We have just moved from overseas with braces on..Rappahannock Orthodontics has been excellent to accommodate us. Staff are very professional, curious and friendly. We were extremely impressed when they pleasantly went ahead with our first appointment despite the fact that I had called and informed that I had misplaced my wallet and will not be able to pay our very first payment that day. Honestly, I was prepared for rescheduling the appointment. Dr. Casperson was very kind and cooperative. Highly appreciated indeed Will keep updating our experience that is wonderful so far.

I will write a review everyday for this place. I initially thought of getting braces 3 years ago and visted this office. I didnt move forward at the time because I couldnt work the expense in my budget. So, I noticed my teeth were continuing to spread 😬 and I went back to Dr. C this year and be honored my price that was quoted initially.I am always seen on time and I may have been late once but they were so accommodating. The staff is simply the best group of ladies from the front office to the dental assistants and Dr Caspersen is a riot always professional and comedic. This is a well run office and the top Orthodontist handsdown.

Really helped my daughter “glow-up” with beautiful shaping of her mouth through braces. Billing was set to auto and everything was hassle free and ran smoothly. My daughter actually enjoyed the braces experience and often commented on how friendly and caring the staff were.

Appointments are always on time, my daughter loves the point system. She proudly wears her Tshirt every visit. Very pleased so far and it’s been a year.

Rappahannock Orthodontist is great! They always have prompt service and have done a great job getting my daughters teeth straight. They are very friendly and make her appointments as pleasant as they can be when she is getting and adjustment. They always explain what they have done so we understand how to care for my daughters teeth until he next appointment. All of the staff and the doctor are fantastic! I have other children and will not hesitate to bring them here for their orthodontic treatment.

Been about 9 years since I got my braces off, but Ive had jaw trouble ever since. Clicking, locking, you name it. My overbite returned about 2 years after my braces came off, but the jaw noise has stuck around. Been wearing my retainer minimum 5 nights a week since 2012. The doc filed off one of my canine teeth before the opposite one was finished growing in, so now only one is sharp. My teeth sure are straight, but it would be nice to eat a burger without a crunchy symphony.

They were great! I got my braces yesterday, and it was fun. They engage in conversation like its just a normal day. It was easy, and they followed social distancing guidelines. They wear masks the whole time, and you wear mask except for when your getting operated on. I would 100% recommend going here.

My daughter really likes them. I had a lot of questions as this was my first child in braces, and everyone there was nice, patient, and thorough in making sure my questions were answered.

We have nothing but great things to say about Rappahannock Orthodontics. The office is always running on time and our son’s appointments are run like clockwork. Great place! I recently moved from Mississippi to Virginia so my regular orthodontist is in Mississippi. I was in a pinch because one of my brackets popped off and I wasn’t supposed to see my normal Dr. for a month. I called Dr. Caspersen’s office to see if they could get me in to put it back on. They fit me in the next day. He was able to fix me up in a jiffy, was very nice and professional and did not charge me to reattach the bracket. Also, the staff is wonderful. I will definitely be getting Dr. Caspersen to do both of my daughters’ braces!

While everyone is extremely pleasant and polite, wait time is short, and time in office is mostly efficient - I was disappointed that phone calls took priority over checking out patients actually in the office. Calls were answered in the middle of our check out process, and the line of people waiting to leave was growing. Not a deal breaker, but perhaps something to look at improving. Otherwise, weve been very happy!

The most professional, friendly and safe medical practice I have been to. The staff is always helpful in setting up or changing appointments in a timely manner and they are doing everything possible to keep both patients and staff safe. As someone whose profession demands presenting too large and diverse people almost daily, you learn that the first 30 seconds of the introduction is crucial. That is because the judging begins not only with your appearance but hygiene. As those first words left my mouth, I subconsciously always thought about my overcrowding and crooked teeth. At the age of 30, I decided it wasn’t too late to correct my issue and set off to Rappahannock Orthodontics to begin my journey. From 18months ago, when I walked into the door to last week when I took my final steps out, the experience has been first class. Dr. Caspersen and his entire staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional, which is one of the many reasons I went with them. I should note that my 18-month process likely could have been shortened had I elected to reduce my steak consumption to biweekly versus weekly and, as a result, knocked my brackets loose. Despite being a habitual offender of my bracket falling loose, I made an appointment and got it fixed within 24hrs. I Would highly recommend Rappahannock Orthodontics to anyone looking to renew their smile.

My daughter had an initial early consult to get thoughts on her bite, grinding and narrow palate. The experience, even with all the extra precautions in place due to Covid-19 was top notch! When I had a problem with my permanent retainer placed over 5 years ago, I called their office again to schedule an appointment. With two locations we were never without a convenient option. And Allison and the other front office team members worked patiently to get us our appointments. I had an amazing experience. I found this office because I was in need of an emergency treatment. I have had Invisalign and many orthodontist visits elsewhere over 5 years to compare to.... I was impressed from the moment I walked in! For COVID they had a very safe yet friendly process. The technician who took me back was very genuine and isolated my issue quickly. Finally, Dr. Caspersen was personable and efficient treating my issue. He even did a better job than my previous orthodontist. I am much more comfortable and happy. I will only go to this office in the future, highly recommend to everyone!

At 33, I’ve learned so much about my own teeth in one sitting, than I have at any other dental office.. ever. I’ve had multiple Invisalign consults elsewhere, but this has been the only time the Dr. sat me down and walked me through the process step by step, on what they would need to adjust to make things better. I left the office feeling so relieved that all my questions were answered, and thrilled that I finally found a wonderful orthodontist that I can’t wait to work with to finally get my teeth straight! I went to Rappahannock orthodontics to have new retainers made. As soon as I walked in I was greeted like family. They promptly sent me to the chair to have a digital scan of my mouth done. They have the latest technology at this office .I’m sure there are other providers that can help with orthodontic needs but this one is exceptional. I highly recommend this office

Very comfortable environment, knowledgeable staff, wonderful experience. I use Rappahannock Orthodontics for both my self and my 12 year old son. They are so good about putting my son at ease so that any concerns he has are gone. For myself, I have had nothing but a positive experience in the office and with the staff.
