I love love this Dr. for her professionalism & intelligence. As a first time & a very paranoid mum, she was the best person I could get. I didnt like my 1st Dr. for the rush so someone recommended her to me & I must confess shes awesome. Shes available 24hrs, I mean even after work hours. When I had so many questions that I needed to ask even after her working hours, I texted her & she replied & sometimes calls me just to actually know whats going on. She made my pains go away even before treatment. My hubby & I felt she was God in a human form. So warm, intelligent & respectful. We had to drive distance to her office but it was so much worthy of the long drive. She actually made the experience from pregnancy to delivery very exciting that I missed being pregnant right after having my baby. I have recommended her to 3 people so far & their love for her was impeccable. One asked me where she has been all the time she had her 2 kids? I think everyone deserves such an amazing Doctor. So Intelligent, respectful & very professional.I will have all my kids with her no matter the distance & I recommend her to anyone who wants to experience pregnancy & delivery in a beautiful way. Dr chichi is the best doctor I have ever come across. She took care of me more than I expected. She took me through my delivery with no problems. She make me feel so comfortable even though I was so scared. She had time anytime I have a question. Seven months after delivery and she still has time anytime I call. I will recommend her more than a 100 times . My family and I are so grateful to her. Dr. Chichi u have more babies to deliver. God bless u.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would Dr.Chichi is the best doctor I have ever had. She helped me through my pregnancy in many ways I don’t know how I’ll ever be able to thank her. She made me feel so safe while having to under go an emergency csection. I love her and I will forever be grateful for everything she did during and after my pregnancy for me.

The doctors have been treating my family for 10 years +. They are calm, smart, friendly and nice. The level of patience is phenomenal for my 88 year old mother.

If there was an option for 20-stars, Dr. Chi would earn that!! I found Dr. Chi over two years ago. Before Dr. Chi, it just wasn’t the same with other OB/GYNs. My experience with other doctors was disappointing, other doctors just seem to do minimal and only care about insurance or “getting paid”, which lessens patient-centered care. Until I found Dr.Chi. From my first appointment two years ago until now, Dr. Chi has always gone above and beyond for me as a patient, for my pregnancies, and for my overall health and well-being. Dr. Chi listens to all my concerns and makes me feel involved in my care as opposed to other doctors I’ve experienced before who just dictate what they think is best without listening to the patient’s needs or wants. It’s really an integrated practice, where I feel cared for holistically- instead of being treated as a “number” at other practices. Dr. Chi keeps you informed all aspects of your care, and really transforms even emergency conditions to become less frightening with ease. Dr. Chi makes you smile... makes her patients smile. She makes herself available after hours or before hours as necessary to be available to her patients whether on or off the clock- and that’s what makes a phenomenal physician!!! That’s what makes me as a patient, never want to go anywhere else to any other practice. I have referred my family and friends here with no regrets, and I will continue to refer everyone I know to this practice because We Care Medical Associates brings medicine back towards “patient-centered care”- the way medicine is supposed to be!!!! I have never felt rushed, I have never been ignored about my concerns, I always get a hold of someone of the phone, and if necessary, Dr. Chi has always done her part as necessary to integrate my health needs and wants into a treatment plan. In my experience, she does not deviate from a treatment plan, unless she discusses options and alternatives with you to receive your consent. And that really makes me feel involved in my care, as a patient compared to other practices where physicians do not place a priority on listening to the patient thoroughly or rushing a patient. Other physicians might not make themselves available to patients before hours, or after hours the way Dr. Chi does. Some physicians in other practices only make themselves available to you during a paid appointment; and then after that appointment it becomes hard to speak with the same doctor again until you make another appointment. Which can be frustrating as a patient. I feel Dr. Chi’s practice is the utmost epitome of how medicine should be across the board. I continue to be amazed at the level of treatment and patient-centered empathy Dr. Chi exhibits!!!! She is the best doctor I have ever had.

So far bad customer service - I have sent 3 requests in to the contact form on their website over the past week with no reply. Better hope you dont ever need to get in touch with someone!

My mother was a geriatric patient at WeCare for only about a year. The front office staff is extremely unorganized. Everything from test orders to billing has been a hassle. My mom promptly pays her co-pays and twice her checks have been cashed through this office and not noted on her account. Her bank statements clearly show that the checks made out to WeCare were cashed. WeCare continued to hassle my mother until we faxed in proof of payment. This has happened twice. When she asked to speak to the office manager she was told by someone on the phone they do not have a manager. The corporate office we spoke to after that said otherwise. I do not recommend you use this office, they are disorganized and unprofessional. Go some place else!

Chichi delivered my boy am so pleased with their service. She is the best. She makes you feel comfortable and explains everything thing to you. It amazes me how she got there 10 minutes after calling her am having back to back contractions at 12 midnight. When I got to the hospital she was there in gloves waiting for me thank God I delivered as soon as I got there less than 3. Thanks for being such a caring OB

Dr. Chichi is a God sent for women like me who used to be afraid of pregnancy based on past experience. She is knowledgeable, caring and very professional. She actually listens to you as a patient and plan with you every step of the way. She helped me through such a high risk pregnancy, then a second one. Both kids are doing great !

I absolutely love the ENTIRE staff at We Care; and to say that there is racism on any level is completely absurd. Everyone there is very warm and welcoming. And they get to know you on a first name basis very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone I know! :)

I would highly recommend WeCare Medical Associates. I recently took my 81 year old mother there for follow up and testing for some issues she was having recently. Dr. Uzo and her staff were just awesome! Dr. Uzo went out of her way to make my mother feel comfortable and her approach and bedside manner are through the roof! Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars, that would be my choice. This is the worst place when it comes to communication. Yes Dr was warming but when it comes to getting results it’s the worst. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not got my results. When I call office receptionist says Dr has not reviewed them. I worked OBGYN and know that Dr can be very busy but still reviews labs. I had to call lab myself to get my results. Very poor professionalism and very poor communication. I had referred people but will not anymore.

I am unsure of the negative reviews because this place is amazing! This is the best OB-GYN I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, honest, accurate, patient and listens to you! With all the high mortality and maternal deaths for black women, it was IMPERATIVE to find an OB-GYN who would truly listen to my concerns and show compassion. Dr. Chi Chi is that doctor. I have not had any problems and everything she has recommended has worked! So thankful that she was referred to me!

I’ve been looking around for a OBGYN since I am relatively new to the area but due to something that required urgent attention I had no choice but to find an office that could see me ASAP. I was hesitant when I found this office based on some of the reviews, but they were able to accommodate me with a next day appointment. I was nervous but Dr. Chi Chi came in with a great attitude and made me feel very welcomed. She prescribed me four medications and thoroughly explained everything to me as well as answering any questions I had. I’m glad I found We Care and hope that I’ll continue to be seen here with no problems :) I would recommend to anybody looking for a new OBGYN.

This office is so warm and friendly from day one. I hate going to the doctors office but its totally different with this one. So glad another office recommended coming here!

Dr. Uzo has been the ob/gyn for my sister and sister-in-law for years. I have trouble conceiving, but with her confidence and assistance, I am happy to say I am seven month pregnant after six years of trying. The way she meets and greets reduces all the stress or hesitation you might have to meet a Dr. would definitely recommend her. I’ve never met such an experienced and down-to-earth doctor like Dr. Uzo.

This doctor uses scare tactics in order to make her job easier with no regard for the patients right. Reevaluation is needed by the medical board of directions

Dr. Chichi is the best! Ive never had an OB/GYN that takes their time and explains everything A-Z except Dr. Chichi. She is very nice, very personable and outgoing. I love her energy! You can tell she loves what she does. Highly recommend Dr. Chichi.
