My nails are super thick and wide. I specifically asked for a coffin and got a THICK square shape. She cut my fingers several times, after I told her from the beginning to please be gentle as my skin is sensitive and bleeds easily. She was very nice though, just not gentle at all. Cuticles we’re not clipped, just painted over & glue is stuck everywhere under my nails. Shape is not at all coffin either. Service was just not enjoyable & there was no massage. Also, they put gel on my 10 year old when we specifically asked for regular polish when we called and booked an appointment. Services were sloppy and rushed, not at all worth $75…. Will not be returning.

1st time here and it was good. I thought I would get 40% off my second service but that is only before 5:00pm. They should consider the 40% all day instead. My pedicure was nice, I really enjoy the hot stones and paraffin wax. My gel manicure was good too but the color was too light.

Would not recommend at all, it was extremely hot they did not have the a/c on. They did a horrible job at painting my toes.I even asked the lady to fix the polish because I did not like how the edge looked and she did but it just made it worse. I paid $50 for the deluxe pedicure it was not worth it at all.

Horrible experience today, I asked for a design on both of my index finger and she did horrible so I asked her to fix it. Then she put a lot of layers of coat on it and made it look terrible. Then when it came time to pay I said “Do I have to pay for some nails that I don’t even like and look horrible”. They didn’t care I still paid. Just not happy with the nails. On the other hand the pedicure was great !!

All the girls were really nice and sweet would definitely recommend it to other people and go back.

There are others closer, but I will gladly drive a bit farther to come here.Very friendly people, nice and calm atmosphere, super clean and a huge selection of services are offered in all price ranges. Plus their extended hours fit my schedule so much better than trying to rush after work to get to a salon by 6 or 7... they are open until 10 pm on Thursday !! And late every other day of the week too, as well as open early on Sunday.My deluxe spa pedicure was wonderful - Nicole did a fantastic job!! Vivian did my gel manicure perfect and gave the best hand and arm massage ever.This is my new favorite nail salon! I highly recommend U Nails.

First the sign on the door advertising $29 dip nails is false they charged me $40 and told me it was discounted. There was fingernail clipping (not mine) where I sat down. And on the dipped nails there are spots around the edges that have no powder. The pedicure was rushed because people started coming in so the paint job is not the best. When I went to get my eyebrows waxed there was wax on the paper where you lay down so I’m assuming they don’t change the paper but she did do a good job on waxing my eyebrows.

I been waiting for almost an hour to get a pedi, if they are short handed they should tell people how long of a wait is going to be instead of telling them to sit down and make them wait for more than 45minutes.

Emmy and Mary did an excellent job. Leg and foot massage was very nice and relaxing. My cuticle bled in one place but Mary made sure it had stopped for continuing. Hand massage was good but I need to relax more. Showed my appreciation with nice tip.

I went for my first time yesterday - Sunday 9/28/20 and I will never go back again. The place itself is nice. I’ll give it that. What I didn’t like was the staff barley talked to me, my nail tech seemed to be rushing, and when I asked for a design on my nail she put a STICKER on it. I got a basic pedicure, and dip nail manicure. I spent $90 for a basic pedi and a basic design. A STICKER was put on my nail. A sticker you can buy at Walmart for $5 for a variety of nail stickers. $90. I was not impressed at all. I usually go elsewhere and end up paying $65 for both pedi and mani and it looks wonderful. I only tried this place out with my cousin. I will never go back.

The color options for dip was perfect for me. I witnessed the staff professionally address an unruly customer with such grace. I will definitely be coming back!

Came in at the last minute and at 8 pm to get an emergency pedicure. Tina was fabulous! Took her time and gave one of the best foot rubs I have had at any pedicure salon. They stayed open for me and I never felt rushed. I am thrilled that they are open late till 9 most nights. I will absolutely be back.

Needed a my nails done before Valentine’s Day, I usually drive to crowley to get my nails done but really needed something closer to my office. googled nails near my job and U Nails came up as one of the nail salons near by. Decided to try it out and I must say I was not disappointed. My nail tech was named Chi/Amy and she was very nice and did a awesome job on my nails. I definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone needing their nails done. I will definitely make this a place to go to from now on.

Also Tina gave me a lil massage with her massage pen she got from Amazon she said. That felt really great since i was having pain in my hands and upper neck area.. Over all i was very pleased. Wow! Very impressed! I went to U Nails today after reading reviews on Yelp. Im staying in the area and U Nails was convenient. I noticed their extended hours which was nice to see. As I entered I was greeted right away by the owner, Top, very nice guy! He explained the SNS Dipping Powder and I decided to try it along with a pedi. Both ladies were very kind and friendly. Both ladies looked me in the eyes when we were talking, listened when I had a question or comment and that made me feel at ease and included, like I mattered and wasnt just a number! They had tons of color options and I believe organic options as well. I love the SNS powder! Easy, quick and it seems healthier for nails. Definitely no odors! Beautiful! The pedicure, all I can say is OUTSTANDING! I did the #4- were talking massage, hot towels, yummy orange smelling scrub, hot wax, hot stone massage and on and on! My feet were beyond help and I am shocked and amazed at how beautiful my toes and feet look! I feel like a female again- ready to wear strappy sandals and use elegant hand gestures!! I had the pleasure of sitting and talking with Top, the owner! When does that happen in a spa? NEVER! What a personable, hard working, friendly guy! Top has owned this spa for 15 months. Hes turned it around by hard work, integrity and taking care of his employees as well as clients! If you look at old reviews they are not great BUT its BEFORE Top took over! Very nice people and place. They also did a fantastic job, but after having them on for 3 weeks, I have acquired a nail fungus. After removing them I saw black/green spots that indicated a fungal issue. I thought it was clean and sanitary, but I have never had this before. I am upset this has happened due to the amazing service and work done to my nails. 😔

This is my favorite place to get my nails done while at college! Dipped nails last for a long time and there are lots of great colors that come in matching regular polish for pedicures! Everyone is so friendly and gives great service!

When I wanted me nails filed just a little, the man nodded and said okay. Next thing I know my nails are too short and the shape was nothing like I wanted. They used gel nail polish and didn’t clean under the nail so there are chunks of gel nail polish underneath of my nails. I got my eyebrows waxed, the lady used one stick and dipped it back into the wax which has been used by other people. Pimples covered my forehead and temples. The only thing I liked is the customer service.

Alison I think was her name she did a good job but I was not happy. by the time I finished I just was not pleased. She seemed new to dip. The management was awesome about making me happy they soaked them off and said I could go back today. I was so pleased with the customer service they wanted to make me happy they were willing to redo them that same day. I was so tired and Im sure they were tired as well. I highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.
