I am so blessed to have found this company. They really made my family member feel that she was not just a number, but actually a person. They were very easy to communicate with. There entire staff are fantastic! I especially appreciate Ashley, as she was so kind and very helpful with scheduling and answering all of our questions. Highly recommend.

We have used them for the past year ..they are terrible communicators ..their Fredericksburg office and sheduler Ashley is rude and deceiving .they have on several occasions took our aid off my fathers shift and placed our aid on another case in the middle of our shiftand then denied it ..my info came strait from our caregiver who said they can get in trouble if he told us .. they on to many occasions never reached out to us and told us of a call out for the day we had to call and find out for our selves after the aid did not show , they are so unprofessional and very condisending when you call them.out on thier unprofessionalism. Unfortunately we are stuck with them because of the shortage of help ..so stay as far away from this Fredericksburg office as possible .

I have worked for several in home care service companies in Virginia. Care Advantage has been a great experience, from the employee stand point. Their response to Covid-19 was top rank. I have never wanted for work and the wages are fair. Office staff is very supportive and always available. Response times are quick, 24 hours a day. Any issues are always handled appropriately and in a timely manner. I have enjoyed working for Care Advantage. Even during a pandemic. I recommend joining the team.

I signed up in Federicksburg Virginia Care Advantage they are always friendly and easy to talk to and willing to work with you as far as when you are able and willing to work they give good quality care to their clients and they always just a phone call away whenever you need them for anything schedule , safety equipment.Such as gloves mask etc.I have a recommended someone to work with Care Advantage .and they verypleased even though they are not in this part of Virginia where I am but they were easily transferred over with no questions asked and now they are working for the company as well . I would recommend this company Care Advantage to anyone who needed home care or companionship. My client asked me to bake her a cake so ,here I am. Baking a cake for my client this one great things we get to do as well when preparing meals and caring for our clients.

Care Advantage has been the BEST In -Home Care Healthcare Company that I have EVER worked for in the 13 years in my career! They care about you, they show you you matter and they pay you like you matter unlike other companies only paying you minimum wage. If your not happy with where your at they will make sure you are. And lastly you get paid on time unlike other companies out here that do not like to pay you on time Care Advantage pays you on time and early when their is a holiday!

Frequently care providers would show up late or not at all, especially on weekends.

First I would like to say thank you Madeline and her staff of professionals. The most delicate part of my world, my mother was in their hands and so well taken care of. Jasmin and Lana were so patient and understanding of all to deal with. They were angels to say the least. If I may going back to Madeline. She provides customer service and support that deserves recognition. She made this experience better than can be imagined. She is an asset. You have a great team .

Care Advantage fulfilled all my requests for care promptly and all the caregivers appeared on time and were extremely helpful to my wife and myself.
