Patrizia Visconti is amazing! My family and I have been seeing her for 4 years now. Every time we go we are greeted by Leslie, Patrizia’s assistant. Both of them are a Dynamic Duo.Patrizia is attentive, passionate about her patients, always listen to how you feel, and we go home feeling truly happy. No doubt that we found the best care. The worries we have prior to seeing her are gone once we leave her office. Our family was treated for skin problems (rosacea and eczema), hair loss, moles/warts that might have to be checked on, and anything really.We would highly recommend seeing her for anything. She puts 100% in making sure her patients are treated well, and feel like family. You will 100% feel welcomed, heard, and given the best treatment.

Unfortunately one of the worst clinics I have ever been to in last 20 years. I was referred by my PCP, called the office to provide my insurance information and confirmed appointment. When I arrived at the office and showed the digital insurance id card, they said that it is not a valid insurance card even though I had used the same insurance at my PCP. I called my insurance, put them on speaker phone the representative verified my insurance. Then they told me that they cant see since they insurance information has not been updated in their system. Here are the problems:(1) Get used to digital insurance id cards. They are a norm now.(2) Dont ask the patients to show up on the day of appointment and then refuse service because you did not do the work that should have been done sooner. Inform patients as they have no idea about systems not gettign updated. You ask to sign forms for paying $100 for canelling appointments. Have same regard for other peoples time. Their time is as valuable.should have done all of this before I arrived for the appointment. Several of their forms are about ageeing to pay for cancelling appointments within 24 hours. But they have no regard for patients time wasted.(3) Show some courtesy. The girl at the front desk kept talking to me and then asking someone named Alicia sitting a few feet behind who was apparently the decision maker. Alicia was so rude that she did not even get up from her chair to talk to me directly until the end. They made me show up for appointment and then refused service. At minimum, explain what is going on.

Dr. Dahwan is the perfect mix of personable and professional. He is prompt and on schedule, and never makes you feel like he’s rushing. Dr. Dhawan is truly a great doctor.

Called asking for a simple quote for a mole removal and instead was given a quote for a consultation. For some reason their consultation fee is a range of $130-$300 and they wont tell you what youre actually going to pay until youre done with the consultation. Who does that?I then asked if I could send pictures to get a quote remotely like RefinedMD does (makes a whole lot of sense given the whole pandemic thing), but they said they dont do that. Im definitely taking my business somewhere else and you should too.

Center for dermatology is a very nice office to go to. The staff is very nice and the doctors are very nice and thorough! I’ve had excellent experiences every time I’ve had an appointment there. Highly recommended!

Not a great experience with practitioner Patrizia. I thought I have booked an appointment for Sunil dawan but my virtual assistant made some mistake. I had an appointment for hair loss and acne. Just suggested rogaine and differin which I already knew. They didnt even examine me. There were no other instructions. deep anaylsis/examine of my current state is not done properly. There were no suggestions given for shampoo or any similar hair care suggestions and same output for of ​acne care.Suggestions of medicine and other tips were better in Google researchMy questions were not properly answered too and were not aware of latest trends and technology

Patriza Visconti was terrific. I have been seeing her for two years and she still is amazing. She answers all my questions and makes me feel at ease in every situation (with or without clothes). However, I told her that I have been giving her good reviews but she responded she only hears amount the bad ones. If you want to motivate an employee, you must provide positive feedback. While it is true that bad reviews may help correct certain issues many times, they are unfounded and the patient just doesn’t like what they hear. My next appointment is August 19, 2021 and I plan to ask Patriza if she was made aware of this review. If not, I will no longer waste my time providing you feedback.Also, Patrizas assistant, Leslie, does an excellent job. She explains what procedures Patriza will perform (full body exam, follow on a prior visit, etc). She also inquires if there are any problems which Patriza should made aware. She writes these remarks down and when Patriza arrives she immediately covers these issues and then goes into the basic exam. Both Patriza and Leslie make a great team.

I wrote my review the day I had my appt but somehow its not showing up so Im writing a new one worse than the 1st one due to my review not showing up! Im a new patient and I was asked to come in 15 mins early and I did. My appt was at 9:30am and I arrived at 9:15am. At 10:30am I asked was I going to be seen or not and the MA said she would check. It was freezing sitting outside keep in mind. I wasnt called in until 11:20am for a 5 min consultation. I was very unhappy about that. The Nurse Practitioner apologized, said she didnt know what happened to cause me to have had to wait for so long, but they were behind. I guess that was her tryna give a reason when I saw patient after patient come, sign in, go in, and leave one right after the other. If I hadnt of asked about my appt I guess I would have just been sitting there waiting unacknowledged. This was not a good 1st impression at all. Then I felt rushed bcuz now, I guess I was squeezed in on other appt times. The Practitioner was thorough and knowledgeable, but the quality of nurturing was lacking, just to be referred to a surgeon. She answered all of my questions, nevertheless I was very upset at how much of my time was wasted due to the fact that I was forgotten about. I would never ever refer anyone here at all. I am going to go to the referred Dr in hopes that my experience is better, one can only hope right!!!?

Dr. Doo was very informative, encouraging, and provided excellent patient care. Would definitely recommend friends and family seeking for treatment.

#2557 - Horrible staff and management. Highly do not recommended! I went to this place to consult a dermatologist about a huge and ugly rash on my back. I was given an appointment at 10:30am and was asked to arrive 45mins in advance for a new patient registration. I went in at 9:45am as advised but had to wait for 3 hours to see the doctor. After 3 hours they came and asked if I want to see a different doctor because I would have to wait longer. I said I’ll wait to consult the doctor whose appointment I booked.Finally, after the consultation- I had booked a follow up visit after 2 weeks at the front desk. Two weeks later- still suffering from my back rash, I had gone for my appointment to find out she had booked the appointment for Dec 2021 instead of 2020. Worst part was - the lady was extremely arrogant. Without even an apologetic tone- she said : if you don’t want to wait a year longer, I could see if there’s anything available in the next 2-3 weeks.”When I said no- she even cut the call abruptly! I haven’t seen a service this bad and would never go back! I regret to not have believed all the negative reviews on this place!

For the wonderful staff, very professional and very caring.

I’ve been going to derm regularly for 25 years due to sun damage. Dr. Chang is the most thorough and complete exam in that time. Thank you Dr. Chang for the excellent treatment. I’ll be back!

I had a very pleasant experience when I was seen by Dr. Shurong Chang. She was very patient listening to me when I described my rash issue. She answered my questions properly and prescribed the medication which improved the condition in a couple of days. In addition, the receptionists were polite and nice too.

Indian are best known for scam!

I had laser treatment on my face at Center for Dermatology Cosmetic and Laser Surgery . The staff was courteous and friendly and Jane Sarmiento RN is an excellent professional. Explained in detail what to expect during and after the treatment. The treatment is easy and painless. Will definitely return to this center to do it again. I highly recommend it.

Dr. Dhawan is an extremely intelligent, caring, and hardworking dermatologist. Ive seen him many times, and he has been very helpful with explaining and suggesting different treatments. Grateful to have such a great dermatologist locally. Office staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I have been treated by Doctor Patrizia Visconti for about 3 years and I really appreciate the professional, detail, personal care and treatment of my skin disorder. My skin disorder is better now than it has been for years. I have been to many dermatologist for over 30 years and I recommend Doctor Visconti for those seeking professional help.The office staff at the Mowry office has always been friendly and helpful with whatever matter I needed done.

Dr.Dawang is very nice and patience, he’s also very understanding and he helped me treat my skin issues

I was referred to doctor Chang and from​ day one she was pushing for a long and ineffective procedure versus a more effective, shorter, and cheaper procedure. I went along with her plan even, though it was obvious to me from my past experience and the research I have done that the shorter and more effective procedure was the way to go. Her recommended procedure took around 5 sessions and each time I had to wait between 30 to 90 minutes​ for my appointment. I was never seen on time.It finally hit me, she recommended the long and ineffective procedure to run the insurance bill. Today I told her that it seems the procedure she picked was not working and she said we can switch the other procedure after wasting almost 8 months! When I confronted her about her trying to bill the insurance as much as possible she got very defensive and aggressive and called me “irresponsible” and left the room in the middle of the treatment. I had to go find a nurse to patch me up.When I complained to the center they said she’s the owner and they can’t do anything!I’m in the process of filling a complaint​ with the BBB and trying to find how to log acomplaint​n with the Medical Board of California.I highly recommend staying away from this center and this doctor.

Dr. Chang needs to show more empathy, understanding and patience...Walking out on the patient in mid discussion is not acceptable...bedside manner needs work. Explanations of treatment are part of her profession.

The staff are always very professional and helpful. Ive been coming here for years, and have never had a bad experience. The main doctor is professional and yet has a nice, quirky sense of humor which I enjoy.

They never answer their phones and its always broken. You have to waste your gas to just make 1 appointment since you literally cant call them.If tou do make an appointment make sure you dont have Olivia. She doesnt care, makes things worse, and overall is just a bad derm.

Dr. Shurong Chang has been a terribly ineffectual dermatologist for me. I went in for a keloid removal, and she injected a solution that was below the recommended dose in order to be gentle. The next office visit, she was shocked by the keloid that was very much still on my face: Wow, did it go away and then grow back? Ive been going in for treatments for almost a year--9 separate appointments spaced out over a few months--and doled out a total of almost $500 in out of pocket costs for one measly keloid, which hasnt gone down in size at all. I feel ripped off and taken for a ride by someone whos supposed to be a trusted healthcare professional.This is a doctor who doesnt have 5 minutes to communicate with her patient. The most sinister thing is the lies she will tell me about skincare ingredients in order to get me to buy a grossly overpriced prescription. Shes even told me she gets a cut of the money from the manufacturer company, and she dismisses me when I tell her that after months of using the product, I see better results with an over-the-counter product instead. Make sure you do your research and take a grain of salt with whatever she says--shes making a sales pitch and she doesnt care about her patients concerns.I highly recommend seeking out a dermatologist who is more knowledgeable and less inclined on taking your money.

Doctor Dhawan is very nice and having great experience in his field. He treated me and advised me so effectively I am extremely satisfied and following his instructions and very happy and thankful to Dr Dhawan .

Everyone, especially the front office staff, are always very pleasant professional and patient with me, and everyone that I see coming into the office. I highly recommend the Center for Dermatology due to both their excellent customer service, and of course, the great skills and bedside manner of the doctors and nurses as well.

Olivia Martinez is husband primary doctor but instead of helping my husband on prescribing medicine for his psoriasis she make it worse she did not treat my husband right. My husband is so depressed what happened. I want to file a complain to Olivia Martinez. I hope no Client will be experiencing what my husband went through to this doctor.

Would prefer giving a zero ineffective staff busy doing nothing.
