I will never waste my time and money on this place ever again. From the second I walked in the door, I did not feel welcome. I went to the allergy center because I was throwing up multiple times a week and it started to affect my life. I thought it was because I was a allergic to something but Dr. Kim did a test and I didn’t have any reaction. He told me that it was “normal” that I was throwing up 3-4 times a week and just to keep a log of what I ate that I thought made me sick. I left the office crying and feeling totally dismissed. It took me a month after to figure out that I was throwing up because of a medication I was on. Dr. Kim didn’t even ask me if I was taking any medications or any other questions that may help him figure out the issue. I didn’t feel heard or cared about by him.Billing on the other hand was a different nightmare. I work in a doctors office so I understand insurance but they lied to me prior to the appointment about how much it would cost to bill per unit.All around a terrible place and a classic case of a woman getting dismissed by a doctor yet again

Dr. Kim and his staff are the best. Dr. Kim was the only physician who has helped rid my daughter of her eczema. Nurse Lauren is always amazing and helpful. Going to Dr. Kim has changed our lives in the best way

My daughter has had 3 appointments at this office and it’s been a positive experience every time. Friendly staff, clean office, and we never have to wait long! Dr. Virani is the absolute best! He takes the time to listen to our concerns and answer all of our questions. We are so happy with the care we have received here!

Dr.Butt is amazing! Very patient, informative and thorough not to mention easy on the eyes 😊 we were very pleased with the after care plan that he had put together while also suggesting that my other children be seen before future issues arrive. Definitely will be our family allergist, the office and staff exceeded all of our expectations!

Both of my children (3 and 1)receive excellent care from Dr. Butt, the nurses and the rest of the staff at the Allergy & Asthma Center. They are friendly, compassionate, patient and thorough. Our wait times have also always been very short.Dr. Butt has taken the time to find the cause of their symptoms in order to correct the issue instead of just putting them on medicine to mask them. It is evident that he truly cares about their quality of life and overall well-being.He has personally returned our calls when our kiddos were in distress and helped us to alleviate the issue quickly and effectively.We highly recommend this facility and doctor Butt to anyone who is struggling with allergies and/or asthma!

This is a great doctors office with caring staff. My son and I are doing so much better since being seen here. Dr.Kim is great and he is quick no long wait time. The staff is very courteous and polite. Easy to make appointments. They have very convenient hours and get this-also open on Saturdays. I would recommend this place to anyone with allergy or asthma problems. These guys will get you straight.

I love Dr.Kim! I was so sick with immune deficiency. He got me on Hyzentra and since then I haven’t been sick with pneumonia or colds. He continues to monitor my levels so I do not become so ill again. I am so thankful to him for making my life better.

Dr. Kim was wonderful! My son is 13 months old and has had many respiratory issues since he was born. As you can imagine, its very scary when youre little one is struggling to breathe. Weve spent months in and out of the hospital and visiting various pediatricians; but Dr. Kim has put our mind at ease by performing allergy tests and creating an action plan for our son to have open airways. Very clean office and friendly staff also made for a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I was seen soon after sign in. The visit was very comprehensive, Dr Julie Abraham looked at my issue, let me vent, recommended treatments, completed allergy testing and breathing tests. Her treatments are aggressive and affordable, the office says they’ll support me with finding a way to get the prescriptions I need. I found her to be young, and progressive with a good demeanor. I’m going to stick with this office!

I’ve had the best experience with this practice. Everyone here has been so helpful and compassionate. They have all worked with me to find the best treatment option and have been so supportive. It doesn’t matter if your on the phone with the front desk or in the office with the doctor, you are the priority.

Doctors may be fine, but their billing department is absolutely terrible. Never received a single bill from them until I got a court summons from a debt collection company. Would not work to determine if theyd even billed insurance properly.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Abraham this past Saturday, I walked in and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who quickly got me back to the exam room. When the dr came in she was nothing but pleasant and helpful along with her entire staff! Would definitely recommended this office

While the staff was courteous, I was not tested for any of the items from the menu I provided after having an allergic reaction from a meal a few nights prior. Instead, the Dr. confirmed I am allergic to the items I told him I was allergic to (ragweed, pollen and dander). While I wasnt completely surprised to not receive any benefit to my visit, I was surprised to see they billed my insurance $928, $343.52 of which was my responsibility. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

This place is awful. I tried to schedule an appointment on their online website and they did not call. When I called them, the receptionist just said I dont know what to tell you maam. Then, she refused to schedule me. Go somewhere with better customer service.

I love it here. Dr Butt is so kind and caring. He goes above and beyond for his patients . My children love him. I highly recommend this place .

My son Nathan saw Dr. Butt for the past two years (from the time he was 1-present). Dr. Butt from the first day has always been so thorough and so great with Nathan. Nathan wants him to be his regular doctor! Dr. Butt answered every question that we had, no matter how long it took. He was right, over time, Nathans severe egg allergy faded away. He improved his exzemca so much! Dr. Butt was always cautious with giving medication to Nathan and explained the side effects and long term effects. He is one of the few good doctors there are in this area. We refer our friends to him all the time. Dr. Butt also saw my husband and I and has just been a blessing to our family. The office was very responsive to my calls and front desk was always helpful. The nurses were also very amazing! We do not have to come as much any longer, but will be back for a check up in six months! Thanks Dr. Butt!

My ds with food allergy was referred to Dr. Andrew Kim and he was great!! It did not take long at all like I feared and procedure was much easier than I had feared. I was given tons of information about food allergy! This was a very pleasant visit for at a doctors office. Staff was very pleasant as well, I am recommending this place to everyone!

My allergist, Dr. Butt, properly diagnosed my asthma, devised a treatment plan, and was knowledgeable in the field. Hours are extremely flexible and I would recommend giving them a call if you are local to the area.

Friendly staff, professional and thorough allergy and asthma testing. When I receive my allergy shots, I am in and out in less than 10 minutes. When my daughter was tested, the staff was compassionate and helped relieve her anxiety.

My 2 year old daughter has been seeing Dr. Kim since she was born due to allergies and eczema. We always are able to find an appointment within a week and I cant praise the staff enough! For our last appointment, I forgot a form in the car that daycare needed and they watched my daughter for me while I ran out to the car to get it. They always go above and beyond to make sure my daughter is smiling. Dr. Kim is always professional and courteous. He explains all the procedures and goes over all of the medications and reasoning behind all the decisions he makes. I love that he takes the time to make sure I was comfortable with all the decisions and kept me involved in my daughters care. I am so happy with this practice and highly recommend them!

I was sent to collections when I transfer my shots to Newport News because the office claimed I didn’t provide a new mailing address, even though I did not move and they should have sent a bill to the address they had. After this I started to wonder if they were that insufficient, whether I was allergic to tree nuts like this group had said so I got retested and found it was just almonds. Thanks guys. Needless to say, I don’t recommend this group!

I have been an allergy Patient with Fredericksburg Clinic for about 10 years. My Allergist Physician has bee Dr. Seth Craig for all of those years until his recent retirement. I now see Dr. Butt who has kept me on the same medication and I am dong well still. My problem was diagnosed by Dr. Craig and I an dong better than ever in my life time with the Allergies. Dr. Craig was one who thought out of the Box and saw each patient as an individual. He and Dr. Butt listen to the Patients as I am told the other Physicians have the same philosophy. I recommended my Grand daughter and another Friend who had Chronic problems and they were diagnosed and issues were resolved. You cannot find a better Nursing staff any where around. They are helpful and very caring about your issues. TO ME THEY ARE MY MEDICAL FAMILY. I would strongly recommend them for any allergy Problems . You will not be Dissappointed. I have been living with chronic hives off and on since I was eleven years old. It has always been a difficult journey for me through out the years. My hives would go away for so many years and then out of the blue they would come back. When they resurfaced it seemed as though it was much worse then before. The last time my hives came back it was in 2016 and it was the worse. I dont know if it seems that way because Im older and its just intolerable or if the hives seem to multiply intensely with age. Regardless, I have spent my whole life dealing with chronic hives. In February 2016, when my hives resurfaced I decided to go to the Allergy and Asthma Center of Fredericksburg, Virginia. When you have chronic hives with no diagnosis as to why, you will basically, try anything for relief. Im so glad that I went there Dr. Butts was great. At first, he tried different solutions and nothing worked. Then, he told me about a new drug called Xolair. Its a shot that you can get once a month that was approved to help people with chronic hives. My life has changed in many ways, I no longer feel as if I want to give up, but this drug has given me my life back. My hives havent totally disappeared but it has given me relief and I can go about my daily activities. If anyone is living with chronic hives, the Xolair shot is worth it. I have been living with this for 37 years.

Ive been suffering from short of breathness recently while exercising, which was a big deal for me since staying active is a big part of my life and happiness. Dr. Butt was able to treat my symptoms and get me back on track :)

The worst part about the office is the actual injection that I get. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Would recommend the office to anyone with allergy needs.

Before I found Allergy and Asthma , Center of Fredericksburg, I would have to go 3 or 4 times to Patient First to be pumped full of several different medications for an upper respiratory infection. After finding Dr. Butt, they did a test, found I was allergic to many things and started my allergy shots right away. Since then, I have had very few times where I thought I had an upper respiratory infection, but they never pumped me full of drugs, just very simple remedies. But it happens very seldom now that I am on my allergy shots. Dr. Butt has saved me from months of miserable sickness. I am so thankful for him and his staff, which by the way, the girls in the office and giving the shots are outstanding. I feel like going there after the last couple of years I truly think of them as friends and I am very blessed to have them in my life.

The office looks pretty run down and cramped but dont let that deter you. Dr Abraham is a very understanding and caring doctor, All the receptionists are all really sweet, and theyre all very driven to help you.

The staff and Dr Kim are dedicated and caring. My wait has always been short. When I was in trouble with allergic reactions they handled my distress and Dr Kim found the source of my trouble. I am very thankful for the Allergy and Asthma Center of Fredericksburg.

Just NO. This doctors office has been the WORST office I have ever dealt with. My son and I both went to this office to receive allergy and asthma testing. They charged my sons account 2x the amount that they charged me for seeing him HALF the time! To top it off all of the tests they performed came out as saying that we were not allergic to anything - yet - the one allergy that they tested for and told me I was NOT allergic to - ended me up in the hospital just 2 days later with a severe allergic reaction! I was TOLD by this office that I was NOT allergic to it so I ate it and almost died! I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone! And I would warn anyone that goes and gets the battery of allergy tests to get a second opinion if you are told you are not allergic - either their tests are out of date or they are not actually conducting real tests

The doctor was ok, my issue is with the billing department at my office visit they told me the insurance will take care of it. Never received a bill or a phone call saying that I owe money but instead a sherif showed at my door handing me a summons.
