My life was out of control once again when I first started here almost a year ago. I have had such a good experience with everyone here. Especially the front desk lady Sue. Since my first day walking in she has went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and not out of place . Shes the best !!! Happy that I found this treatment center ❤️

This place makes me feel at home!! U have Charles the main security guy who is awesome and always there to greet you and holds the place down!! And the wonderful Sue the main receptionist who remembers everyones numbers (how!?!) and treats u like a long life friend and willing to help wherever she can or just to give u a hug. What receptionist does that anywhere? Miss Sue does thats who!! And the nurses who dose u always so friendly and listen when u have a problem. The counselors are over booked though. To many clients but they try there best they can do to take care of u. This place has saved mine and my husbands life. Im forever grateful!!

I spent 3 years with this clinic and never had any problems. About 5 years ago. I enjoyed the daily group therapy and private counseling also. I was using a mixture of different drugs and this place helped me get my life back! They helped me taper down of the medication at my own pace and I never experienced and withdrawal symptoms. I will forever be grateful for this place and the employees there.

Great Clinic. I came from Manhattan in NYC and up there methadone clinics are on every corner. Theyre good about dosing but bad with counseling. FCCR I think is a great caring place. In NYC it takes awhile to get bottles. Everyone gets a Sunday bc there arent opened but to get ml ore than that it takes forever. FCCR has a good protocol about their take homes. Ive been here 9 months and already have a weeks worth. This place works if you allow it to. Good luck and remember WE ABSOLUTELY DO RECOVER!!!Also remember to be there before they stop dosing at 11AM. They are opened until 5PM but stop dosing at 11. It would suck to think you have all day to be there but find out they stopped.

This place used to be great. The counselors used to be amazing. I used to get so much strength from this place. It has since been bought by a large corporation (penicole). Now they are clueless and it is a terrible experience. It is better than dieing of a heroin overdose but not by much. If you have ANY other options do that. Abstinence is best. There is still a good core group of counselors but they are overshadowed.

I had a little difficulty getting started in the beginning, as there was some miscommunication. That was pretty quickly resolved, though. However, everyone there (staff, and clients alike) were very kind, welcoming, encouraging, and eager to answer any questions I had about any part of the process &/or program.

Not a patient but have helped with driving others to the program I can only provide a limited perspective. The facility is clean, staff is very friendly and supportive, many folks seem to have found their smiles there in the 8 months I have been helping out and the counselors really seem to care. There are some participants who are still on the wrong path and will try to drag others down but overall the program is good. I think the beat bet is to see your counselor and leave immediately. The folks I see waiting around after their dosing and meeting with their counselors are the ones who seem to be on the wrong track. Ive seen many folks walking in and out of the FCCR while waiting in my car to return folks home and the improvement in their faces and body language speaks volumes for the program.

I read all the reviews and was excited to get enrolled into the program. My husband and I made the decision to both go and get help. It took us several months to really get the courage to go but we finally did. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing like the reviews. When we got there, we filled out paperwork like anywhere else. Front desk was nice no complaints there. We were taken back separately which we were fine with and understood. When I got to the back, a counselor I think started asking me questions. I explained to get that we both started because we were having pains. Him for different areas than my own. We were in pain management for a little over a year but moved to heroin after because the cost was less and it was easier to find. We were both out of pain management just shy of 2 years before coming to fccr for help. My counselor told me that I might not be able to get into the program because i was in pain management prior but in the same breath told me she didnt think it was going to be a big issue since it was so long ago. The same questions were asked of my husband as well. We went into the waiting room after and had to wait on a nurse so that she could take other information. As soon as I was called, the nurse and I went into her room and she had stated the same thing about the pain management except in a completely different manor. She was very short with her words and it carried a large amount of sarcasm along with being condescending. Her very first words she spoke after I sat down were you probably wont get into the program because you were in pain management but we can continue if you want I will have to call you in the morning and let you know. I felt so hopeless in the situation. My husband was treated the exact same way by the exact same nurse. Cant remember her name but is heavy set, not too tall and smokes. Those are the only facts I have about her. Needless to say, I continued with everything with the slight hope that we can get in. We left that afternoon and was very upset. We waited for her to call the next morning and didnt hear back. We had to call her a week later and all she said was I spoke to the doctor and they said noI got off the phone and cried about it with my husband. The nurse and the facility have no idea the amount of time and courage we needed to seek help in the first place. I would imagine that it is the same for all addicts but I cant speak for them. The nurse should be ashamed of herself. If you cant handle addicts then you need to work somewhere else. I dont understand the contradiction. Their website states they help with addicts who start in pain management and other avenues but when we went for help, we were not accepted because we were in pain management. It doesnt even make sense! It took us another 4 months to get the courage again. We found a different facility where we were not judged. Not one time. They have been amazing to us and very helpful. We are now going on 60 days without drugs except the help of the facility. Not huge but one day at a time.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND FCCR TO ANYONE!!!!

Good place where the vast majority of the people there are genuinely trying to do good things. Naturally youll find a few bad seeds but such is most any place. All in all Fccr is a godsend to the area and the nice people that run it are doing great work. They should be paid more and given medals. This place makes a huge difference.

Overcrowded. Standing room only. Average dose wait time 45+ Minutes. Recommend only if last resort and other area clinics are full. Waiting room smells, is dirty, other patients openly talk about getting illegal drugs. Not family friendly, do not reccomend bringing small children here, hostile environment. Feb 15, 2019

The lines have gotten outa control and things are changing all the time right now. I hope it stablizes because i didnt have an issue walking in with my kid as it didnt take long and the staff talks to her. (son at school by thst time) it seems like they are overwhelmed right now and i miss the night groups. Had a great guy doing them but with company change some staff had to leave that were doing a great job because of old issues and paper work. Still the help is there if you choose to use it. They can find other resources in community if need be . i know over all its a good place and they want to help. People gotta put in the effort on their end as well.

If you or someone you love needs help then I would highly recommend the FCCR. This is a place thats in the business of saving entire families... of saving lives. People die waiting for help at the local CSB. The staff here are exponentially more competent w/ access to far more resources than any place in the area. Additionally, Gaertner is the only addiction MD in the region. Dr. G. is a highly skilled clinician who is doing this community a huge service where others are massively failing. The FCCR should be nominated for some kind of award in the area.
