The staff, and doctors at Crossroads are absolutely amazing and caring people. They have not only supported me through my sobriety they have also helped me fix other areas in my life. Whether it be my health or even going to the dentist. They truly care about you and your health and show you they do every visit. I cant Express how grateful I am to have their support and help through all of this. They are absolutely the BEST.

Havent met the doctor yet but from people setting up your app to the office staff located in Fredericksburg VA my experience was excellent and easy going they run a very smooth process quick easy and very helpful and especially the girl who runs the office is great I highly recommend

They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable always a pleasure speaking with the counsolers there I feel better every time I talk to them

I’ve been going to Cross Roads Treament Center for about 8 months now. And I absolutely love it there. The staff is so amazing. From the time I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The doctors and staff are the best I have ever experienced. They definitely put there heart and souls into helping each and everyone of us!!! If you know somebody that needs help, I would recommend Cross Roads Treament Center to anybody needing help

I wanted to say why I was leaving this review (something I dont normally do) is because of just having a horrible experience with a doctor/treatment center and for 4 weeks being under the care of the absolute worse physician and staff that is out there (I should have read the reviews first!)....I came to Crossroads and Dr. Wolf nervous, worried, scared, but I left feeling- hopeful, stable, happy, and knowing now Im in good hands. Ive been in treatment for 11 years and had given up on things I just didnt think were possible anymore but Dr. Wolf completely changed my mind. I didnt fail before, I just wasnt receiving the correct treatment. Im so glad I called Crossroads Treatment Center.

Awesome. Accepting and understanding. Really cares and it shows with everything they do. Dr. Claudia in the Fredericksburg, Virginia office is fabulous and really takes her time with each patient. Would highly recommend to anyone on the road to recovery.

Dr. Wolf is more than understanding. Takes his time and has a personal understanding of what addiction is, how to help, and go about helping because on your first visit he will tell you that his daughter is a recovering addict also.... So on that note he knows everyone needs some time and understanding and he doesnt want you to use but made it clear that everyone deserves a second chance so he will not throw you out the door if you slip and fall he helps you get back up with a few stricter guidelines but he does not give up on his patients at all. Now the counceling sessions are also amazing I dont know her name which is actually why I came to this website in the first place but I cant seem to find anything out about her at all.... She is also very nurturing, caring, understanding, and helps you with your addiction. Learning what it is, how to manage it,and what different aspects of addiction I think intell. She is there through it along with Dr. Wolf so I have nothing but greatfulness towards the treatment center. The doctors that help you deal with something that is very hard to understand, but they help you along the way the entire time I would recommend this treatment center to anyone because they are absolutely amazing, understanding, compassionate,center is 110% recommend in my eyes.

Very kind people working in this office off of Plank Rd. Had my best interest in mind . And I felt comfortable putting my trust in their hands . They made me aware that they were there to help me & have tons of resources to help me with jobs , and housings, exc . From my experience so far, I wouldn’t mind recommending ARS to other people in need of treatment in recovery ..
