Comfort Keepers is a great resource for home care. Their office staff and their caregivers strive to provide quality care. The quality of their caregivers by far exceeds the first company we hired to assist our dad.

Sometimes I get mixed up and the Comfort Keepers help remind me to take my medication. I don’t want to worry my daughters so having the care ladies is very nice. They treat me respectfully and take me to activities.

We have had Comfort Keepers for about a year. It’s been a godsend, thanks to the caregivers. Jessica, one of our folks, is a gift. She’s so kind and thoughtful to my mother. She also anticipates needs, and cares for Mom in the dearest way possible. I feel completely comfortable with her in our home, and look forward to seeing her sweet face every week. I recommend anyone needing care call and talk to Comfort Keepers.

My caregivers are all very helpful! Christi is the caregiver I see most and she does a great job caring for me.

Our family has been very pleased with services provided by Comfort Keepers. Our personal care assistant, Ashley is prompt, has a nurturing spirit as well as an excellent work ethic. Her skill level in caring for my father and providing a safe environment we are very pleased with and do not hesitate leaving him in her care as we go on to work or other activities. We are also pleased with the office staff as they are very accommodating in providing needed information as well as changes when requested.

We have been using Comfort Keepers for four years and are satisfied with the care my mother is receiving. Our last caregiver was Tamim and he was wonderful! He was on time, pleasant and polite. He interacted with my mom by playing games and talking with her which I really appreciated ….and best of all my mother very happy loved him being here!

Peggy says she wishes she could give Jessica 10 stars! Jessica does everything without having to be told what to do. She helps me so much and she is so good to her friends. She helps wherever she can.

I am extremely pleased with the compassion, care and loyalty I receive from my girls Josilynn, Vicki, and Vina. All of the girls are very attentive, punctual and trustworthy. We always have a great time during our shifts together. I can depend on these women at all times.

Overall comfort keepers is a great company but some of their caregivers are not good they may need more training. Mainly the over night ones

I’ve enjoyed having comfort keepers come visit me. They have been very helpful and accommodating. They always arrive on time and work their full hours. Everyone has been very pleasant. Sometimes when I need something done they always make suggestions to help me make things easier for me.

I’ve enjoyed comfort keepers since the first day I had them. Even before COVID I didn’t do much besides sitting on the couch but now I can get out of the house. I’ve really enjoyed the companionship which is most important to me.

With 2 grandparents under their care I thought any company would be overwhelmed with the amount of questions and constant check-ins I call in, but Comfort Keepers always answers the phone happy and eager to hear me out. It is always difficult to get my Mima and Papa to trust anyone new through out my life i noticed but the staff here really know what they are doing. Between casual conversations to personal inside jokes, they are making this transition astonishingly easy for me and my grand folks. I enjoyed being driven by the young man that transported me to the medical facility. It was a very pleasant ride. He went with me in to the facility and stayed while being signed in. We have been very pleased with the care and services provided to our mother through Comfort Keepers. She had been unsure about having caregivers in her home, but found the assistance to be invaluable and makes her quality of life so much better each day. The access to the professional website to retrieve invoice PDFs, checking or updating care schedules, etc. is very helpful. Comfort Keepers has been an invaluable partner for us, as we do not live in the same state as my mother, and knowing her physical needs and safety are being attended to each day truly makes aging in place, her option of choice, possible.

Only reason I gave this company 5 stars was because I worked for them, but after leaving the company i can say this. A lot of the employees are only there for the money and dont care about the clients. I have walked in on a lot of staff not following protocol. I have been asked to go in on days off or early because employees no call no show and the person there decided to leave the client by themselves when they were not allowed to be, or they didnt want to stay and deal with the client. The company knows this and says they are working on it, but the last time I was there I didnt see this. And befor the company blast me. Yes I was fired, over a he said, she said, where I did point out flaws in the report but they didn t care. That was 4 months ago and I have gotten over it. If I wasnt I would have said worst stuff. Now there are some employees here that are amazing. I just hope if you go with them you get the amazing people who actually care and not the low lifes that the company hires to fill the spots.

I do wish that they would wheel my mother outside so she could get some sunshine or keep the t.v. from being on all of the time. Also, it would be nice if they had people to cut their nails or do their hair.

My mother was first resident of LifeSelect house in Fredericksburg and lived there almost two years till her passing. The one on one care and attention she got, was tremendous. If we had concerns about anything, we were encouraged to contact the staff and our questions were answered very quickly and with much understanding. LifeSelect is a great alternative to other forms of Long Term Care facilities. I would not hesitate to go to a LifeSelect house for myself or my spouse and I would highly recommend as the next best thing to staying in your own house.
