Dr. Bui takes great care of her patients. She is genuine, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. My braces came off 5 years ago and she still sees me once a year to make sure my smile is as perfect as the day she removed my braces. She keeps up with the latest technology and research so her practice is never out dated. I highly recommend her to anyone contemplating braces.

At the very beginning of my orthodontic experience, I remember many orthodontists suggesting the use of a palate expander; my parents would have to retighten it every night. It was not a very appealing solution. Dr. Bui was one of the few to suggest anything different. Another thing that stood out about Dr. Bui was her personality. At every visit, she not only has a welcoming smile on her face, but she also remembers many of the things discussed at previous visits. I always find that appointments with Dr. Bui run smoothly and efficiently. Wait times before my appointments have always been under ten minutes, typically even less than five minutes. Overall, I have had a wonderful orthodontic experience with Dr. Bui and her staff.

Best ortho in the business. My martial arts school was in the same plaza and I decided to give it a try. My teeth were pretty bad but went in for a consultation and was told I could do invisiline. Its great for someone who owns a business and did not want to have to wear braces. Every session was great and by the end I was very happy with the results. She was very friendly every time and I regret not doing it sooner. I highly recommend her.

My Husband, daughter and myself all needed braces and we had consultations elsewhere but decided to try Dr Bui on the advice of our dentist in Newport. Even though the office is not in our area we chose Dr Bui because she was very accommodating as our schedule required us to come together and only on a Saturday.We are very pleased with the professional service Dr Bui provides and would highly recommend this office. She is up to date on care in this area and I trust her advice. The office assistant Quynh was very helpful in working with our insurance and also very knowledgeable overall.We are definitely glad we chose Dr Bui and happy with our results!

Amazing people and practice! Dr. Bui is a miracleworker. Fixed my hidden smile, and even went out of her way to help in case any emergencies arose.

First off, Dr. Bui is the type of doctor that truly has the patients best interest in mind. Dr. Bui explained what my options were and the cost and time involved with each option right from the start. She said that she didnt want there to be any surprises, and there werent . Plus, we always dealt directly with Dr. Bui and not a rotating staff of on-call doctors. Its so rare to get such personal attention nowadays. Right?!! Finally, her staff is so friendly and easy to deal with. Making appointments, making changes, and all that is so easy. Thanks, Dr. Bui, for everything!

Dr. Bui was recommended by my daughters dentist for correction of her underbite. Dr. Bui installed an expander and taught us how to adjust/activate it and how to use the headgear. The underbite was successfully corrected. Dr. Bui has always been helpful and generous with her time in explaining orthodontic matters and answering questions, and she has always been friendly and personable in terms of asking about my daughters school, activities, vacations, etc. She is very professional but also down to earth and not formal or stiff. My daughter has always seemed comfortable with Dr. Bui, never fearful or nervous. I have recommended Dr. Bui to other people I know who have children with underbites. I definitely plan to continue with Dr. Bui later when my daughter needs braces.

Worst orthodontist ever! I came there for a free consultation and felt like I wasnt welcomed at all. Dr. Chi Bui gave me such a bad altitude. She was mean, disrespectful and a pain in her butt. I was really shocked at so many things she had said to me during the consultation. Ive been to several orthodontists in OC for consultation before I came to her, and she was the worst. The way she treated me was unacceptable not only as a customer but also as a person. She said so many mean things that even if I tell you, you still not gonna believe it. Her office is very small, old and not as clean as other places. Her staff is unprofessional and not helpful (It seemed to me that she just hired some high school student to work for her). Dr. Bui is NOT RECOMMENDED. Anyway, my recommendation is that go to as many orthodontists as you can for consultation before deciding to settle with the best one. Consultation is free so dont hesitate.
