recommend working with both of them.

Ive been with Pannu Dental for more than 10 years now and Dr.Shah is my Dentist. Ive had various procedures done at this facility (for me and my family) and I really appreciate their service. Both my doctor and the care team provides excellent service every time I visit. I highly recommend this facility for all your dental needs.

Just had my teeth cleaned and thank goodness I don’t have any cavities! Especially since I haven’t seen a dentist in a year. Been coming to Pannu Dental for a long time and overall it’s been a really good experience from cavity fillings to teeth pullings. They always take care of my parents too. See you all again in 6 months!

Dr. Agarwal  is the best, a meticulous dentist and friendly, too. Her  registered dental assistant Afsoon  is also fabulous and  very professional. Excellent care.

The staff at Pannu Dental are incredibly kind and answered every question I had. They helped me step by step and informed me thoroughly on the cost of the procedures as well. The endodontist who saw me also nice and my root canal was completed without any pain or fear.

My mother went to a Pannu dental group. Dr. Agarwal did a fantastic job and was nice and friendly to my mom.

Ive been with Pannu Dental for more than 15+ years now. I only like Dr Shah and Sabrina in this office. Everybody else is so bad specially Afsoon. She needs to change her attitude and she DOES NOT know how to talk politely with the patients. Also, I dont like when one dentist is hopping between three patients/chairs, so patients just had to wait... would appreciate a better service instead of squeezing extra people in. On multiple occasions, Doctors provide a lack of information and each doctor will give you a different plan of procedure. Lately, this place is super shady and doesnt care about your dental heath as much as they care about making money. Very disappointing.

I dont recommend this place. They actively sell the expensive services and deny the requests for the basic ones. I would prefer the other dental offices in the area. This place is total Scam, I was there this morning to do a routine dental cleaning with my very good aetan dental insurance. first of all, there are allot of miscommunication among the receptionist ,hygienist, and staffs. other places usually charges $50 depending on you coverage, but they charged me $312.80 after my insurance coverage just for routine cleaning and pushing me to get Invisalign braces. and the manager not sure what exact her name was, but starts with (Y) came to the room where they do the cleaning got mad on one of those hygienist just cuz she was showing me how to best use my dental insurance.(Wants you to pay more out of pocket unlike other dental clinics here in the bay) very unprofessional. here I am attaching the receipt and you think twice before you even want to make an appointment them.

Had an amazing experience. Came from western dental had a bad experience there. Pannu dental fremont showed great care . I called and spoke to Sabrina she made an appointment for me right away she was super nice on the phone. I give 8/10 to Pannu dental highly recommend to anyone in the area. Dr. Agarwal is awesome

Worst place anyone can go to, we took our child we got bad customer service the lady in the front which was the manager said I can not go back there with my child. She was extremely rude. I was worried How do I know what happened there they took so long I did not know what was going on there. They said I have to do treatment for my child but I would never want to go back. Stay away

Highly recommended. Overall very happy dental experience. Dr. Phan did a great job on my wisdom teeth extractions. He is knowledgeable, nice and experienced. The office staffs are also very friendly and work efficiently, they make the whole visit easy and pleasant. I am glad and lucky to find this office.

Not a fan of their customer service and billing explanations. They tend to over advice- reception isn’t very friendly and are quite short with their response. I came here because of the good reviews- but they in no way reflect the reality. If you pay attention to all these 5 star reviews it’s from “users” with only 1 review and of course it’s for Pannu. Me thinks not.

The staff here are very caring. Sabrina went out of her way to get my kid for an emergency visit and followed up through many calls to get my child seen. Highly commendable to go out of her way during holiday time. Today I went to see Dr. Howard Lee for the same kids root canal. He was very patient and explained the procedure to her at every step. It was a painless visit and I am so thankful that my family is given the best possible treatment and support.

I had dental X-ray, tooth extraction, and deep cleaning with Dr. Shah. Before the procedures, she took time to explain everything I needed to know and kindly answered all the questions I had. She also made sure the extracted tooth didnt rob my smile. She made me a fake tooth that fitted perfectly and comfortably. It looked so original no one noticed any changes. I didnt have dental insurance, but the cash price for all procedures was so reasonable I could not have found a better deal elsewhere. Dr. Shah is a friendly, experienced, and caring dentistry professional who spends extra time to make sure everything goes well during my visits. The staff is also very friendly and amazingly helpful in many ways. Im glad I found Dr. Shah.

I’ve had the best experience here at Pannu Dental Group, I really hate going to the dentist but I had no choice because I was in so much pain I needed to get all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. I had such a warm greeting from Sabrina she’s super friendly and polite. I first had a consultation with Dr Lavorini he made me feel so comfortable he then extracted all four of my wisdom teeth less then an hour he is the best Oral Surgeon in the Bay Area! The Staff and the Doctors here are amazing The office is beautiful and a friendly warm environment it’s so amazing you nowadays barely get that anywhere else. From the second you walk in the door to the second you leave you are given such a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend this place!

This was my first dental experience in Fremont and it was a really good one. Dr.Agarwal and her staff are amazing , she did a thorough job and they kept checking on me throughout my procedure, giving me sufficient breaks and explaining on the go. The staff are really nice and helpful. They did an evaluation first and gave me the option to choose what procedures I wanted to do and didnt.

I stay in Fremont and went to Pannu Dental after recommended by my friend. I had my root canal procedure done by Dr. Liu his work is amazing he is very professional and helpful. I didn’t even feel any pain while doctor doing my procedure. Sabrina the receptionist, is one of my favorite members in Dr. Pannus team she’s really sweet the second I walk in the office she gives a very warm greeting it’s something that You don’t get too often! Do not know how to behave .Make sure you clarify the charges before opting for any service .Also record it or get everything in written.Because they asked for proof and act like, do not know the staff who told the price. The front desk staffs can easily change the price which is kind of frustrating . They do not have any internal communication .Different staff told different price to me .Hard to believe them . Lack of transparency . They lied to me in different way to take money . Avoid this place for peace of mind .

I was nervous coming in into a new dental office after being with my prior dentist for 16 years. By the second visit I felt confident and at ease with their services, efficiency and charismatic personnel. I started with an unexpected root canal experience and things have worked out smoothly and I am please to say I am feeling good. Pannu Dental Care is an excellent provider and I would highly recommended.

Had been going to this office for a couple of years.Dentists were great.Reception was horrible.One of them in particular began arguing with me over what my son did or did not have. Of course she was wrong. When she finally looked at his record-rather than apologize she began humming. Didn’t even try to pretend not to give an F about what I was trying to explain to her. She did it right in front of me AS I RECORDED THE EXCHANGE. Her blunt disregard to courtesy was such a turn off that I will no longer be visiting this office.I caught her in the back office telling the dental assistant some story as to what was going on and of course leaving out the factual details.Maybe she was having a bad day-but when you’re dealing with a patient’s 6 year old child you ought to be a bit more careful with how you approach parents. Have your facts straight before you make any claims about a child.Both doctors did contact me to apologize after the fact and only because they noticed I told my friends and family about the altercation.Regardless- it was nice of them to reach out.

Great professional dental work! They do everything from simple cleaning to the most complex implant work. They have offices in Fremont, Dublin, Cupertino and San Jose. I live 55 miles away (in Marin County) and I come to the office in Fremont. I discovered them through a Groupon many years ago, when I needed to make a tooth implant. When it comes to a complex (especially) dental work, you would only want to trust experienced professionals. Ever since my discovery of Pannu Dental I only want to go here for any major work. I do other dental work with them too, when I could plan other things in the area. I wish they were closer to me.They are not only technically equipped with the latest tools, they employ highly skilled professionals. I work with Dalvir Pannu in the past not once. This time around I did not get to see him, but was extremely pleased with Dr. The Phan’s meticulous work and professionalism. Dr. The Phan is one of the oral and maxillofacial surgeons (who specializes in surgery of the mouth, face and jaws). His skill and experience left me with a perfectly executed oral surgery (sinus augmentation) in a such area that was very difficult to nearly impossible to perform successfully. Dr. The Phan’s open communication and his personal touch kept my confidence in him high throughout the process until the area was healed.At the final phase I had a chance to work with Dr. Agarwal as well, who also is a skilled dentist. In the past I worked with Maria (who, also, has a business degree). The whole office is very nice, friendly and very personable. I can only name a few office assistants: Sabrina and Sushma. All of them are dedicated to excellent quality professional work. Also, another plus that the office is open for business on Saturdays too! I am very pleased with the whole staff. Dishonest dentist. They lie and scheme to take your money.They say that deposits can be used toward treatments, but refuse to honour their commitment. The doctor treats all people who ask questions with disrespect and rush them out of the office. Never go to them. They are amatures at best.Go to another office. Skip this clinic.

I hate recommending a place but made the exception because the doctors here are very pleasant-so I told my niece and other friends and family about this place. However, I always felt the receptionist had a very snarky attitude-but I chose to ignore it. Whenever I called to schedule an appointment she always sounds annoyed and sighs loudly as if it were an inconvenience for her to do her JOB. I saw a video of receptionist Yaritza humming and being completely disrespectful to a patient asking why she wasn’t told about the charges and not one person stepped in to help or at least tell Yaritza to stop. You can clearly see other people were on staff but no one stopped it. I will never be returning to this place.Receptionist will purposely withhold cost information and treat you as if you are a bother. I used to drive through 3 cities to get to this place- clearly not worth it and they do not value your time nor you as a patient.

Not very fond of how we are treated by the clerks. They seem bothered to answer potential customers questions. The girl who seems to be of Latin is very inpatient. I would not recommend this place they are very rude.

Been coming to Pannu Dental for years... The Staff is awesome, especially Dr. Shah, Dr. Sonu, Sabrina, Sushma, Yaritza and of course Dr. Pannu himself. Had extensive work done by the super cool Dr. Lavorini and Dr. Obeichina. They are extremely good in what they do and made the painstaking procedures a breeze. Never had any issues so far with Dr. Pannu and his Team. Overall, great Customer Service, relax atmosphere and above all, great Staff.

I’ve been going to Dr Pannu’s practice in Fremont since 2005. The office is nicely furnished and modern. The front office staff are very friendly and professional. They are very flexible with scheduling and are very accommodating. The Dental assistants and hygienists are very personable and do a great job. I previously had Dr Pannu do my general / cosmetic dental work several years ago, and he did a great job always on my teeth. I believe he now practices mainly out of his San Jose office, so I’ve now had the pleasure of having Dr Agarwal work on my teeth now.She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had 6 veneers replaced, as I had my original veneers placed back in 2005, and I wanted a refreshed look / smile. She did a great and thorough job on my teeth. The whole process was explained in detail and during my procedure, she was frequently explaining what she was doing, and was ensuring my discomfort level was kept to a minimal level. I couldn’t be happier with my refreshed smile, and with my overall experience with Dr Agarwal and the entire staff at Dr Pannu’s Fremont office location.

My second visit went well and pretty quick. I was in and out in less than an hour. The dentist took her time on my fillings and was gentle.

Dr. Agarwal is one of the best dentist, she was extremely attentive to what you say. Usually when i have gone to other dentists, they are either pushing you to do all sorts of treatments, or they seem or look disinterested but not Dr. Agarwal. She shared the condition of my teeth and treatments I would need, and explained clearly so you could make the decision. I have come for few appointments, sometimes in the morning, and sometimes late evening and she has the same energy, charming thru out the day.So after my filling, she asked me if I am able to bite all my teeth, and I thought I was able to, but when I was walking out, I felt I wasnt able to bite my front as much, so I went back amd told her, she was really happy to help, and she did fantastic job.Even the staffs are all very helpful and kind. I am usually in and out quickly.

Ive been a patient of Pannudental Group for a few years now and they have an excellent system for appointment reminders. They call you a week in advance to remind the upcoming appointments .They also have an email and text message system for reminders.They provide details of your current treatment and estimated cost.When I had to schedule an appointment for a filling, The front office gave me a printout explaining the charge, estimated insurance payment, etc. all the way down to the patients portion. I appreciate this form of service to avoid any unforeseen expenses.All Dental Staff, Front office , dental Assistants and all the dentists are very professional and knowledgeable .They treat everyone like family and I couldnt ask for a better team to handle my dental needs.

One word to describe this dental office is GREAT! From the front desk to all of the services the dentist and people provide! Even little details if we want some water. Dr Agartala and assistant Afsoon were awesome today, by working together and being prepared made my visit nice and smooth!! They are passionate and love their job and providing great healthy tips for our future of our health. The investment here is great and all my friends and family love it here!! 😁👍🏽👩🏽‍⚕️

Very unprofessional medical staff. My 6 yo daughter xray was done without wearing a protection, when i found out and notified the owner of the place ( Dr. Pannu), the only thing he said was he was sorry. Of course, that was my last visit there... The receptionist is very friendly though...

Takes care of the patients well. During peak hours you can wait a while even with an appointment. Evenings are usually quiet.

Dr.Pannu and his staff are very friendly and based on my experiences, very knowledgeable plus they have many state of the art devices to make their work go faster and be of higher quality.I needed to replace a molar crown bridge which had deteriorated with an implant bridge.That is an expensive project but Dr.Pannu worked with me to find ways to reduce the cost while obtaining satisfactory results.I highly recommend their service.Retired in Fremont.

I got a new pain.simply I went with a problem in one tooth. the doctor found one more teeth needs filling.he treated it after 3 days still have pain in the tooth which I didnt complain about.
