Awful. They told me my child would be discharged at the end of the month. I quickly found a new agency ,but they wouldn’t post date the information so my new agency could file the paper work with Medicaid. I had 3 different case managers since January. Now my child will be without caregiver until Medicaid gets all my new paper. This is not good customer service. I would also have to call to remind them to do our paper work.

Provide excellent home health care

I’ve been taken care of my mom for 7 years now and we’ve had a few Home care agencies But ADDUS HOME CARE in Woodbridge VA should be shut down, i didn’t even keep them for a week The care coordinator was in no way professional , she was missing in action the whole week we was with them, and furthermore upon our request for night time Aid she never replied to us she just disappeared and nobody in the office knew where or when she would return, after not being able to go to my class the next morning the aid didn’t show up or call and when she did come she was late every day from day one, red flags all over the place, i went to the office and there was no supervisor there and no one knew anything, all this in the first week, so if you ever need your parents , friends , loved ones , etc... taken care of ADDUS HOME CARE is not the Agency. I wouldn’t send an enemy there , Who overlooks them there’s got to be an overseer They should be shut down.

Addus HomeCare in Woodbridge should be closed. They do not care about the service. They delayed my daughters paperwork for over a year, that is after I spoon fed them all the required information, all they needed to do is to sign, and send it in with the Insurance. My daughters insurance coordinator and I left so many voicemails and emails, to no avail. I escalated to their corporate office, but there is not a single response.

Truly dismayed at the 5-star review. This place is a mess. The care coordinator changes every other week or simply isnt there, aids fail to show up with no notice on a regular basis, even when the agency has been made aware - the agency just doesnt communicate with the patients, so people are left with no help. The agency always claims that they are looking for someone to cover but to date, has never successfully found someone when this happens. Its the least professional and/or organized home health agency Ive ever encountered. A previous review referred to it as Best Care - that agency was bought out by Addus YEARS ago and is a far far cry from what it used to be. Weve used them for years but are actively looking for a new agency, as its only gotten worse. Please dont trust your or any other persons care to this company, they are almost dangerously negligent.
