Wonderful visit to get the new patient package. Everything went smoothly. I am a big baby when it comes to doing blood work......let me just tell you Misty (hope name is correct)the nurse is absolutely amazing. I didnt feel a thing. She made the experience exceptional. This is a great place to get started on a healthier lifestyle. The new patient package is very extensive in a good way. Looking forward to getting all the results and coming up with a plan that will help with my overall health. I highly recommend.

I feel great after every treatment. Definitely worth the membership. I have heard horror stories about other places but I have never had any issues at this place. They know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. Parking is convenient, bathroom is in the same location not in another office, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Would recommend this place to everyone I know.

I had my first appointment here today for the new patient package. Misty the nurse was amazing!! She was so sweet and knowledgeable. I didn’t even feel it when she was drawing my blood. Formula Wellness has such a great vibe and all my friends have lost so much weight. Can’t wait to get started!!

I’ve been coming to the Ft Worth location since 11/2018. The best cryo in the area, the coldest by far! Misty is the sweetest, always greeted with a smile and answers any questions I have! Very impressed to have continued such great service over time!

Give 3 stars when I received the IV therapy it was a wonderful experience. However I moved out of town and called to cancel only to find out I was under a contract and that I sign the piece of paper as she put it so I should have read it. It wasnt presented to me in the form of a contractual obligation but more like our members typically are with us for 4 months Which I had planned on but our job moved 2 weeks later. and I had already been debited a couple times without using the service by the time I called to cancel. This is disappointing how it was handled because I like the service even after I found a less expensive place that offered it it Fort Worth, but Revive was set up nice and had a good atmosphere, so I planed on returning since the move is temporary, but Ill go with another.

Excellent atmosphere, friendly staff, consistent service. I have been to Revive hydration therapy numerous times and have always had a good experience. I think its the next level of personal health that people tend to overlook. Get hydrated, get active, feel better.

Loved this!!! Been hearing about this from people so I looked into it and said lets do this. I called and (Amanda or Ashley) (cant remb your name so sorry I was too excited) she was so nice and knew exactly what I would probably need and like. I have lupus and the pain and anti inflammation bag is what I did. IV was painless and Lewis did great. Actually bringing my Sister in Tomorrow she is driving in from Wichita Falls. Thank you all for a great experience and I look forward to future needs I may have and esp before my Mexico trip I may do a mini bag .Its that wonderful

Great, caring professionals and incredible facilty. They truly cater to your needs. I go as often as possible. As someone that is on an airplane over 200,000 miles per year their therapy is a life saver. If you want to feel good again you need to Revive.

This place was awesome! Was first time there, had a great experience. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely reccomend and will be back soon.

What a fun atmosphere! Felt very comfortable and confident in the staff giving and monitoring my IV. Was nice to sit back in the reclining chairs and watch TV while my bag was hanging. Afterwards was ready to hit my trip to Mexico hydrated and fueled. Thanks Revive!

This place is amazing and a god send. I was on my death bead suffering from a horrendous throat virus and came in as an act of desperation thinking I would get a simple IV for dehydration. Misty (an angel!!!!!!) immediately helped my with which bag to do, filled with vitamins and immune boosters and even something for the throat pain. I would rate this 50 stars if I could!!! If you are ill and want a quick a noticeable fix, go to formula wellness!!!!

I was getting over a bacterial infection I got while traveling. I wanted to make sure I didn’t get dehydrated,I got a simple 1 liter saline IV and went back 2 days later to get a Meyers Cocktail IV.Soooo clean, comfortable environment and sweet and wonderful staff.Highly recommend, and will go back.If you feel run down, go get rehydrated, it can help hangovers too!!!

Amazing staff, truly upscale facility........ Whew .. after a week of feeling sluggish, run down, tired and exhausted.... I called Revive and they boosted me with an immune boost with my weekly B12 and like a boomerang I was back..... be true, be you... survive with Revive.....

Staff was very friendly and informative. I was new to cryo and they walked me through everything. She even talked to me while I was in the tank. Definitely helped the time pass. Was very comfortable when using the normatec boots. I was able to recline and watch tv/work/catch up on things. The facilities were wonderful. I will definitely go back!

Excellent facility, had the migraine and the anti-nausea, pain medication and the fluids and vitamins helped. Staff was knowable and was concerned for me. Treated like I was the most important person. I am a registered nurse and would highly recommend Revive therapy.

I never write reviews but for the sake of the owner I would like you to know that your place is not open today for appointments. I drove 3 hours and have been sitting in front of your business for an hour now. I have watched 5 people come up to your business and try to enter only for it to be closed. I have heard good things about this place but if you do not honor your hours or appointments it very disappointing to myself and others.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff is so friendly and professional and the services are awesome. IV therapy, normadic boots and cryo all help me recover and prep for marathon training.
