I am new to Texas, I found this location on the internet. I receive a teeth cleaning and x rays....I paid $75 and left happy(BUT) 3 days later my mouth became infected ,,,The infection was bad and hurt(it was on a tooth we discussed) and that he said was health , and that he scraped below the gum line during the cleaning. When I called to make a follow up appt, I explained my situation. The manager Tandi an over weight mean lady, got very upset, and defensive.My intent was to get some antibiotics and for the dentist to explain what caused this sudden Infection....instead of (come on in Mr R and well will be happy to take a look) she just acted like I was lying,,,she quoted texas law, talked loud over me, was rude.....I stood in my room with a mouth full of puss amazed at how I got in to that situation......I was so upset I left a review on yelp......I guess she of someone she knew seen my fair and honest Yelp review...This location called the Police on me!!!! So after talking to local police I was told I did nothing wrong....Im a strait A student, only Months away from a degree in Behavioral Science , and Im 42 years old . I hove only left 4 negative YELP reviews in my life...This place made my list for being rude and not taking responsibility for their actions....I truly believe The infection was caused by a dirty dental tool scraping below my gum line.......Dear kerrville , Hill county, and surounding communities Please try a different dentist in your area...Thanks for the taking the time to read this
