Both my dad & I have noticed on several occasions that Dr Cantu is very patronizing & dismissive when speaking to her about my mom. She acts as if she knows her better than we do even though we’re around her 24/7, & she sees my mother only a couple of times a year. She refused to listen when concerns were expressed a couple of years ago about Mom having dementia, which delayed treatment. Mom possibly wouldn’t be as far down this road if Dr Pamela Cantu had done her job.Not to mention that she continually overbooks patients so that you are never seen before an hour after your scheduled appointment time.

Mygawd,IS THERE A DECENT practitioner from here to Kerrville ?this is unbelievable & for us stuck on medicare ?its a nightmare.

The staff is very helpful and have always helped me work in appointments around my teaching schedule. Dr. Cantu has also been very helpful since I started seeing her a few months ago.

She is excellent.
