Arrived early and was seen in a timely manner. My first visit, and the staff were all very helpful and professional.Nurse Baribeau was quite thorough and kept up a very helpful narration of what she was finding during her examination and treatment of my epidermis.A first class outfit.

I was able to get our 9yr old daughter in quickly to have Ludi address an area of concern. The staff made her feel comfortable and directed question to her - my little adult. :) They treated her professionally and with care as they completed her treatment. She left feeling confident and her medical procedure was successful. THANK YOU!!!

Started visiting this dermatologist office 3 months ago and everything was fine for a period. I use the GoodRX app for coupons since some of the meds prescribed can cost up to $100 and they save me a ton of money.During one of my calls for a refill, the secretary mentioned that I have been prescribed 20 mg of the tretinoin. Making me look for a store coupon for the 20 mg dosage which happen to be at Walgreen. In no way did she ever say that she would be switching the the 20 mg to a 45 mg dosage. This invalidated the coupon and wouldve costed me another $60 for no reason if I buy it at Walgreen. I called and asked to have the store switched to Walmart so that I can use another coupon and save those $60.Heres the important part, while I was going to let it slide as a simple communication error on both ends, another secretary completely pushed the blame to me. Stating that now she has to do all this paperwork to switch it over. Although I tried to explain the situation, she was adamant about me being the source of why she has to do more work. After she switch the store to Walmart, I found out the dosage got switched AGAIN! From 45 mg to 20 mg and again without any prior notice from the secretaries part. So it still ended costing me more money, but at that point I did not want to deal with them anymore.It seems that they really wanted a apology from me when I asked to switch stores. So Ill apologize. Im sorry Im not rich enough to throw away $60 so that you do not have to do your job.
