RN, Cheryl was very nice when she came out to the house after that the ball was dropped. Told on Wednesday we would be receiving a phone call Thursday or Friday no call. Called on Monday no return call called mid day told someone would call me back called again spoke to the administrator. Had many many excuses on why they haven’t called me. My mom is 83 years old we need some support all she could talk about was getting burned and she couldn’t do it even though she knows were approved. Horrible communication and accountability rude leadership. Good leaders take responsibility and make things better that’s not happening here.

Doesn’t communicate with their clients. Constantly changing hours for the CNA to show up to help with my child. They technically work for me; and yet they never ask what hours I need help with.My CNA is amazing and does a wonderful job with my son. The local office is just not considerate of their clients. The changing of hours without even talking to clients is ridiculous. I am only giving 3 stars because of my CNA and the nurse that works for them.

A wonderful place that helps alleviate the stress on families having to take care of a sick family member. All the staff is top notch and very helpful!
