Worse company ever been their 8 yrs thru management changes and buy outs NEVER gets better awful for children and anyone with special needs no communication NO FOLLOW THRU they leave you hanging. Shameful

They lie and do not omit fault. I was told Thursday that if I submitted my daughters paperwork Thursday afternoon (which I did), that her order would come Monday. Low and behold its Monday and now Im being told I should have a shipment on Wednesday! Do you all find satisfaction for lying

I cannot say enough about the staff at Pediatric Connection. They accidentally forgot to place an order for my childrens formula (which happens) but they did everything in their power to make it right. They sent someone out to the office at 8pm on a Friday night to look for formula. They had someone drive 40 min. to meet me to drop off the formula the next day. They kept an open line of communication throughout the process. They not only owned up to their mistake but worked with me so that I could get the formal for my children.
