The workers are very nice and helpful. Glad to know my papaw is safe and being taken care of!!

I did not like it there, the people there treated me bad cause I was over weight and could not be in their tiny bed or tiny room. I would not send my dog there let alone a family member they need to close them down I had to have emergency surgery the day after I left because they made me leave there and would not have their Dr. Come see me when I complained about my side they dropped me off with a temp. And sick like a sack of rotten potatoes.

TERRIBLE!!! They leave your loved ones in pools of their own filth! The director does not care about the patients! The place smells! The lights buzzers are always going and they just ignore them! You ask for help and they come 30-40 min later IF they come at all!!! Who knows if they really bathe your family members at all! Every time I visit my mother I have to bathe her myself! She cant feed herself and they just put her food in front of her and leave it there like she is suppose to do something with it!HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!! All they want is your money. OH and I have NEVER EVEN seen a Doctor they say they have one but who knows when he or she visits!

Hospice came in to take care of my sister. The staff treated the hospice staff terrible. They wouldnt give my sister her pain medication when the hospice staff asked them to. When my sister passed there was one nurse on duty whom was awesome. Everytime the hospice nurse ask for her meds that nurse gave them to her. She was like an 👼. When my sister passed no one from the rest home called nor even sent a sympathy card. I would never recommend anyone sending their loved ones there.

Good care was given by all courteous kind caring employees and nursing staff The food is good and therapists competent and successful
