Dr. Klaiber is by far one of the BEST doctors I have ever met. We truly need more doctors like him in this world. He genuinely cares about his patients, he always goes above and beyond to ensure the best course of care is provided. He has been outstanding with my daughters care. I highly recommend him!

Our whole experience here was wonderful! The nurse, Rita, was so kind and knowledgeable and set us at ease. Doctor Wenger answered all our questions and was so kind. Highly recommended!

Great Dr.(s) and medical assistants. However, the administrative department is horrible. Im constantly asked fill out the same entry type forms over and over. Its like they dont review digital files, dont upload the files that I have provided or do not understand records keeping. I visit the Massaponax, VA office.

Dr. Klaiber has been wonderful,he will find out whats wrong with me....very kind very efficient and very knowledgeable. Finally someone is listening. So thank you and your staff for all the attention and support!!

I was receiving allergy treatments from this office. I had to pay out of pocket for the treatments because it was not covered by my insurance. The office ordered serum and it came broken (or so they said). They reordered the serum but it took so long that they said I would have to start my allergy build up again. I didnt want to do this as the Covid shut down had just started and my kids were in virtual school. The treatment required several hours of my day of sitting in a doctors office and having to go home and sleep. I did not want to restart. The office refused to refund my money that I paid out of pocket for the serum.

First time at this office, I was a patient a few years ago but I just had to say this visit experience was lovely. I don’t think it could have gone better. Dr. Klaiber was amazing! This is someone who likes their job and cares for their patients. I noticed when I was talking he was looking at me, making eye contact, just actually listening. He made sure I had samples to take home because he wanted me to start his treatments ASAP due to my pregnancy. He expressed that he wanted to see me not only throughout my pregnancy but after as well to consider other treatments I cannot have now. I’m very picky about my doctors and I don’t really like people but I had a wonderful experience at this appointment.

My experience with the staff was they are very nice. Dr. Posthumus is even nice. He really do care about his patients and when he is not there, he have a Nurse Practitioner and I forgot her name, but she was very nice and had great concerns about my health. Thats what I appreciate about that office.

Just started going here, everyone is friendly and professional. They certainly want to do everything possible to help you feel better as an allergy sufferer. They also are very caring of the cost to you the customer. I have a very high insurance deductible for specialists that isnt of my doing. Brenda in Billing has been very kind and helpful in trying to find a solution that will help my allergies and not put such a huge dent in my wallet.

Dr. Posthumous is super nice and overall concerned about his patients, he doesnt rush them out and really takes the time out to answer any questions or concerns one may have. He finda things that other doctors mostly would have looked past, he goes that extra mile. The staff are super pleasant as well and they are really good with kids (my daughter also sees him). As a parent and patient I am extremely pleased with him and this practice.

My husband had a very good experience with one of the doctors here so I scheduled an appointment myself. I have bad allergies to cats and live with a cat. I also have a variety of other environmental allergies. Dr. Wenger was wonderful. He had a calm but confident demeanor and seemed genuinely interested in helping me feel better. The nursing staff has also been friendly and easy to work with during my testing and allergy shots.

Nice people, but the wait is ridiculous EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! We are sitting in the waiting room for our 4:00 appointment and it is 4:34! Very inconsiderate of the time of their patients.

I really liked the doctor! I’ve been itching and covered in hives for 5 weeks, up for 3 days scratching, been to the er twice(with no relief). They gave me meds while I was there and it was instant relief 🙏🙏!! Although I figured out what it was without them, they were still a good team

UPDATE - Dr. Wenger called and apologized for the incident. They are planning to implement a system where they can get information out to patients via texting so this type of stuff doesnt happen in the future. Ive updated my rating to reflect their response to my complaint. As much as the regular shots are difficult to work around my schedule they have greatly improved my quality of life.ORIGINAL - Extremely disrespectful of your time but I suppose this goes for the entire medical industry. Made an hour round trip last night to get my allergy shots and they decided to close early without informing patients so it was a waste of a trip. It would be one thing if that was the first time but this has happened a number of times over the years.

Every one I came in contact with there wasAttentive. Kind and caring.

Lack of Service. I was referral by the pediatrician, their service is the worst, I have to do their job, I made an appointment for the allergy test and no one told me my son needs to be off the allergy medication for a week to be able to do the test (I guess I am supposed to know this by heart, even this is the first time I am doing this), they told me they will call me with the results within a week because we end up doing a blood work, two weeks passed and no one call me to give me results, I called, and if I dont ask what do I need to do next to get his treatment started they dont even bother to tell me... (the nurse gave me the results and almost hang up the phone) finally she said she needs to request the serum and it will take 4 weeks to get it, I waited 5 weeks for their call and called just to found out they didnt order it because they needed it a form sign by me, but they did not mail it, or call me, or send a message on the portal, I wasted 5 weeks waiting on the medicine that it was not even requested, I feel like I am the only one who want it to start the treatment of my son and the staff didnt really care about, he finally get his first shot on a Monday and they told me they will ship the medicine to the pediatrician office for him to be able to get his second shot on the same week (that is the plan twice a week) just to find out that they didnt shipped on time and now we have another week delay...... what a nightmare!!

I was referred by my pediatrician & i got an option quick, within a week! Was able to fill out paperwork online, we were called back within 20mins. Our doctor was Dr.Wagner and he was great! Going to defdinitly countine going!

Totally awesome! I am so thankful for Allergy Partners of Fredericksburg and Stafford!!! They helped get my asthma under control and since going there I have had 0 hospital stays or severe asthma attacks (as with previous doctors). They treated my problem not my symptoms!!! Drs. Mozena and Wilson are the best!! The NPs and nursing staff and office ladies are awesome too!!!

Slow and take to long. Everyone is nice though.
