Front office receptionist was unfriendly, unmannered, and not well-dressed. Made you feel like she didnt want you to be there. The physician assistant was thorough but in a rush. The medical assistant, however, was very good and professional.

I just started going to California Skin Institute in Fremont. And the staff is professional, courteous and on time. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dermatologist.

Five star care but minus one star for the difficulty in making appointments.First visit was for a mole removal. It was quick and painless.Second visit was to check out an old scar that had been causing discomfort, and to examine some skin pigmentation issues. Kristine Nguyen was friendly, professional and provided plenty of options to address my skin pigmentation.My experiences here have been great overall and would recommend this to others.

They have safety precautions. The staff are very nice, polite and professional. Dr. Gorsulowsky talk to his patients and made them feel comfortable. He is very nice, always smiling and he explains what procedure he will perform to make sure the patient understand and know what to expect.

I have been going to Dr. Gorsulowski for years, and am very pleased with the Caifornia Skin Institute. They are very pleasant and reassuring to deal with - so much so that I now travel about an hour and a half to contnue seeing them after I moved.

Last year spent 9mo with another Dermatologist trying to treat skin disorder with no relief and just guess work. Were as with Gorsulowsky, M.D. Was able to get mote conclusive diagnosis on my first visit he is quite thorough.

Dr. Gorsulowsky examined me and reviewed my history and diagnosed me within only a few minutes. More importantly, his treatment recommendation worked immediately for me. The doctor seems very knowledgeable from my experience with other dermatologists. I did not have a good experience with the staffs though. They did not seem to be as professional as they should. One Im the front, she acted as she really have no passion to help answer any of patients questions and right before me one patient got angry for not getting something addressed from the same front desk person that she stormed out the office. I dont know what the deal.

They work as a team and give me excellent care. They are friendly and welcoming. That’s what keeps me coming back

Everyone was great! My disabled brother had an appointment at 2:15p, but his transportation was 45 min late. I was worried he would have to re-schedule, but everyone was so kind and patient, and he was allowed to keep his appointment. Dr. Gorsulowsky was wonderful and my brother was able to complete his treatment the same day.

Dr. Gorsulowsky and his office staff are awesome! I’ve had redness & cracking on my eyelids and around my eyes for years that no one could figure out what it is! Of course I became depressed as I looked horrible, but Dr. G diagnosed it as eczema, which I’ve had all my life but never around my eyes, so difficult to treat & manage.. then he prescribed me Dupixent last year and it’s been a life saver!!! Absolutely healed my skin! No longer need ointments or steroids! Thank you Dr. G! You have helped me so much!!

Dr. David Gorsulowsky is the best dermatologist Ive ever met. He put my chronic eczema problem (recurring over 20 years) to bed, and I am most grateful for his treatment! Ive seen several dermatologists for my problem for a long time, and they only offered temporary remedy. He is also very friendly and personable during my visits. He was raised in the south and a gentleman. I would be selfish if I wish he never retires! It would be difficult to find another dermatologist as good as he is.

Dr. Gorsulowsky is the best dermatologist in Fremont, maybe in the Bay Area. He has been my familys dermatologist for over 30 years. He has recently joined California Skin Institute. He used to be by himself in his own practice but he is the same efficient caring smart phylsician he always was. His staff is very well trained. Dr. Gorsulowsky really listens and because he reads so much in peripheral areas of Medicine, he can sometimes spot issues that need to be addressed by another specialist. It is also an artist in dealing with surgeries that could result in scarring.

Very helpful - IDed a weird inflammatory skin reaction that followed a surgery as not something to worry about, just had to wait it out unfortunately. Dr. G is really good at recognizing and diagnosing less common skin conditions, which has been really helpful for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gorsulowski for almost 25 years. Eleven years ago we moved over 200 miles away but still drive the round trip every six months to maintain our appointments and receive the excellent medical care given to us. The trip requires four hours of driving, each way, but well worth it because Gorsulowski has been the only Doctor able to control my Rosecea. Two years ago a good friend of ours, a retired nurse, was diagnosed with Melanoma skin cancer and now she joins us on our Bi-Yearly visits because she also feels that the journey is worth it.John
