This facility was amazing. It was clean, COVID-19 prepared, and the staff was great. My nurse was great, my scheduler for my procedure was great and Dr Jaffri had excellent bedside manner and spelled everything out to me the way I as a non medical professional could understand it. I recommend this facility.

Dr Smith is a great doctor for me. He is extremely knowledgeable, I’m able to discuss openly my issues and we have always come up solutions or routes to improvement. Even tho it’s a quick visit once he’s in the room, I always feel my pre-prepared questions are all addressed, answered & discussed. His nurse is amazing- she is thorough & a really nice lady.

Everyone was nice and helpful. They gave me great directions about my procedure and let me know if I have any other questions to call.

The staff was extremely nice but not to the point of coming off as condescending. They saw that I was nervous and put me at ease and kept me relaxed throughout the visit.

I met with Nurse Practitioner Garcia. She is amazing. She took a lot of time to talk with me about my medical matters.

I wanted a second opinion so I made an appointment with Dr Jafri. Jordan at the front desk was very helpful. She advised me to have copies of my previous tests and records faxed to her office and she would call me to setup an appt ASAP. She did exactly as she said she would, and I was able to get an appt within a week which is frankly unheard of in this area. She was very efficient and kind which I appreciated.Dr Jafri is great. I cannot say enough about him. The gastroenterologist I saw initially was fine, but I wanted to ensure the plan going forward was the right one. Ive never had any major health issues in my life, and the sudden onset of my issues was drastically affecting the quality of my life. I had multiple different tests run, all basically normal. However, an issue totally unrelated was found on an ultrasound. Dr Jafri caught this, and sent me for a CT. No other doctors mentioned this abnormality. I dont know the results of the CT scan yet, but good or bad, I appreciate Dr J following up on this issue. He took as much time as we needed to go over everything from the onset of my symptoms, the test results, up to the current date. That is definitely not something Im used to with previous doctors. They are always so busy, in a hurry, but Dr Jafri took all the time necessary and made sure he had answered all of my concerns. He only sees appointments, but told me he has the upmost confidence in any of the other doctors in the practice and would send anyone in his family to them for an endoscopy or any other procedure. I am very blessed to have him as part of my healthcare team

I had an endoscopy here which was fine, but at my follow up appointment I saw a NP and she started the appt with so what brings you in today? She didnt seem to have any info about my procedure or results so I had to explain it all. I asked the front desk about maybe seeing a different doctor but they said I cant since Im already a patient of one. Then there was the awful stress of paying for the endoscopy. Which we did, but whatever payment plan company they use kept sending us last notice letters.

The doctor that I was seen by (and I say that lightly as I havent actually seen him for more than about 10 minutes total) decided, with no follow up visit, that his decision to increase a medication I was already on was the solution to my problem. When I tried to get additional information (my medical file) the office manager was incredibly rude and standoffish, would not let me speak, and flat out lied to me. I would recommend staying as far from here as possible.

I was referred to Dr. Curtiss when another doctor retired. He was very thorough in learning my case, explaining to me why the earlier endoscopy had been done, what to expect going forward, and what my options are. He explained things in terms I could understand and I felt like he truly cares for my health. He spoke to me like a respected friend and didnt rush me through like some professionals do. Thankfully he is old enough to have good experience but young enough to be my doctor for a long time! Would strongly recommend him to anyone!

I have nothing nice to say about this office,except the front receptionists are nice and helpful! First off when I went in there the first time I saw Dr. Smith and he came in the room asking me what I needed today when I told him what was going on he said okay we are going to order an endoscopy and left the room at the most spent maybe 5 minutes with me! Then once I got my endoscopy I had to keep calling to get the results because no one bothered to call me back. Same thing happened when I had my gastric emptying study done. I had to call and once I got ahold of them, they briefly told me what my diagnosis was over the phone no follow up appointments made or anything. Will not be returning!!

Very professional. These folks found a colon cancer that started in me and saved my life. They put you under of the colonoscopy so that is not bad at all -- youll wake refreshed. Also the prep isnt too bad either. I highly recommend them.

Had some concerns and the doctor did not agree. He was also concerned so I will be back at a later date

Receptionist is so rude, it wasn’t just to me, it was all patients. Not very friendly, or inviting at all. Dr.Smith was very friendly, for the whole five minutes he was in the room. When I mentioned my experience with reception to my nurse, I was told “she’s just very to the point” That is definitely not the attitude you should have when you’re the first face of the practice.

I was referred to this office by my PCP and saw Dr. Smith. There was a large lady at the front desk who was incredibly rude. My visit with Dr. Smith felt rushed and instead of a simple follow-up phone call to ensure my treatment worked, they demanded I make another appointment. When I called to make that appointment I was told Dr. Smith could not see me for another 23 days, which was well passed the 7 days of medication he prescribed. I asked the receptionist if I could talk to a nurse in lieu of the appointment and she said someone would return my call. It has been nearly two months and after multiple attempts, I gave up because I have still yet to have a nurse speak to me. I will never return. They need to get back to the basics of one-on-one patient care.

I really loved this office when I started going, but now I cant even get a simple phone call returned. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I dont appreciate having to jump through hoops for something so simple.

I recently had an EGD done due to the recommendation of Dr. Trible. He is a great very knowledgeable provider. I would recommend him to my family and friends. However, the reason my review is as low as it is, is due to the fact that I had this procedure done on Feb 1st and it took me the entire month of February to get my results back. I called and would be transferred to his medical staff, but no one ever answered the phone so voicemail after voicemail, no call back. I had to hound the medical staff with at least two calls per week until two days ago I finally got my results. The person at the desk who read me results over the phone had no clinical inclination and the report was very vague and non informing. Again Dr. Trible is a great provider, but Pratt now needs to work on inspiring its office staff to do better.

Unfortunately this office is a hot mess administratively. Very concerning.

Dr Curtis had to repair a hole in my bIle duct created by another surgeons same day procedure. He was very very great to me and my family. He worked effortlessly with my other surgeon and the hospital I was staying in to get it done ASAP so that I would no longer be in pain. He performed the surgery within 12 hours of me being put in the hospital. He was kind to my wife and children who were frightened and made me feel like I was his top priority. There are no enough words to express how happy my family and myself are with Dr Curtis. I just had surgery yesterday but instantly felt better due to his knowledge. Thank you Dr Curtis!!R Hall

Worst experience ever.... Getting ahold of someone to talk to is impossible,ive called numerous times and have yet to get a call back. How are they getting anything done?

It was like they couldnt have cared less about the pain and agony I was in. Totally dismissive so Im going to dismiss this practice and find one that cares
