Ive been a member for 24 years. I have never had an experience that was bad. Except the other week my wife brought the kids in they did a lemonade stand all week and wanted to get all their coins turned into bills. The employees were either not willing or not able to take the money and turned my wife and kids away.Its not a good feeling knowing that bank of America was the bank that was extremely excited to help and were more than willing to take the coins....

A women names Shirley, completely wasted my time! Was obviously having a terrible day when I ask if there was I miss count of $17,000 she told me no. I asked if I may recount she told me the machine dose not mess up ! When I started to recount she asked me several times if I was ok ? I conduct my self always calm cool and collective. She made me feel as if maybe I looked to have a health issue that I wasn’t aware of? Very rude held me standing up at the her window for over 30 minutes to do 3 simple cashiers checks all because she was insulted by me asking if I could recount! Very unprofessional! Not appreciated should have done this to my PNC bank next store !

Horrible customer service by Erica rude and off putting. I came in to try and close my business account, she was not even willing to help pull up my information to complete the application that I needed to close my business account. She suggested I go back in my car to fill it out and then come back in. Also, throughout the whole time she was insisting I call the 888 number and close it with them over the phone. Unhelpful. Rude.

I love Navy Federal. I went to this location last Monday and the customer service I received was amazing! Audrey was so understanding of my situation and helped me find a solution. Navy Federal is the only place Ill go for all my financial needs.

The teller did not even count my money out to me, nor put it in an envelope.. she just put it all on the counter. I stood there and counted it my own self. Just kinda rude. The hours arent posted online.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. The service is always fast so no complaints there. One thing I have noticed though is that some of the tellers can be very snooty which isn’t good for service at all and is off putting. They need to either vet who they hire or put some of these people through customer service training.

Let me say I love this bank. Navy federal is fantastic. But the Central Park location the experience I had today was unacceptable I went through the drive through an Melanie who was supposed to help me either could not or did not want to as I tried to give her mine and my family members information she was very rude from the start and only got worse I asked for my money back and went inside where I was greeted by Marge who was very helpful and friendly and had no issues pulling up our information. I would look into maybe expressing to Melanie her professionalism and customer service skills are not where they need to be for this profession.

Down one star from last review. The Credit Union is great. They removed the coin counting machine so I now lose 10% at the grocery store. The outside drive through lanes appear much slower. Fantastic overall.

Was scammed out of about $1400. I took many precautions and asked many questions, before hand, to make sure everything was legit and reassured it was and then bank account was drained and they wouldnt open a case and acted like it was my fault when I repeatedly asked them if everything was straight and got the okay. Horrible and will never forget this. Hard to trust any bank now.

I have been with Navy Federal Credit Union for over 15 years and they are AWESOME. To My Favorite Branch in Fredericksburg, Virginia (which is located in Central Park). THEY ARE THE BEST.💞🎊🎉👏

There are not always NFCU‘a around so having a large one to go to is a plus. This helps tremendously when depositing cash or other needs from the bank that mobile just doesn’t cover.

I am a current NFCU account holder and I would like to thank Will who help me and my business partner in opening up our business account. Will was was very thorough and explained all the steps in setting up the paperwork along with the available options in our business banking account choices.

My bank and its so easy to do stuff here as well as get loans and credit cards. Always friendly.

They are sitting on a certified check for a large amount of money for 5 days when funds have been verified, I guess they cant handle that. I for others I have to go back to usaa!
