Im speaking on behalf of my Mom who was treated so kindly and the staff was so patient as shes had several strokes and needed some adjustments made. She spoke very highly of her experience there and of the Dr. and entire staff!

This place felt like a car dealership. I dont feel as if the dentist was honest in their assessment of my teeth and I felt as if they were trying to push services or procedures that I didnt need.When I first got there, they took x-rays and an exam, but said I had to come back, or wait several hours, because they could verify my insurance. They said an office manager would call me back and they never did. I had to call the office to reschedule my appointment.Then when talked to about my exam, all theybsaid was you need a deep cleaning. They are always trying to sell that deep cleaning . They just want the money. They werent very clear on what I actually needed, but wanted to charge me upwards of $700 (out-of-pocket) for dental work. What??!!! Im not just going to sit there and agree. The dentist seemed upset that I didnt agree to the deep cleaning. I ended up just getting a regular cleaning, which only lasted like 10 mins. I felt like they just ran some water over my teeth and there you go, a very rushed job. They get them in, and kick them out. No real feeling of care. I dont think Ill be going back.Although Adriana the hygienist, was amazing and very kind. She even took the time to try to explain what they were trying to charge me.Overall, not a great experience.

I am a very difficult case. I have a thing where I cannot process anesthesia correctly, so it take a long time to do procedures and extractions. They have always been so friendly, patient and kind through it all. They do everything they can do I don’t feel embarrassed or burdensome.

Great safety measures! Love this dental office. Took real good care of me. Straight forward and truthful explanations of what solutions are available to me. Thank you for making my visit most pleasant and worthwhile. I will be coming back for regular visits!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME HERE!!!This company is the most unprofessional business I have been to. The customer service is horrible. The team is always socializing despite the people waiting. And they always make mistakes on appointments. I tried to make a follow up appointment for my braces to be worked on and the MANAGER scheduled me on a day the orthodontist wasn’t there. They said she must have been distracted. I drove an hour in the morning just to be told the orthodontist wasn’t there. How professional

I was dissatisfied with this dental office. They did not value my time. I went in as a new patient for a check up and cleaning. They took X-rays and I met with the dentist however they did not schedule enough time to actually clean my teeth. They wanted me to come back another day or wait more than an hour. I have never been to a dentist where they do not do everything all at the same time. I had to take time off from work for this appointment and for them to ask me to take more time off was completely unprofessional.

I absolutely despise going to the dentist, it is my biggest fear in life. I dont know why but since Im a child Ive always had this crazy fear. Yesterday I went to Bright now dental and had one Crown that was cracked removed and 1 wisdom tooth removed. I have to say this was the best experience Ive ever had at the dentist. I will surely be going back and seeing doctor Vu.

The staff at Bright Now! Dental were great. Front office staff were friendly, which is usually not the case in medical offices for some reason lol. The dentist was very personable and accommodating helping me feel at ease during the procedure. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I went because my old dentist said I needed a crown and then they took x-ray and said I needed a filling and I go in for a filling and then the said no you need a root canal.

Went to Bright Now Dental in Fountain Valley today as a new patient. I just have to say that everyone who works there is so nice. Adriana who was the assistant who brought me back and did all my x-rays she was absolutely fantastic very friendly and very good at her work. And Dr. Vu is the nicest dentist I have ever had he was very reassuring and has such a great personality. I will most definitely tell my friends and family about Bright Now Dental in F.V.

Every single member of this staff is incredible. As soon as Dr. Vu joined the staff, I feel so much more at ease than I used to. I get nervous at the dentist, but everyone here is amazing, personable, and supportive. I highly recommend this place!

I went in for my routine 3 month cleaning, I waited 2 hours for them to start the cleaning which took about 20 minutes. Don’t know if I’ll go back.

Everyone here fromm the front desk staff to the Hygienist to the Doctor are incredible! I came here for a second opinion because I distrusted the prior office I had been seen at. Everyone here was so much better. Kind personable and reassuring! The explained everything. Went over the x-rays and advised far less work than what the other office had said. One root canal over three? Also their cost for porcelain cap which is all they work with, was a quarter the cost of the other office.I appreciate how easy it is to make appointments their later hours and call me to check up on me and make additional appointments. The Doctor was fabulous, so kind and hardworking! The Doctor that did the root canal was great as well!I recommend this office 110 percent!Kim Wistos

Adriana is an excellent and compassionate assistant. The manager is also very competent and they both felt empathy for the negative experience I had at the bright now office I visited prior to coming to fountain valley bright now . They negotiated a $300 discount off the $1,500Bill. It showed me they really do care about people. 😊I had a bad experience with another bright now . I won’t name because the location was overwhelmed and underprepared. I give them the benefit of doubt . But this place is prepared And professional. This place knows what they are doing inside and out.Dr.Duy was on top of everything. Adriana the dental assistant used the panoramic Xray the other dental office didn’t even though they had one . Thank you it really gave a clear understanding of what was necessary.🙏Dr. Duy is a very confident dentist and handled my case with complete understanding.It’s obvious he’s experienced and knows what he’s doing .I went to three dentist that kept referring me to others and explained I needed a specialist.The first was EncinItas dental wellness.(I live in San Diego ) They declared that I would need to be put under anesthesia because my infection was a root abscess and it couldn’t be done unless I was under Anesthesia. They gave me amoxicillin and I was told toCall my insurance and get referred to a endodontist. (Yea right like that’s covered)and as any of you know they only cover extractions, root canals, cleanings.RARELY do endodontist and oral surgeons except medi-Cal .Dr. Guy didn’t miss a beat and reassured me that he would take care of me that day. Amazing ! That never happens . Also made sure I felt ZERO pain and didn’t treat me like I was stupid when I insisted on more numbing agent.I’m so thankful for this place and if you want the best experience please ask for Dr.Duy and Andriana . All the staff works well together and you could tell they enjoy where they work . I’m very pleased to recommend this place to anyone !

I went to Bright Now dental randomly. As I started to feel this puffy ball in my mouth. I immediately contacted them as I started scaring myself the moment I started googling what was happening in my mouth.I contacted Brenda the front desk receptionist, she immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable with the situation going on. I had some sort of tooth infection forming. She scheduled me for an appointment the next day so I can immediately come in.After checking in with Brenda the following day. I met the dental assistant Adriana. She was such a joy. I can tell she was happy underneath her mask... Since this happened during covid19.That made me happy, going back with the dental assistant cracking jokes together. Made me feel at ease with the information she was giving me as she was taking my x-rays.Then after Adriana was finished with me, I met Dr Milani! This dentist is phenomenal, he works efficiently fast and he made my anxiety all go away.He was informative with me and made sure I knew everything he was doing in detail so I wouldnt be too frightened.After he explained to me what I needed done, I got scheduled for a teeth cleaning with the hygienist Bahar.When I came in my teeth had so much tartar on it, and I had no idea. Bahar explained to me what it was and how she will help me get rid of it! She did a thorough cleaning on my teeth and made them pearly whites again! God bless Bahar for being such a joy to see! Definitely recommending my friends to get cleanings from her.Everyone at this office, has been nothing but amazing, friendly and very patient with me. As I was a nervous mess going into all this.Thank goodness the office manager Elizabeth for understanding my financial situation and working with me on my payments! So blessed for Bright Now dental!

I carry Humama HMO Dental Plan. I was told to choose one of the Dental office in my area. Since Bright Now Dental was close to me, I visited 1601 W. 17th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92706, After taking X-ray they told me, I have deep pockets and I must have deep cleaning and scaling and I have to pay $380.00 from my pocket. For last 10 years I have been going for regular cleaning and check up, and as per my previous Dentist, my dental health is very good and I do not need deep cleaning and scaling. This office was just lying and wanted to make money. So I told them that I am not interested and will choose another office. I called their another branch located at 18633 Brookhurst Street, Fountain Valley CA 92708 who promised me that, they will do regular cleaning if I sign a waiver. So I went there, after seeking my X-ray Doctor said, you do not have deposit so regular cleaning is fine. Then Doctor spent only 3 minutes to clean my teeth and told me it is all done, now my assistant will polish your teeth. His assistant spent additional 4 minutes to polish my teeth and I was told all done. They think I was fool who would not know what they were doing. My previous dentist always spent apps 30 minutes to do through cleaning job, and here they let me go in 7 minutes. Before leaving their office, I asked them, if I need deep cleaning what will be my share of payment, and they told me $480.00. These people are interested in only one, fooling their patient and lie. I will never go to any Bright Now Dental Branch. If they do not make minimum $400.00 per visit, you are useless for them. They are nothing but big crooks. You will be better off going to other Dentist who is honest.

Ive been a patient here for five years now and have never been less than completely satisfied with the care. Its a very efficient friendly office, the receptionist staff is AMAZING, as well as the Otho and its staff are five stars in my book. They make the visit about you and you only. The doctors care has always been exceptional and explain things thoroughly. Best dental office in Fountain Valley.

The girls at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. However the dentist that came to do the cleaning was rude and very disrespectful. Not only did he refuse to do the cleaning which u do understand since I need a deep cleaning he insulted me by telling me how bad of breath I had . I will be back but never want to see that dentist again.People dont prefer going to the dentist so when they do go the dentist should at least try and make it as good as experience as possibleThank you

I was looking for a new Dentist due to the unfortunate passing of my last dentist. After visiting BND in Fountain Valley I was impressed with their staff and facility...Dr Nguyen was amazing and immediately impressed me with his knowledge and enthusiasm. He diagnosed my condition exactly and worked with me on the best approach and steps for treatment.I call him Dr Fantastic now and am glad to find a new Dentist that I can trust and rely on. If you are looking for a new Dentist or in need of great service I suggest BND and Doctor Nyguen.

Dr. I Labib, preformed a fabulous job with deep-cleaning treatment. Even though, Bright Now Smile was extremely busy at the time of my visit, they were able to treat all of their clients quickly and effectively. This place has great doctors and medical professionals who know what they do.

While everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, they are very inconsiderate of their patients time. My wife and I have both experienced this and currently Ive been sitting in a chair for over 30 minutes without a word from anyone. I love the service I receive... eventually. I cannot in good conscience recommend them when the 2 consistent things about the business is the quality of care and the extreme amount of time Ill wait to receive said care.

It was my 1st time here. I was very pleased from the initial call and making the appt. I got right in and during the holidays I didn’t expect to get in as fast as i did. The front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful on everything. I got in and they started my work and got out in 3 hours. I need a delicate procedure done and took some time. As for the pricing I was pleased cause I went to other places and they were way higher then here. Plus it javing dental insurance they gave me a cash price quote was very good and hoped that it was around that price. I was pleased with MOST EVERYTHING with this dentist office and I would recommend them to friends and family

Working with Union ironworkers and insurance I hear of all kinds of stories where there dentist either didn’t do a good job or they were roughed up or over charged. This office makes you feel comfortable and backs it up with care and professionalisms. I get very apprehensive when it comes to dentists. For some reason I don’t feel that here and I’m thankful.#takecareofyourgrinders!

Super shady place. First time here and just came in for a check up and cleaning, they kept asking when was the last time I saw the dentist (I see a dentist every 6 months like clockwork). They told me my last dentist, who I went to for 3 years and really liked, did my filling wrong and now I need a crown. They could barely explain to me why. I said I would wait, Im really getting a second opinion. They they said oh my teeth and good and I dont need a cleaning, just some polish and this antibacterial rinse which costs extra. How can I not need a cleaning if I need a crown? I asked him really your not going to scrape the build up off, every other dentist Ive had needed to spend at least 10 minutes doing so, and then he said ok since you asked, why should I have to ask at all! He scrapped them for about a minute and then left the assistant to polish my teeth. I refused the scam of the extra rinse for $70, thank goodness. I left feeling like my teeth werent clean at all, I get more out of my brushing at home. Terribly shady place trying to upsell you the whole time.

Dr. Labib is very nice but I have a small mouth and he has large hands so it was hard for him to work in my mouth. He was rough and not gentle. When he numbed me he hit the blood vessel and my heart was beating out of my chest and I was shaking. It did wear off but an experience Ive never felt before. After almost 3 hours the inside my check and lips were raw. Its been 5 days since he fixed a cracked crown on a tooth that had a root canal and I still have 3 canker sores and my gums are sore. The hygienist was rough too and didnt suction when needed and I chocked on the water in the back of my throat. They would take a break to get tools and would leave a mouth opener in my mouth and again I was worked on for almost 3 hours. I was finally over my fear of the dentist and now that is all back. It was a traumatic experience. My husband has not had Dr. Labib and loves the other dentist.

They get you in when you need to get work done, not days later when it works for them. As dr/dentist offices go, they get you in & out quickly. Everyone Ive had work with/on me, has been very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, & they are very conciencious about the job they are doing. They are actually fantastic! How often can you say that about going to the dentist?!

Hard to make appts to see the doctor for ortho. He only goes in the Fountain Valley, CA office once a month. If I couldnt make the date he was there, I had to wait another month to see him. Had I known this before becoming a customer, I would not have used Bright Now! However on the flip side, it was close to home & I have a beautiful smile.

I like this office and staff. The reason I’m giving only 4 stars instead of 5, is the lack of available appointments for Orthodontist. I am giving oy 1 choice a month. If I’m busy on the day they are available I have to wait an entire extra month to be seen. They won’t see me in another office. This is prolonging my time with braces, because there have been about 3 times I was unable to go to the one and only day that month.

I want to give a huge thumbs up for Diana and Elizabeth and the other lady at bright dental in fountain valley for helping me get my dentures Ive been with my upper teeth in pain and they were the only place that would even touch me .. and now soon Ill get my dentures. Iam just so emotional because Im no going to look solo ugly any more . Thanks solo much Diana who with out even knowing at the time was muy cousin.. love you prima

My visit to bright now , was more than amazing . Even thought I always get scared to go to any dentist but Dr Labib changed my mind about that , he is such an amazing doctor and know what he is doing exactly and I recommend him for anyone who want a doctor to take care of his teeth in such an amazing way :)

I HAD MY FIRST VISIT WITH Bright Now dental. STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. THEY DID EVERYTHING I WANTED DONE EXCEPT A FILLING. THEY SAID IT NEEDED A ROOT CANAL. I AM SUPER COMFUSED, I WENT TO ANOTHER DENTIST MONTH BEFORE, THEY SAID I NEEDED A DEEP CLEANING 700 DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET, BEFORE THE WOULD FILL MY CAVITY THAT DID NOT NEED A ROOT CANAL. BUT THEY WOULDNT FILL MY CAVITY BECAUSE THEY NEEDED TO DO A ROOT CANAL WHICH WAS EVEN MORE.LOOKS LIKE IM GOING YO GO GET A THIRD OPPINION. ITS SO HARD TO KNOW WHO TO TRUST. I DONT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY JUST LYING AROUND. They also said I had another cavity that they are going to watch because its between a filling and a root canal. Its like they are waiting for it to get worse so they can charge me more money.

The service i received from Bright Now! was absolutely outstanding...! The comfort that was provided by Miss Blanca who helped me get started as a new patient (who was terrified by any dental office) and the relief that was provided by Dr. Tahmasbi and his soothing and healing hands was exceptional and re-defined my concept of a visit to the dentists office...! Thanx you guys...!

Everyone is knowledgeable and very accommodating! I have a crazy work schedule and these folks have helped me work around it to get my teeth fixed! Favorite dentist office ever!!

Not a terrible experience, but wouldnt go back. Heres the rundown:-Saw the $29 Cleaning, X-Ray, Exam deal-Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, told them I really just needed a cleaning.-Showed up at 4pm for my CLEANING appointment, filled out paperwork, checked the box for cleaning-At 4:45, I got X-Rays, then a Dentist did an exam-At 5:15, a secretary came in and gave me the rundown of costs for some work, asked if I wanted to schedule a Cleaning.-Told her I was currently sitting in the chair for a cleaning.-She said Id have to come back, because they close at 5 and theres no more time.-On the way out, she asked if I wanted to schedule a cleaning...pretty dense, obviously not, since they had already wasted 1.5 hours of my time and didnt perform the one thing I needed.-Out at 5:30, no cleaning performedOn the plus side, X-Rays and an exam cost $10, which is an excellent deal. Ill now take that info to an office that can handle their business.

Wait times are a little long. I had an appointment for 2 pm. I sat in the waiting room until 2:35 pm and then in the treatment room until 3 pm before the dental assistant came in.I do like the general dentist (Dr. Labib). I called the dental office because I just had an extraction and bone graft done. The stitches started to fall apart and I swallowed something (bigger than stitches). I was worried that it was the bone graft. Dr. Labib got on the phone and assured me everything was fine (it was a membrane covering the graft and ok if it falls off) but said to come back in if I was uncomfortable and wanted to get it checked out.Bottom line...2 stars for the general office operations and 3-3.5 stars for Dr. Labib.
