Last time I inquire about a membership. Jeez Louise. I mustve unsubscribed from their email list 3 times in just as many days before I stopped getting spammed with follow-up membership questions. Im sure theyre a great gym it just wasnt what I was looking for.

Been a member for four years.Always been treated with respect.$40 a month, 24 hour availability.Small gym, not for serious lifters (unless you plan on waiting for the only free weight rack).If this is not a problem for you (it wasnt for me) than youll love it.

I wanted to try this gym. First I had to make an appointment because the place is unmanned. I called on a Thursday and left a message. Some chick from their Montpelier office called back and said the guys not there, I have to call back on Monday. I called back on Monday and left another message. The Montpelier chick called back and said the guys not here, but that I should call again and make an appointment for the next day between 1 and 6:00. So I called AGAIN, and left a message saying that Id see him on Tuesday at 4:00. He didnt call back to verify, so I went to the gym anyway thinking the guy would be there. But there was no one there!So.... they obviously have too many customers or the guy doesnt care. Strange, considering every time I drive past this place, its empty. Its probably just some mafia money-laundering place because they dont care about new customers. I went to Anytime Fitness just down the road and they were attentive and nice.Dont waste your time with the mafia wackos at Snap Fitness.

Clean gym with excellent staff and personal training.

Gym was clean but I cancelled in Sept 2013 and am stilling getting billed. Its annoying my credit card comany charges them back each month. Poorly run from an administrative side. I have spoken and emailed several times. with no avail.
