Morning Pointe has the up most care and attention towards their residents. Morning Pointe has assisted living and Memory Care for Alzheimers and other related dementia. Morning Pointe senior living is about more than providing assistance and nursing care in a home-like environment; it’s about providing programs that promote overall wellness.

A family member lives here. I visit often. The facility is spotless, it smells fresh, and the food is actually pretty good !!.The staff is attentive and friendly.The facility always has things planned for the residents. Much much more than the traditional bingo night. Back road country bus rides , residents and family events, outside entertainers brought in, local school children visits and plays.I mean it ... so pay attention..I have gone through the trails of having my family member live in other facilities nearby that looked good on paper but were really just a poorly run and money mills for the owners... It is N O T ... N O TN O T like that at Morning Point.If it is time for someone you love to be in an assistant living facility and you a place where they can be happy and safe...You want to check out the Morning Point facility in Franklin.

Really nice facilities with friendly staff.

My niece moved into Morning Pointe in November of last year. She loves it. It looks like something out of the magazine House Beautiful. The decor is bright and cheerful. The murals , paintings and pictures on the walls really catch ones eye. The thing that outshines the most is the friendliness of the staff. You feel like you are visiting family when you are there. And the attention to the residents is A1. My niece participates in the many fun activities they have and really enjoys the delicious meals. I cannot praise Morning Pointe enough. It is an outstanding facility, one would be proud to work there as well as reside there. I feel very secure knowing my niece is well cared for by the staff at Morning Pointe. The nursing staff are quick to contact me of concerns or needs of my neice.Thank you Morning Pointe for taking such good care of my niece.Anna M. Knox

Beautiful community, amazing staff - residents feel at home when at Morning Pointe of Franklin. Farm to Table program is excellent - delicious food! I love that this community is owned and operated by the same company for 20+ years. That speaks volumes in the care and detail they put into the daily life for residents. Highly recommend.

We recently moved our loved one to Morning Pointe in Memory Care from out of state. The entire staff has been welcoming, loving and respectful and so helpful for a smooth transition! The facility is always immaculate. It is evident the staff really enjoy taking care of others. Dementia is a hard to disease! It is very comforting to know that our loved one is safe, clean and happy and encouraged to participate in great activities daily! It gives us tremendous peace of mind to know the staff is caring for our loved one with dignity and genuine kindness each day!

I have both parents in Morning Pointe - Franklin. Facility amenities and programs/activities available to residents are very nice. Staff and administrators are friendly and very interested in serving the residents. Great community atmosphere, good food, well-run and wonderful, committed caregivers. Very pleased that my parents found this community!

This is my first online review. Our family has lived in Williamson County for generations. My loved one was a residence of the memory care facility. The facilities of Morning Pointe are nice however, the staff and company is TERRIBLE! They are completely inadequate in handling an Alzheimers patient. Over a course of one month they called 911 for false claims multiple times. The doctors at the hospital never saw any symptoms claimed and our loved one was discharged each time. Any normal Alzheimers symptom they dont want to deal with they call 911 or threaten to kick out such as wandering, loss of awareness, mood swings, restlessness, difficulty with self care, verbal aggression etc. They ended up kicking our loved one out with no notice which put our family in the position of struggling to find a new location within a day. When we asked for a little time they called 911, told the ambulance to not bring her back and told us to pick up her stuff within the next 24 hours. No known recorded incident or documentation has been provided as to why they were kicked out. I highly recommend NOT letting your loved one stay here especially if they have memory care issues.
