Horrible experience with the office staff and office manager. I have NEVER experienced so much unprofessionalism from a medical staff such as this one. They dont know the forms, processes, no manners, rude and downright hateful. On the other hand, Dr. Mastri is a very kind and knowledgeable physician. It is my hope that he would recognize that his staff does not exhibit the same standards as does he. I will not be taking my mother, who has dementia, back to the office. The type of treatment we received today was unwarranted and without merit. Wishing Dr. Mastri continued success.

Overall an outstanding experience, from the front desk to seeing Dr. Mastri, all aspects of the process exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Dr. Mastri and his office.

I was a patient of Dr. Mastris for years. I got diagnosed with Crohns Disease at 19 years old. Dr. Mastri himself is a great doctor, he was really there for me through the toughest times in my life. I had 2 obstructed bowel surgeries and I was so scared that I was going to die and leave my kids. He helped comfort me, I suggest to people to ask for him in the hospital, so they can just deal with the doctor only, but never ever EVER go to his office. The lady who answers the phones, and the people that work for him are unprofessional, rude, nasty, uncaring, and disrespectful.
